Miroku nodded the bond wasnt set in stone but there was still one there. "Ill use my sutras at the same time that you sing, that should be a nasty combo for them" he smiled
The blast of light hit the Banshee head on dispelling it completly, now only two remained flying

Ai didn't know about combination of powers yet, but didn't question the request. Singing out a large sound blast into her mic, she waited to she what would happen.

Miroku charged up his sutras as he fired them off allowing them to ride Ai's song sound wave, which propelled them to the speed of sound, and hit their target head on.
The banshee being hit by the combined attack, literally disintegrated
The last banshee looked down at the group and dissappeared into the air.
"Looks like the last one ran off.... " Laharl said "Prinnies!!! Help the deck hands repair the ship fast"
"Sure thing dood!!"
((well since pretty much everyone is gone XD))

Ai was flabbergasted by what happened. Did that really come out of her and him? Looking over to Miroku she asked, "What just happened there?" Her eyes seemed happy and a little confused.

((Or you could have seen the part where Kain was trying to use the Soul Reaver to kill one and had it die that way. xp ))

((yea but you dissappeared to long XD lol anyways that was just a small battle the next one is comming up =D ))
Miroku smiled "We combined our attacks. it usally happens when your souls merge here... you know kissing... and other things.... but it can happen from just regular willing to share the attack.... though its not as strong as a soul bound one...." he tried explaining.

Oomizu nodded at Miroku's explaination. "Not every one in the group can combine attacks sometimes, though. Take DeiDei for example. He's never shown much care for the team, nor does he wish to have any form of care for most, if not all, of the people here, so if he even tried to combine an attack with some one here it'd probably fail on an epic level. Bonds require a lot of trust since you are combining your soul. That's why mom and dad usually scare of any guys that show interest in me in the least." She gave one quick nod.
Deidara sighed. "Like I'd need to combine with any of these people, hmm. My attacks are better than most of theirs an ways, hmm."
Pirogoeth looked over to Deidara with a momotone lok on her face and simply stated "That didn't sound prideful in the least..."

Ai smiled softly and blushed at the thought of kissing Miroku to make the bond stronger. Giving a little cough she smiled saying, "Oh, that makes sense." She didn't mention how she wanted to kiss him right then and there. Lord what am I thinking, she though turning away and turning cherry red.

Miroku smiled "Yea so thats basicly it Ai... is something the matter?" he said as he placed a hand on one of her wing, after noticing her turn away
Link looked over to Kikyo "Are you doing ok Kikyo? good thing we were inside when those things attacked"

Ai wings made the angel shiver or maybe it was the adrenalin Ai wasn't quite sure. "Yes I am fine," she smiled back at him. "Are you okay?" she asked her dark teal eyes twinkling.
