 James Ortiz James simply chuckled at the female. Her attitude was already so amusing. "Obviously the one who just asked, I believe. My name is James, Miss Leila." He crouched down by the cage and gazed into the girl's eyes. "Would you trust me enough to come home with me?"

 LeilaLeila stayed on her feet though the man crouched. Strange that he would do that when she wasn't sitting. "It ain't about trust," she scoffed. "If you want me to go with you, I'll go. A caged slave doesn't get a choice. And how can you tell I'm a girl? Hell, the Cats over there could only tell 'cause they don't rely on their sense of sight to tell the difference."

James Ortiz James shrugged as he looked up at the girl. His reason for that was simple. It was like any other animal that rolled over onto its belly. Though, maybe not quite the same. "It may be that way for most of the ones here, but I certainly will let at least one have a choice." With a sigh he hung his head in slight frustration. He shook his head and rubbed at his chin. "Well, it seems that I don't either then."

Charlie & ShirosLeviatRaine" I kicked the wall once, stupid girl," Leviat hissed softly only to shoot a glare at the guy trying to be smooth with his words. Suck ups. The world was filled with them and the reason he was always returned quickly. He would play as the sweet obeying servant while behind bars, but once he was walking outside of those bars, he played himself which was actually pretty rude and seemed to hate people altogether. It was more of a lack in trust of even close family that made him seem this way.

Leila Leila ignored Leviat's hiss. It didn't matter to her that the Cat called her stupid. She'd been called worse. She chuckled at James's comment. "Maybe I'll go with you, then. If only to get out of this cage. You got a reason for wanting a slave? Just asking out of curiosity."

Charlie & ShirosLeviatRaine" He speaks so casually," Shiros muttered as he leaned back against the wall. " Because he's a master," Leviat mumbled lightly as he glanced at Charlie. " Who seeks nothing but a slave. I'm kind of happy that Raine's asleep right now," Charlie muttered as he kept his gaze on the guy who spoke so casually.

James Ortiz James shrugged with a grin on his face. "Alright," he said casually, his eyes flickering to the little kitties for only a second. He stood up and cleared his throat, kicking his heel as he placed a hand on the cage. "Well, maybe I was getting a little lonely... Nothing wrong with that, right?" He shrugged again and scratched the back of his head. "I overheard some men talking about this place, saying the used it to get permanent maids... I was just a little curious by what they meant by that so I came to investigate."

Leila Leila raised an eyebrow. "That's what you're going to use me as? A maid? You'd quickly find I'm not what you might think of as maid-like. Most of my masters used me as a bodyguard." She wrapped an hand around one of the bars at eye level. "But, no, there's nothing wrong with curiosity or being lonely."

Charlie & ShirosLeviatRaine" Not you, Monsieur," Shiros sighed lightly. " He means the guy who was all Hello all," Leviat muttered as he pointed down the hall with his thumb. " If we were satellites, we would've seen him as a skyscraper. His voice just echoes," Charlie yawned as he shook his head slightly. " So long as you're not a cat, curiosity won't kill you," Raine purred softly from Shiros' side.

James Ortiz James snickered as he shook his head. "I never said I was going to use you as a maid, I merely said that the others mentioned it. But that doesn't mean I wouldn't like help with taking care of my garden though." He waggled his eyebrows, trying to be a little funny. When he didn't seem to get a reaction he sighed and turned around. "Alright then, let's get you out of that cage." He went to a guard and paid for the girl, recieving a key and going to open the cage.

Leila When James unlocked her cage, Leila tensed as if she might leap at him. Then she simply walked out of the cage and looked at him. She could almost look him in the eye without tilting her head at all. She took a sort of military rest stance with her hands linked at the small of her back. "Where to, Master?" she asked.
