Europa doesn't trust the parallels as far as she can throw them and doesn't trust the BMC because she sees it as a power bid from them.

Polaris votes no (for the time being atleast) for the same reasons as Pomona. Senshi are supposed to be 'justice and light', not jump to the bad guys tactics just because they seem to be working a little better at the moment.

That's fine, but right now it's looking like the Basterds as a whole won't be joining - you understand that the BMC makes you quit your other factions after a while, right? Maia's going to see pressure on both sides to leave the Basterds, and I just want to make sure you understand that and are cool with it. smile

Yes, I realize this and she will leave ... eventually. I think it will suit her plot and help her really grow to join them.

Edit it saids Europa is a cadet ... does that mean she will ultimately choose the basterds and quit the blood moon?

Which is fine, but the fact is that while the Basterds are non-exclusive, the BMC is, and they don't allow for the free flow of information. On a team like the Basterds, it's a major weakness to have an agent who can't tell you anything about their activities but can report everything you do to her other bosses. It's logistically impossible to join one and be a member of the other at the same time.
The Basterds will miss Maia, too, but it's her decision and if she wants to go then Europa's not going to stop her.
