Brendon kun I noticed in the Bloodline Lists that the Kurama clan was not included. Is it possible to have a character be a Kurama? Also, are there hunter-nin in Konohagakure? If you mean ANBU or Oinin as Hunter nin then yea there are hunter nin in Konoha

If you mean one of those from the Genjutsu based clan, we have them sort of included into several other Genjutsu based clans that had not enough to make them distinct and separate from each other. They are all lumped into the 'S a k k a k u g a n'.

Can I apply chakra scalpel to this in any way!? Like medical chakra in the form of chakra scalpel. That would be epic!

This is a question concerning the Resolution discipline for the Sensory Class. They don't have a defined range of their sensory, but it is drastically reduced compared to the other two disciplines, allowing them to sense more than just chakra, including types of techniques being used. If these techniques are used outside of their range, can they still sense the techniques used on them?

If these techniques are used outside of their range, can they still sense the techniques used on them? almost all sensory jutsu have a range maximum to them. uses of the resolution discipline have that range cut in half. not only do they not gain the benefit of their discipline, they can even sense things outside of their given range. that help?

That would be epic! no, it says elemental chakra. chakra scaple is not elemental K, Didnt know if you counted medical chakra as a type of element or something as only one class has access to it. Still would have been awesome though.

Ryuuka no Jutsu [ Dragon Fire Technique ] is a technique that is not tied to the Uchiha, so techniques that are derived from this base are also not tied directly to the Uchiha. Since I missed the Song technique, I can add it in to the Katon lists, but it is still not a direct Uchiha clan technique. In general, the Uchiha aren't a Katon based clan, they just use Katon before graduating to the superior Enton.
Housenka isn't tied to them, so thusly the Hōsenka Tsumabeni isn't either.
The Great Fireball Shower is related directly to the Song technique, and thusly is not tied directly to them. Thanks for mentioning these, though! This one makes 2 that I'll add to the Katon lists.
The one with the name 'Sharingan' listed in it is only so as, and I quote, "The trick in making this technique successful is to somehow be able to read the enemy's movements, which normally would require the Sharingan." If the user can predict the movements, then the Sharingan isn't needed, hence, it isn't an Uchiha Clan technique directly, but using what one has can make it easier. If anything, we can delete the reference to it, from the name, but that action isn't needed.
While I add those two nifty new Katon jutsu in, is there anything else I can answer? ^_^

Also, the Uchiha are known for their powerful chakra, and I was wondering why they didn't have some sort of chakra boost. Not as much as the Senju clan, but maybe +100 because of the powerful techniques used by this clan, as a majority of the techniques are A rank or higher.
The final thing I'd like to ask about are the restrictions. I know they are set up to where they keep the clan from being overpowered, such as their Doujutsu abilities, and progressing through the stages from Stage One Sharingan to Rinnegan, but with the blindness rates being so high for Mangekyou, and the level of difficulty to obtain the Rinnegan (compared to the Senju, but I do understand why that is the way it is.) I don't see why their Sharingan abilities are reduced by half (Copy being mandatory and you get to choose one other ability). The Uchiha rely on their eyes, being battle-oriented, which can also serve as a major weakness if they are disabled somehow. This is just how i feel, but I would like your input on the matter, since you are the guild owner, as to why it was set up this way.
