Chase crawled behind Sai and hid under her tail, well, as best he could. Tamago stood up and puffed out his chest, dispite the fact he was afraid of that thing before him. He would not let it get to Sai.
"You see?" He spoke in a mocking tone as he grinned up at the beast.
 Adrean hissed with laughter.
"And it'ss cleaver." He grinned back at the three. " I see everything in a different light boy."
Finally he paused about three feet away from the group, causing Tamago to have to look up.
"And I see you have ah-" He sniffed and flickered his tongue. "-someone else with you. Pitty you have not formally introduced uss..."

Sai looked to him with a muddled mix of curiosity and fear, "Tama-kun?" She whispered.

Tamago looked back at Sai for a moment. He was at a loss for words. He could tell she was scared of this thing.
"And what differance does it make?" He looked back at Adrean. "You don't care."
"A true gentleman would always introduce his-ss girl." He hissed and flickered his tongue.
"We have meet before, and you did the ss-same thing." Adrean chuckled in amusement. only in that he was getting to Tamago. And that was not very hard to do.

Sai took a deep breath collected herself and stood next to Tamago, Still abit scared but wanting to show support in a very quiet way.

Tamago growled at the nightmare. He wasn't about to tell the guy anything he wanted. He refused to let him have his way.
"Go away."
Adrean ignored the growls and the command, and looked instead to Sai.
" You do have a name.... yess-ss?" he grinned wider showing more of his sharp teeth. "I can see your great fear you know..." he whispered. "Come now, don't be shy."

She looked at Tamago, Should she? What so wrong with letting another know her name? she thought. She looked up at the great beast. "I dont believe you're name has been spoken? Why should I give mine?" She asked visibly shaking.

"Adrean, cursed being of the realm." Adrean lowered his head in a small bow. All for show of course.
"And it is always polite little girl." He huffed. Tamago cringed a bit at the thought of why this nightmare was here. All having to do with his disappearance. This part not even Chase knew about.

She made a befuddled face at Tamago, "um, well then, Im Sai-Saigo, most just call me Sai." She bowed back to the monster.

Tamago snarled as his fur fluffed out. "You got it, so you can go now."
Adrean laughed again as he stood up and stretched a bit. "Saigo. I'll remember that."
His tails twiched as he continued on his way. "Oh and Tamago... you best not get so snippy with me. You remember our deal.. and I expect you to hold to it... for reasons-ss now out of your control." He grinned as he continued to walk.

Sai looked at her companion, she feared she had done something wrong. "Tama-kun, What was that about?"

Tamago looked at the ground and refused to watch the nightmare as it walked away. He slowly looked over at Sai.
"He's just looking to scare us... that's what." he straightened up and looked back at Chase who was hiding under his tails now. That wasn't the full story, but he still didn't want to share that.

"He was just trying to make us mad..." Tamago huffed. "I think their kind love to do that."
His tail twiched as Chase moved out and ran in front of Tamago."You never told me that you talked with it! Is THAT what you did.." Chase frowned. "How come you didn't tell-" Tamago forced Chase's head to the ground before he could say another word.

"It's nothing..." Tamago smiled weakly as he let Chase up off of the ground. It really was something, but he didn't want Sai to know. What would she think? The thought made his stomach ball up in a tight knot. His tails came up and curled tightly by his side. "Really... sorry for the scare." Chase only huffed as he dusted his face off. Tamago wouldn't hear the end of this... this he will make sure. Chase silently vowed to get to the bottom of this whole Adrean thing. He didn't say anything else to Tamago, only muttered a few words under his breath. All were to quiet and muffled to understand.
