Thanks guys.........yeah I really hope to be here for the party. the last one rocked. soggypicklemuncher Arrgghh so many complications and so much bullshit! I guess that's what's to be expected though. it's really got me frustrated!! i feel........so exhausted from it all. i just woke up, i nearly slept all day. like right now i feel weird....like i'm supposed to be in jail right now. i feel good because i dont have to be......but i feel strange. i was so prepared. i sent u guys that goodbye video. (did u get it soggy, embrace, and skeletina?? i know mojo got it.....) when i first got the news i had no clue how i was going to come back and say "OH NEVERMIND!!!! ITS PUT OFF AGAIN" and i had said goodbye to so many people.........

Wow, that really sucks. sad It must be so stressful, I couldn't imagine what its like. And getting dicked around and everything taking so long doesn't help anything either.
Crazy how one action in the heat of the moment can have such long lasting consequences. I don't mean to rub it in or anything, I'm sure you thought it over so many times how that spilt second could have been different... I just mean it amazing how if that spilt second was just a little bit different, it could have meant a slap on the wrist opposed to 4 years in jail. Again, you were both lucky, like you said it could have been worse.
Is your family standing behind you on this?
And I don't mean to be noisy, but what happened to the guy?
And what does G.B.I mean?
God, I hope things go alright and this doesn't drag out for too long. The sooner you are in, the sooner you'll be out. I'm very glad to hear that you will be taking courses while there, best of luck on your schooling!

And what does G.B.I mean? it is VERY stressful......like i said i was supposed to go in yesterday (friday)to start serving my time and i went to the emergency room wednesday night because i was having panic attacks. i do have a chance to just get probation now though because the probation department recommended it. it's all up to emily so that is why we are continuing it till sometime after july 1st. it was such a surprise to not go in yesterday that i am in shock.....i feel strange like i shouldn't be here, and i feel stressed that i'm going to have to wait longer to get it over with. i will probably start to have more panic attacks when it comes down to time again.......anyway to answer your questions: of course! they are behind me 100%. my dad is the one who gets me through it all. i had to submit letters of recommendation to the probation department for them to make up a report to give to the judge, and my dad, mom, grandma and aunt all wrote good letters for me. the guy visited me in jail once and said he would write. he never did and i even sent him a S.A.S.E. whith some paper to write me back!! so when i got out on bail i texted him on his birthday and was like "happy birthday.....thanks for all your support". and he replied back "who is this?" so im like "its robin....figured u would have deleted the number..." and hes like "if it really is.....call me" so i called him and we talked. he told me some BS about how he was going to write me but just forgot and how we couldn't be together and he was going to put that in the letter but he just forgot. so that was the end of that. GBI is great bodily injury. it's one of the charges that were against me in the beginning.

Wow...that must be SO frusturating. I mean, I know it's probably a relief to not be in jail right now, but it must be frusturating that it keeps getting put off, so you can't find out WHAT is going to happen. It's like it gives you more time to feel stressed. :/
BUT! I'm still glad we have you for awhile! Yeay!
