Soren growled for a moment and whipped the saliva off his cheek. This was going no where fast. "You say you don't fear death but I think that's a lie." he said turning away still swinging Arnia's whip. "I'm sure your afraid you'll never see Taku again."

Arina looked straight at Soren, never taking her eyes off of him. "I am if I loose him because I didn't try hard enough to save him."

Soren turned his head slightly to half look at Arina. "Then focus everything you have into your strikes. Make that fear the honed edge to strike down those in your way. Release all your power. It's that simple."

Arina snorted but she knew that Soren was right so she listened to him. Closing her eyes, she envisioned Taku getting hurt, so hurt that she couldn't do anything to save him....Her fear broke the seal that was holding the curse mark in place and it slowly took over. Though she controlled it enough so that she knew what she was doing.
Arina got up and aimed a swinging kick at Soren's head, using all of her strength in the kick.

I sense the curse mark and giggle. "Silly people and there Cure marks." I say sipping the tea that arives. "Um can i have some rice balls now please thank you."

Soren smiled to himself as he felt Arina's strength increase until it filled the clearing with a dark wind. Black flames slowly crept across his body so that under her newfound strength he wouldn't be killed. He purposefully dropped her whip a split second before her foot collided with the side of his head sending him spinning violently into a tree. If not for his own curse seal his head would have been taken off.

Arina picked up her whip and placed it back onto her belt before she ran at Soren, jumping into the air and landing in the tree above him then jumping down, extending her foot, aiming it at his stomach.

Soren's hands snapped up and grabbed Arina's foot before it connected. "Smart girl." he said appreciativly. "At least we're getting somewhere. Now calm down or I break something else besides your ribs."

Arina closed her eyes and got rid of the image in her mind, replacing it with a memory so her seal died down and she fell backwards, landing on her butt while panting. "That worked....Holy crap."
