Is back from a weekend of fun in the sun. There was a huge tiki convention/party in Palm Springs. It is freaking HOT! But i survived and in the process made a new drink and new friends and bought some artwork. But now I am tired and have to check in with work.

Whee~ Going to make lamb tomorrow. ^^ There's a potluck at work with the World Cup participating countries as themes for food, and I drew Greece. I'll probably toss together a salad as well, and maybe some tzatziki drip.

Finally made something good in tek-tek.~ I'm so happy. x3 How does the outfit looks~? Tips, suggestions, etc.  Inspired by the Queen of Night in Mozart's Opera "Die Zauberflote." (The Magic Flute.)

Ooooh, that looks great, Catherine~ I've actually seen a recorded version of The Magic Flute in choir a year or so ago, it was a great opera. <3 I loved the Queen of Night's amazing solos, the woman who played her did such a good job. <3 The Sadistic Author

@ Aikawa Yeah, when I finished the outfit needed something for the neck. I wish the Maid choker was dressier and had a bit more sparkle to it. @ Lupess I love the Opera too.~ I hope we get an evolving item centered around it someday. Diana Damrau is my favorite Queen of the Night. I'd use the Pearl Choker, but the color of the pearls don't match the other gray components of the outfit.
