William had a moment of pure unbridled Rage when he heard Daggoth's voice, and the proof of the mans betrayal; before all that he knew was enveloped in pain and cold. The room around him melting, crushing, and then imprisoning him, the little dragon on his shoulder disappearing instantly; bathing the hybrid in bone chilling, nearly lethal amounts of cold, the pain clouding his mind making rational thought almost impossible. The one thing that William felt with certainty was that he was now going to die and there was nothing he could do about it; his body, huddled down into a kind of fetal position trying to conserve as much heat as physically possible. The last thing that William knew before blackness claimed him, was an all consuming hatred for Daggoth; pleading for one more chance to kill the traitorous b*****d.

"As if you had to ask. I killed an entire planet to bring you this didn't I?"
Dagoth pulled his hat from under his arm and reached in, as he pulled his hand out the little hooded thing appeared. This same little monster that had shown Corbin the door to open, the same on that brought Dagoth's link back to his own relm. But the creature itself was of no importance, just several shades wrapped around a thin frame work. Beyond was much more interesting, with a shrill shriek the little creature shrank back into a crystal blue orb. Nothing bigger than a cricket ball but still able to radiate such an terrible cold, a familar but wonderful malice. Dagoth looked over at Iden, grinning from ear to ear.
"Calm down, we'll fight once this over little brother. Please be fixed enough to bring me a decent fight for once."

"Those are my words."
Corbin's voice seemed to come before even he did, and the swirling blackness behind him, and the group of three between the rift and Cainite.
One indigo eye pinned on Dagoth, the five foot seven DeSeer was dressed in all black (Avatar, i'm still tired and lazy) with just the one sword horizontally fastend above his tail.
Arms folded over his chest, he stood as though he were his old self before this most recent reincarnation, even thoug he wasn't even half of it in raw power any more, even IF he had successfully completed the full sunc period, which he hadn't.
Roan wouldn't answer him, no matter how he begged for her to release his seals. He cursed her, but at the same time, knew she wouldn't, and this was what he had effectively signed himself up for. He wasn't going to let that stop him.
With a groan, his arms tightened around his chest as he activated Potence, and flicked his tail across the ice confining Iden, his tail would then however continue across and crash into the side of William's prison. He knew no ice born OF Ice would break so easily, so he'd put every ounce of might into it, and strike as many times as he needed, before then bashing on the side of Yoh's prison.
"Iden. Take the others through the rift. Now."

*Taking the proferred item, the final artifact began to resonate with this, bathing the entire chasm in blue light.*
Finally... finally I will bring him home...
Iron, dust, Poison, Blood, Hate, Love, Sorrow, Drive. Enough to bring him to existance, yet not enough to call HIM here.
*Frion gazed over at William. The temperature in his cell was actually higher than that of those around him. It was cold, but the ice on the inside was slowly melting, for the temperature remained above freezing, and quite temperate for a NORMAL being. Why? Frion wanted William's fear of death, but not for him to ACTUALLY die. The fear the brain couldnt HELP but have, even for those not afraid of death. Syn Fear, Syn Deciet, the Fear was from William, the Deciet from Dagoth even BEING here.
They could call him a traitor, but he was doing what he had been trained to do. And that was the event about to occur. Iden was fast breaking free, though he'd be broken when he did so, and Frion wasted no time. Especially as Corbin showed up. he didnt care for the clan's internal feud, but he DID for grabbign that scrap of innate fear before it vanished. Raising his arms in a final chant, he opened the gateway to the realm Ice had been banished to. Blasts of cold air spilled across the floor, the fleshcrafted creations crumbling to screamig ash one by one as they were consumed to even open the gate.
Beyond... something stirred. Something needed to be offered in exchange though. THAT was where Lyra came in. Her body would be slowly lowered, to sit astride the Sleipnir statue, but she would then pass INTO it, her shape outlined within as if the statue was glass, before starting to change places with the figure in the other realm. The catalyst to allow this? That which Dagoth had slaughtered so many for. The blue crystal which Frion placed against Sleipnir's chest and allowed to sink into it.
Ice, was coming back. A single, long minute that felt like a year, and the transition would be complete. The portal would close, and the statue of Selipnir become opaque once more, the room now still and very empty of the figures that had been there before, all save for Iden, will, Yoh, Dagoth, Corbin and Frion. Apparently, it was over*

"You'll have to excuse the lack of theatrics."
Regardless of the forces unleashed, and his body shivering from the cold, his tail flicking restlestly behind him as a result, the DeSeer kept his eye on Dagoth.
"Black-Ops... Eh?"
What the s**t was Iden DOING?! Corbin couldn't take Dagoth on like this. Much less hold him, and the forces coming to arms off for long. Enough time was wasted waiting.
"Run..."
The next motion of Corbin's tail would perhas seem harsh. Well, ok, not entirely 'SEEM'.
Iden would catch the flat of the spaded end under his chin after Corbin had already chipped away the ice covering him, and with enough force to send him like a rocket through the rift. Next, he couldn't risk being immobolized, or atleast his tail, so he went the extra step.
His eye pulsed once with colour, as the first rift closed and all at once a new one opened to engulf William and Yoh. Both portals however went to the same place.
The trio would be spat out, outside the chasm as safe a distance as Corbin could manage. Sending them all back to the mansion after all, would have rendered him unconscious.
"Then again, that wasn't half bad."
Oddly enough, Corbin wasn't leaving. He didn't budge.

"We are what we are. Tell me how badly did she lock you away?"
Dagoth tossed his smoke to one side as the sudden rush from Ice's return struck home, he grinned deeply his mission and promise was complete and for once he had barely lifted a finger at the end. He rolled his neck looking over Corbin barely recognising him not being the mega smurf, clearly his older brother had upset Roan something savage. The latent energies from teh elder cainite where much lower and far more bound than they should have been, Dagoth had half expected Corbin to appear and simple nuke the place quickly.
"Frion I assume you are done. If so clear the area, its about to get non indoor friendly."
Dagoth chuckled to himself, oh how pissed Iden was going to be when he realises that Corbin c**k blocked him for this one.

Soon as he was freed, Iden lunged. His arms were broken in too many placed to count, and his weapons were forgotten...but by God, was he still capable of some impressive feats of violence. Spurred on by the ritual's completion, he had two objectives, both laying next to one another.
Yet the spaded tail caught him in his headlong rush. He was bodily hurled through the rift, winded and battered. He would land in a heap topside.
Slowly he picked himself up. Doubled over, hurting, and still violently enraged, a wash of fatigue settled over the young DeSeer. He felt horribly ill; disgusted by all that had unfolded. But then, he looked up and realized where he was.
Forcing himself to climb to his feet, he stood, and went straight back into the mouth of hell, to brave the chasm again. He was not yet done.

*As the internal DeSeer squabble started, Frion backed slowly away from the Sleipnir statue.
It's sides were cracking. Vibrant blue light showed in the cracks as the statue shuddered, making tortured sounds, before pieces started to flake off.
And then it shattered.
Out stepped that which had caused ALL of this. Ice himself. Though, the faun look was gone. In its place, Ice was now a towering centaur, with six legs, perfectly balanced on his hooves. Gone was the total Corbin look, though he retained a patch of viral marks on his upper body, and indigo around his lips and eyes. but now he ALSO bore blue blue hair, the same colour as Iden's, as well as his OWN features, including that tail and his spikes.
Cracking his neck side to side, he gazed briefly at Corbin and Dagoth before snorting and speaking for the first time*
Frion. Seal this section off. They can take themselves home when they are done. Return to the surface and prepare my slaves.
Master...
Do it NOW, Revenant. I have a date to make...
*A date? OH yes. The two Lord's DeSeer were welcome to each other, even if HE was the cause. his only interest right now... his ONLY intention... was Iden. Stepping forwards, he broke into a complicated canter, and VANISHED, only to appear before Iden, just before he;d get to the first pool of water, inside the first cave*
Iden.... I believe you are looking for me?
*OH that wicked grin, his arms held wide, all six hooves moving witgh restless interest.*

The whole walk was spent healing. Iden's arms were whole once more...and he was no less hateful than when he had first discovered Dag's "betrayal". As he was approaching the first pool, one of the objects of that hatred emerged.
Everything ground to a halt. He stopped, and stood there with his arms at his sides, prepared to throw down with the creature.
One of us ain't leaving.
It was a simple ultimatum. As it was spoken, the young DeSeer's stance widened, becoming more stable in preparation for combat. Ice would have time to speak his peace and then...well, then things would grow hectic in a hurry.

You've killed me already, sweet Iden. Such savage claws...
*Slowly, Ice walked forwards. He was BIG. He SHOULD have been smaller, having pushed his bones into the extra legs etc he now bore, but no... he;d made himself larger is anything, and he positively towered over Iden, arms still spread*
Hurt me, if you wish. How I have thought about you in my absence, my delicious executioner. Let me give you a gift...

No further words were spoken. Using the full breadth of his speed, Iden was airborne in an eyeblink. The move was single-minded and simple: his leading left arm was going to grab a handful of Ice, and the right was going to feed him the incendiary bomb it gripped.

Feeling both consciousness return to his body, his body immediately letting him know that it did not like him; sharp spikes of pain encasing him, making it hard to focus on anything in particular. Sitting up from his position on his back, William shook his head trying to clear it; trying to remember what had happened and how he had ended up outside in front of his car, Yoh no more than a few feet away from him. He remembered the cave, the pain, the cold, falling, explosions, Frion, hate, and.............Daggoth. That last fragment of memory was the spark in the coal mine, Williams mind sharpening immediately with the memory of the traitor in the clan; all else was forgotten, the pain his recovering body was screaming at him, Yoh next to him, or even that Iden was missing. William's mind knew one thing only; Daggoth was a traitor and needed to die, immediately. Standing up and checking his weapons over, William reloaded his M203 and then charged back into the cave; the overwhelming desired to kill blocking out all rational thought of self preservation.

*Iden wouldnt get far, sadly. Ice hadnt come back weak or hungry. He'd come back FULLY energised and fast.
His long boney tail, thick and very powerful, arced across in front of him and smashed into Iden's midriff, to throw him away and into one of the walls of the cave.
As William ran in, Ice shifted on his hooves, using the very back right one to kick water from the pool behind forwards, where it became long spikes of his namesake, racing forwards and out of the water to try and spear the young hybrid*
And THIS would be the new toy.... my my, what a strong body you have... shall I take you home with me, little pup? Will your Sire even care? What wonderful new toys have gathered in my absence. How you all must have missed me..

Ice would find his foe not so easily dissuaded from his intended victim. The tail lashed forth, but Iden was a nimble man. Taking the blow, his arms curled about it instead of the throat he originally aimed for. Ribs cracked and wind burst from his lungs, but Iden persisted in clawing his way up the appendage. He was going to seat himself upon his grandsire's back if it killed him, and when the time came...
...well, he had a solution for the problem, one that no amount of bullets or bombs could bring about. All he needed was an exposed vein and a good grip.

Seeing Ice bat try and bat Iden away with his long tail, William pressed on faster; trying to close the distance for his weapon be have full effect on the monstrosity in front of him. Seeing the water the thing kicked up at him turn to long lances of spikes, William threw himself to the ground rolling underneath the attack and only receiving a spike in the left shoulder instead of becoming a pincushion; rolling to his feet, William lined up the M203 with the torso of the centaur in front of him and pulled the trigger; the blast of fire jumping from the end of the weapon not followed by the arc of the usual HEAT round, but the spray of a 1.2 gauge WP round from only a handful of feet away.
Casting away the empty weapon, William would quickly tear the ice spike from his shoulder, keeping it from destroying too much of the surrounding tissues. Hearing the thing call him a pup however, made it first on his list of things to kill; the b*****d dared to use the nickname his original sire had given him. Standing up and immediately closing the hole in his shoulder, William resumed his charge on Ice; activating shape of beasts wrath. What would hit Ice would be William's war form; basically half a metric tonne of pissed off angry hybrid try to rip chunks of flesh from the enemy in front of him.
