The Shieldon continued to look around at the various Baltoy. Which one, which one? Spinning in a small circle, then then charged towards the Baltoy #1 (in an accidental Tackle) to show off his radiance and his beauty! None could amount up to him!
Tekken made a loud 'oof' as the Mud Shot Slammed into his side. Not enough to do a lot of damage, but enough to rile him up. He readied another Bullet Punch and leaped at the Surskit, not yet ready to just lie down and let this Pokemon get the better of him!

Meren was not deterred by the oratory rumbling of the Numel. Once again, the water-type ran toward the numel in a charge. She wouldn't miss this time!

(7-2)+(9-8 ) = 6 DMG! Roselia is at 8 HP!
The Bulbasaur's Sludge arched through the air with a buoyant finesse he'd have previously considered impossible from a poison-type move. He'd stare at it for a moment, transfixed-- and that was his doom as much as his unready-for-battle pose. It splattered his body in a purple ooze that damaged him (while still looking admittedly fabulous), and he'd never been more grateful for his mixed typing. Still, despite his injuries, he gave a beatific smile through the pain. >Magnificent!< he praised. >One more shot like that, and I'll be down... so let's see if I can keep away.< He'd begin to spin again, faster and more focused than his previous moves.
As one Baltoy went down, the others spun with a mixture of emotions. The first to call out to the Shieldon however would be #5, proclaiming loudly ">Dude, you threw off my groove!<" A motion followed by childishly crossing his arms, stones rising quietly behind the Shieldon in a blatantly Stealth Rock. #2 and #3 would follow up this display by intoning solemnly and sincerely ">We're sorry, but you've thrown off the Emperor's groove<" Before firing off a pair of Signal Beams at the Shieldon. The last would simply choose to lock the door, encasing them in a box of psychic energy, forming a Wonder Room!
The Shieldon looked as the pokemon he had shown his beauty too fainted. Aw, had it been too much? Well there were plenty of others to show off too! Feeling pleased, the Shieldon took off running~ He wasn't a fast runner but maybe all the Baltoy would be able to admire from afar? Li Shieldon [M] Lv 4 Nature: Quirky Stats: HP:9/17/19:/ATK:9/DEF:15/SPD:8/SP-ATK:9/SP-DEF:13 MOVES: - Tackle - Protect - Captivate EXP: 61/125
While the Growl hadn't worked on the other pokemon, it had managed to cause him to wake up a bit. Trying to put a bit more speed, he began to run in different directions to avoid the oncoming blow!
Numel [M] Level 2 Nature: Mild HP:15/PP:18/ATK:8/DEF:6/SPD:7/SP-ATK:8/SP-DEF:7 Moves: Growl, Heat Wave EXP: 0/75 EXP to gain from DEFEATING: 25 EXP
The Surskit grinned again as he landed a hit on the Riolu. It wasn't much but now his opponent would realize he wasn't one to joke around. A small and weak bug could also have power! His light body made it easy as he skated around the top of the water, ready to avoid the oncoming blow~
Surskit [M] Level 2 Nature: Hasty HP:14/PP:17/ATK:6/DEF:5/SPD:8/SP-ATK:7/SP-DEF:7/ Moves: Mud-Shot, Bubble EXP: 0/75 EXP TO GAIN FROM DEFEATING: 18 EXP
Now because Bullet Punch is weird (14+2)/2=8 Damage. Also that's -1 to all of the Surskit's defense rolls I think.
Edit: 4 Damage. I forgot to consider the type advantage.
While his mind was, the Surskit's body was not ready. Tekken's Bullet Punch had taken just over half of his health in a single blow- recompense for him harming his trainer. A bug couldn't do much in a dog eat dog world. Maybe get eaten by a Croagunk, but nothing more. "Good job Tekken. Go on the defensive now." Peyton commanded as he put his left hand in his pocket, pilfering through to find one of the extra Pokeballs in his pocket. Unless the bug type did significant damage to his partner, he'd end up catching it- for fodder or otherwise. The boy wasn't keen on people who got in his way. His anger had been made and he would not let it rest until the battle met its conclusion.
The Riolu crouched low, circling the Surskit. If it attacked, he'd try to jump to fake it out by jumping to the side. If Entei was watching over them, one well placed Vacuum Wave would end the battle. But for now, defense!

Blight would smile at the compliment even as she began to pant. She was exhausted, but she had to continue onward as she would aim once more.
(Good luck, if you can twirl away ...I probably won't be up to much dodging.)
She declares with a grin. She hadn't had a chance to rest yet, and it seemed that it wasn't happening this turn either as she heard Hiro cry and followed it up with another Sludge attack.
Hopefully she would hit, and this battle would end ...here and now on a positive note.
"One more time, you got him on the rope, use Sludge."
The boy's voice echoes in the mist as Hiro seemed to be getting a slight blood lust from this battle.

(10-5)+(9-8 ) = 6 DMG! Roselia is at 2 HP!
Once again, the Sludge attack connected; perhaps he was getting slower as the battle continued forth, or perhaps she was simply better than he was. A fact he could easily accept, of course, but the longer the battle continued, the more likely it was that he would perish in the upcoming rounds. He could retreat, of course... but that would dishonor both himself and his opponent. If he was to lose, then let him lose gloriously! >Heh... well done! Let me try once more...< He'd stop spinning and land firmly-- one both feet this time-- and pointed at Blight. The green energy pooled in front of his petals as he tried to focus an Absorb attack.
10-1+7-6= 10 Dmg to Numel! Fumble! -1 to Numel's defense rolls!
Meren's hit full on with the Numel. The fire-type may have become more awake but it seemed that only made it make more mistakes! The Mudkip kept light on her feet in case the Numel was about to make a comeback.
(Edit: sorry, make that ten damage. Forgot Numel only has 6 defense rather than seven) [6/10] inj:[1/5]

Blight would finally get her chance to rest as she almost sank down on her belly after the last attack. She had hit, good, and he knew he was pretty badly harm, and that left one good choice for a bandit. Thus, she wasn't worried about an attack lay in the grass panting.
"What are you doing, Blight? Your opponent isn't down!"
Hiro would yell at her, and at first she ignore him as she looks at the Roselia. She was expecting him to dance away, but instead, the smile would falter.
(what are you doing? Now is your time to escape)
Blight would tell him even as the Absorb would seem to gather in his leaves.
(If your attack fails, the next attack I give you ...might kill you. I don't want to do that, I don't want to kill you)
"Blight avoid that attack." Hiro calls out loudly.
Blight would almost wail as she saw the attack coming and would actually drag her claws through the dirt as she threw up a cloud of dirt and grass into the air. She would turn swiftly rotating as she continued to drag her claws ...all without getting off of her belly as she threw an impromptu dirt screen. For she knew best how that attack worked, and if she could get something in-between her and that attack absorb would fail.

Alice stared at the Elgyem warily, taking an instinctive step back-- fortunately, she wasn't too close to the edge of the floating rock. "Are, um... are you okay?" she asked, glancing to her Pokemon in hopes they'd rely her message and try to communicate with their new... acquaintance.
Vorpal said nothing, but entangled himself from Alice's arm, floating in front of her with his blade pointed at the little green man. If this was going to be a fight, he wanted to be ready.
Maddie, by contrast, was curious but unafraid. >Why would someone devour worlds?< she asked curiously, tilting her head to the side. >Worlds are big. And full of pesticides. That can't be healthy.<
Suddenly on edge, Vorpal lashed out with his shadow. Perhaps the Honedge needed to wait more for his trainer, but there was something unsettling about this Elgyem that needed to be handled with a Shadow Sneak... even if it was a pre-emptive counter.

(4-3)+(9-9 ) = 1 / 4 = .25 rounds to 1 DMG! Roselia heals 1 DMG! Roselia is at 3 HP!
Blight's plan was solid, but perhaps her hesitance would reduce the effectiveness of her defense. Some green lights would strike the Bulbasaur, draining some of her energy to heal the Roselia. Perhaps not the most gentlemanly of moves, but it was all he had. He spun his flowers with a flourish, nodding politely to Blight. >If I am to die, there are worse ways to go than by your hand, good Bulbasaur,< he intoned respectfully. >Besides, I would not begrudge a proper opponent her experience.< His mind made up, he would twirl to the side, dancing between the spikes and the poison on the ground. If this was his last match, he would make it a good one.
