There is a lack of mod presence in Kiri. Missions at a standstill, trainings ungraded, and people disgruntled.

+1 to QYP for being the most active member of crew and trying to keep the peace when there were disgruntal people(I recognize it was me a good 25% of the time). Thank you.
+1 for Kouri, for being the longest living crew member we have that has stayed atleast semi-active. And for always being level headed. I don't think I have ever seen her lose her cool or be excessively bitchy.

For not participating in crew related discussions. We need you guys to take part in them also. Whether if you knwo the system well or not or even just helping maintain a village, You need to help out whenever you can. There are other things crew do besides rp.
