She pondered on JJoane's words, giving a few sneak peaks at the books JJoane was reading.
Trying to change the subject she noticed he was indeed trying to break some hex codex. While she wasn't fluent with them she recognized the caligraphy among just a few words.
"Why are you reading that book? I mean what are you hoping to gain from it?"
While her face overall seemed down because of her inner conflict, she was at least trying to not dwell on it too much, at least until she could find a suitable counselor.
"... do you know anything about auras?"
She asked while they were at it.

Jjoan would glance at her as she asked about what he was reading " Ah its a book on spells, more accruately a scientific side to it, in the language of werebeasts...my kind's language is quite simular to that of other werebeasts so it's less difficult to translate into a known langauage" he explained "but what im hoping to gain is more knowledge of the magic i know, and try and get a better feeling for it" he told her "because i don't have much magical connection, im hoping that understanding the properties of the magic i use will strengthen it" she would ask about the aura which jjoan just shrugged "Nada..." She replied, only to sigh shortly after as JJoane prooved himself of no use on the Aura department... it would had been too perfect to be real.

She said this last part with some sort of humor, trying to lift her own mood up. But right now she was struggling to recover from the emotional curve that took her on a few minutes ago. Man, loneliness did suck.

Jjoan would take notice of the silence and continue his reading of the book he was on, his hand on his chin and his eyes on the book. Raines position was very familiar to Jjoan as Chilia often done that hen he read and she was bored, sneaking glances at the book that he was currently reading, making sure she wasn't fully caught taking interest in the same book. it was familiar, but not unusual, so he let her peep when she wanted as he just simply focused on reading what he could.
