"It should, I guess. You have a cute one, if that makes any sense to you." He answered her, smiling some. He even pushed a it some to see what she meant. It was rather amusing watching her belly button spring back into place. "I'll take it as a sign that the bun's nearly done cooking in the oven."

"Well my compliments to the chef. She's doing well for herself." Eric then shift over and sat in front of Mina. His hands resting ever so softly on sides of her now bear belly as if it were a fortune teller's magic ball. "Say, Mina? We've been to all these interesting places, met wonderful people we can call friends, and settled things with family. Has living on Duon once Mina is born changed? That is to say if we don't have to go into hiding about it, I wouldn't know if you thought about living on a different world"

"Yeah, inside you really has to be the safest she'd ever be. I still can't believe those two back on Tres designed the armor so well for your needs in combat." He looked down at her belly, thinking about the child's safety. He'd hope people would understand her, but precautions were needed. "Can't live here either if everyone's going to look at you and her like criminals. It wouldn't be fair to to my brother and his family if we did. Also funny how we aren't welcomed in our own worlds anymore, but the other two we've been to have been nothing but a joy."

"Not to be a downer, but you'e kinda short in comparison. Diana was short for a Quatrion and she was taller than you still." Eric replied to the pregnant warrior. Their race was full of tall, muscular yet still feminine women, their complexion not withstanding. He wondered if it was genetic or cultural, he'd have to ask sometime. "But I do like the idea of being hard to get to."

Eric leaned over and kissed her, followed by picking up the Inventory box and grabbing their armors. "We can always talk about it later. Lets go kill ourselves some destroyers while Nina's still in there. Farley and my brother are probably waiting on us." He said with a smile, their child kicked about excitedly.

Seeing Mina and Eric, Farley and Derrick followed soon after. With them were three others, two use rifles, the other had a cannon with him. Eric looked into the sky, no having to think to judge the weather.

"It's always cloudy, being this dark outside though, its strange seeing that here. It's only the afternoon. In fact, I'll show you why it's so cloudy soon, we're going to the rim to the east anyway." Said Eric, did he ever have a surprise for her and Nina.

"Eric, now's not the time for games." Said his brother, crossing his arms in disapproval. Since when was he like this? Eric was the uptight one when they grew up.

"It will only take a moment, Derrick, promise."

"It is on the way. Promise."

True to his word, the rim was on the east. It was called the rim because it was the edge of their world. below it was an ocean that went on forever. Usually the clouds were too thick to see it. "Now, I don't want to scare you but...my world is a series of floating islands bound to each other by chain bridges." Confessed Eric, with this knowledge, his people's natural wind element proficiency should make sense to Mina.

"Don't worry, you have nothing to worry about." He held her so she knew he had her and back away.

"The Lightning Wyvern is commonly seen flying around here, probably causing that brewing storm too. The Rock Scorpion is on the easy island. this is the central island." Said Farley, he scratched his head over which they planned to tackle today. "I suppose the Rock Scorpion should be dealt with first, take on the other if we see it on the way back."

"You wouldn't be too wrong to think that I suppose. But there's something else you don't know." Letting her go, Eric jumped off the side, slowly he was lifted into the air, sailing off on his back till the winds pushed him back onto land. "You can't fall off, the winds are too strong for that."

"Yep, the winds here are what keeps the islands afloat too." He explained to her. "But enough playing around I suppose.. "

They headed off to the east Island. It was much smaller than the central island that Eric and his family lived on. There, they saw the scorpion, true to it's name it was made of rocks and boulders. It was already up and about, terrorizing some natives.

"That looks a lot bigger than I remembered them."

"They have been ever since you left, this is what we've been dealing with."
