The Safe Zone
Residents of the Safe Zone live the highest life in the destruction of today's world. Their food is rationed, their land is inclosed and they are free to roam where ever they like, as long as they don't leave the grounds. Life is simple for the people living within the Zone's protective walls and dome like cover. Living in multi-person huts they have access to food, clean water, entertainment and medical attention. Life is easy for residents, so as long as you stay in the Zone.
Peacekeepers
The Peacekeepers protect and provide for the Safe Zone. They insure that their residents are safe and healthy by keeping the radiation and contaminated outsiders out of their protected bubble. When not catering to the safety of their society the Peacekeepers spend their days geared up, armed and ready to eliminate the threat. That threat being infected Rogues and the members of The Rebellion. Their job is to 'depose' of the problem. Though many in the Safe Zone believe the Peacekeepers to be their protectors and political leaders majority are unaware of the true nature of their 'police'. Unaware of the slaughter they take part in on daily bases.
The Rebellion
The Rebellion are a light of hope for many Rogues. They pride themselves on helping others and ridding the world of radiation. Majority of the Rebellion is located somewhere under the earths surface. They keep themselves protected by arming themselves with weapons and armor, whether it was found or forged by their own hands. They provide protection, shelter and food for Rogues. Those who have been infected by the radiation are still safe within the residency of the Rebellion. Those infected are placed in their own living area away from the non-sick. They are still offered with equal to what other residents are and live in their own small community along with others suffering the same ailments. They live life equal to those who are not sick and are provided with medicine that help fight off the radiation within them. They pride themselves on the safety of others and work to take down the Peacekeepers and create a better life for as many as they can.
Rogues
The players in this category are the population of the few people who survived through the radiation. Whether they are infected by the radiation or not is up to you. These few people are still roaming around on their own. Life as a rogue isn't easy, survival is your number one priority. Protecting yourself from the elements and hunting for decent food is just half of your obstacles as a rogue. If the Peacekeepers find you, you'll most likely be killed. Remember, it takes a tough rogue to survive long term.
