Zooker was ambushed by a pack of wolves, and after a long fight, he finally froze them all with his ice. Now he's knocked out bleeding all over the floor, lol

Khane has gone on an advertising spree, posting up pamphlets on telephone poles, public bulletin boards, and all leaving stacks of them in public places like the student lounge, beach cafe, couple stores in the Mall, etc etc... If you need the services of a bounty hunter of any kind feel free to pick up a pamphlet and call the cellphone number, that will put you in contact with his manager, Able, who is played by the user Otaku_Matt, whom you should PM to let him know that your calling him.
