Well perhaps we can have a...er...um... non proposal party? XDDDDDD I don't really know just the whole excuse to have an event seems thrilling, as well as celebrating fun stuff~!
As for planning it would take some time but with Peo and I buzzing around it should be a pice of cake... or maybe a whole cake... mmmm cake.
