Arch the Angel "Sexiest man in the city? Like hell he is!" Arch said, standing up. "Ah 'eard bits'n peices. That sunna b***h'll daih! Ihs he goihn tah the parteh?" "Yeah he will be, sit down darlin'. They'll tell you I was the one that broke up his marriage, and he'll tell you he had fun with me or what not." She gave a slight shrug, "I never denied it, didn't care about reputation much, and most folks consider that confirmin' it." Ruby pushed her foot forward to knock his legs out from under him.

Arch felt her foot, and moved it foreward so she couldn't knock him down. Of course, with the wings, he lost his balance and fell, folding them in before the sheaths hit anything. He laid there on the bed, grumbling silently.
"Alraght, soh 'e mighta e'ev been the bloke who started the rumors 'bahwt yeh." Arch glanced up at her. "So ah suppohse yeh doan' wahnt meh toh kill ihm?"

Arch the Angel Arch felt her foot, and moved it foreward so she couldn't knock him down. Of course, with the wings, he lost his balance and fell, folding them in before the sheaths hit anything. He laid there on the bed, grumbling silently. "Alraght, soh 'e mighta e'ev been the bloke who started the rumors 'bahwt yeh." Arch glanced up at her. "So ah suppohse yeh doan' wahnt meh toh kill ihm?" "Already got my revenge darlin, an' the bloke's terrified of me, so he ain't gonna do much more." Ruby picked up a stray white feather on the bed spread and stuck it in her pocket. "He thought I'd be impressed if I found him in my room butt-naked. I wasn't, and locked him out, unfortunately for him, I locked his keys in my room too. I'm assumin' the rumors were part my fault, considerin' when they found him he had to give some kinda story that wouldn't ruin his career." She smiled, "but if you wanna kill somethin' I suppose I could do without Katherine."

From what I hear, she seems nice enough." Ruby smiled, "good, I lost all the old ones when the HQ crumbled." She layed down across his stomach with a sigh. "She's evil, you hear she's nice, but I swear she's doin bad stuff, I can feel it, I can practically smell it on her." Ruby gave a soft shrug, "Artemis was a saint in comparison."

An yeah, Arty i didn't like cause she was comin' onto my territory I guess. I liked bein' queen, an bossin' around all you boys back home. Katherine's a liar, I think she's doin somethin' to drag people out in the open. Or just playin' the part for the gov, like their puppet. She's fake is all I know, an' yeah, it might be nice to have you check it out."

Ruby shook her head, "Nah, but they don't know that. Most of the next generation supers got powers, some of them latent. But Aaron's father wasn't a super, and my powers travel in a bit different direction as you know."
