Elizabeth tried to aim her leg to kick him, but when she tried to move she fell back and smacked her head against a stell pole. She winced and closed her eyes as peices of dirt fell ontop of her head. She shook her head to ride of herself of the dirt.

Donovan closed his eyes as dirt showered down on them. Shaking his head, he shot a glare at her. "And that's why you don't touch anything," he said. "You move something, you could bring rubble down on us and we could be crushed. Just wait for the rescue team to dig us out." If he had to, he would hold her down for days until they were rescued.

Elizabeth grummbled before she shot a glare at him and spoke. "I rather me crushed then be stuck here with you for days waiting for some stupid rescue team to get here. I might just be dead by the time they get here. Either from thirst or from you." she crossed her arms across her chest after she was finished. She then shut her eyes and pulled her knees up to her chest so she coud lay her head ontop of them.

Donovan rolled his eyes. "Listen up princess," he said. "It doesn't matter whether you like me or not. I'm your brother-in-law and you're stuck with my until you croak." He stretched himself out, taking a deep breath. "But, you know, you could be stuck with worse people than yours truly."

Elizabeth simply huffed. She didn't fell like arguing with him. She felt wary and yelling at him wasn't helping by far. She lifted her head slight so she could stare at Donovan.

Donovan crossed his arms behind his head, looking up at the ceiling of wood and debris. "Like that security guard that patrols the front yard from midnight to four. He has got the worst BO I've ever smelled. After a few hours in a car with him, I was ready to kill myself."

Donovan immediately tensed up. He slowly turned his gaze towards her. Never had he looked so furious. Never before had he looked so... so... lethal, so terrifying. Even though he was borderline raging, his words were calm, which made him seem all the more dangerous. "You don't know the meaning of heartless," he told her. "And you certainly shouldn't judge someone before you get to know them."

Elizabeth showed fear for her safty for a breif moment, but it didn't last long till it flared up in pure anger. "All I need is 10 minutes with someone by the likes of you before I can tell if they are worth my pity! You are a colld hearted, idiotic moron that doesn't know when to keep his mind out of others peoples business and when to pull out that long pole that stays lodged up in that freaken tight a** of yours!" after her long speech Elizabeth took deep breaths to calm herself, her face blazing red from anger.

"I don't want your pity!" Donovan snarled. "And I don't care what you think of me because the fact is that you're stuck with me! I'm your brother-in-law til one of you dies. So, you can either accept me or fight with me for the rest of your life! I don't care which."

"Fine!" Elizabeth screamed at the top of her lungs, causing small peices of rubble to stir above them. She glared at him for a brief moment before she sighed and looked away, leaning back gently against the rubble behind her.

Donovan froze as small bits of rubble started to fall before relaxing when he saw their little cavern wouldn't cave in. He lowered his head to his crossed arms, laying on his stomach. He sighed quietly to himself and let his eyes close to slits, watching her. He wasn't really a bad guy, situations just made him out to be. They would have gotten on a lot better if she didn't fight him at every turn, but he couldn't see that changing anytime soon.

Elizabeth plucked at a string that was loose on her clothing before she pulled it off and returned to her somewhat relaxed state. She glanced over at Donovan before she looked up at the ceiling. She knew that if the people didn't get there soon, they would be stuck there for 3 maybe up to a week in their place, which would not be good in their case, specially her since humans can only last about 3 or so days without water. She just prayed that the recue team would get there as soon as possible.

Donovan watched Elizabeth through slitted eyes, watching her eyes movement. After several minutes of silence, he said, "I'm sorry about those things I said about your butt and chest. I don't think that. I was just trying to annoy you." He opened his eyes fully, hoping that she wouldn't throw his apology back in his face.
((*gasp* Twice in one day? I feel so loved! ))
