The Satanic Priest Teh Melly The Satanic Priest Teh Melly PrometheanSet I still can't help but want to graffiti a bible verse onto the local "Jesus Mall" - you know those megachurches with the bible store, childcare facilities, bookstore, giftshop.... I want the verses about Jesus in the temple going apeshit on the moneychangers. And I just want to graffiti it so it takes up the wall of the entrance - the whole side of the building. Simple, like John 5:3-29 or whatever it is. I'm not actually going to do this. I can't afford the Krylon. Ironically enough, these same entities have contributed more towards LaVey's Pentagonal revisionism agenda than the CoS itself! By becoming such large, profit driven entities under a legally non-profit status, they have forced legislation which weakens *all* nonprofit organizations' protections. While this has innumerable collateral damage, I find it hilarious that the Churches themselves are marching towards their own Taxation, as per LaVey's goals. It's just another franchise, and more people are realizing it. I find this amusing. Theres a store in my town called 'The Church Icon' store that I like to go into and talk to the lady that runs it on Monday mornings. Lol hypocrisy. That's what that reminded me of. Yeah, I bet that must be entertaining listening to them bullshit on about the false theory. It's pretty amusing, but there are times when she's telling me about ideas that make sense (helping others, her concept of love, etc). Half of the time it's bullshit though, lol. Well concepts only help to support the theory. Her motives may make sense, but the way she tells of them and places her faith seems unorthadox. I like listening to what she says though, I just don't want to join her Religion because I don't like the idea of my carnal nature being repressed. Especially since I really, really... really like sex. gonk However, if you remove 'Jesus' from everything we talk about, she's got some good ideas. Maybe.

Oh of course, I've talked to many Christians on their views and it makes sense, but the way the believe it is all for a reason and the faith will help prevail makes me start to ask questions whether or not it is a realistic point of view.
