Vincent was glad that Reina wanted to go and tell his mother, but she did not know the type of person his mother was. At times she could be the sweetest, kindest, person anyone could ever know, but even she had a dark-side, this made Vincent worry more. As he worried about this, Vincent would hear a knock at the door. Watching Reina open the door, Vincent saw a black haired girl there, after hearing Reina call her name, Vincent eyes widened as this was his brother's partner. "Shira." he muttered. He had only heard stories about her, so this is the first time that they would meet. Looking towards Shira, Vincent bowed, "It is a pleasure to meet you, Shira. My name is Vincent Hope."

Shira smiled when Reina opened the door "Long time no see." she greeted before stepping inside when she was told to. She watched as Reina went off to get Dara and Eric before looking around the house with a small smile on her face, glad that the house was in one piece. She snapped out of her thoughts when she heard an unknown voice. She looked over and saw a boy introduce himself with the last name "Hope". Charlotte was pregnant last time she saw her, and her last child, Mirai aged relatively quickly so she wasn't that surprised of Vincent's older appearance. She gave a warm smile towards him and bowed back "It is great to finally meet you, Vincent." she said before standing up straight and looking at him, still smiling "You have gotten so big already. And cute too. Charlotte should be worried. You are going to have a lot of girls admiring you." she said with a laugh.

"Don't worry, he's got all of us to watch over him. Besides he's Charlotte's child, he has to have a little defiance in him." Dara looked up as she heard Reina telling her and Eric that Shira was here. She got up, grabbed Eric's hand and pulled him up. "Come on let's go join the party."

After she was sure Dara got the message, Reina made her way back to the living room. "She's coming. Where's Atticus? Everyone is showing up separately and it's weird. I'm too used to seeing everyone come in pairs. And why is it that we always meet here? I can't remember the last time I've been to your place, Shira." Reina said. Was there something going on that she was completely oblivious to? She certainly hoped not. "Looks like we're having a party before we're having a tour." she told Vincent.

Shira glanced over to Reina "Actually... he kind of left a while ago without saying anything. I am guessing he is going to train a bit. He was talking a bit about something like that and he has had a habit of leaving for stuff like that without telling me." she explained. "And uh... you kind of won't be going to my place for a bit." she said as she glanced to the side and scratched her head "During the attack on the city, the mansion got burned down. It is being reconstructed now." she said "Father might have a fit from it." she laughed. "But anyway, I just came by to say hello. I haven't had time to relax in a while... so I thought I'd go and see you guys since it has been a while since we have hung out." Shira said with a smile.

Vincent smiled at Shira and gave an embarrassed look as she mentioned girls admiring him, in all honesty, he had never once thought about that, well he was still just a kid, so things like that never came to mind. Vincent would hear Reina question Shira about Atticus and he too, was curious, however that changed as she stated something about having a party before leaving. Vincent was worried, he never hung out with kids his own age, let alone older and notorious people such as Shira and her friends. Vincent looked away, "I-I don't think I should be here. I'm not familiar with all of you and besides, I'm just a kid. I don't want to be a burden to any of you."

Shira looked towards Eric when he greeted her. Her smiled brightened slightly "Hi, Eric. I have been doing well... just doing shinigami things..." she said with a small laugh. "It's been busy though." she looked at Vincent when he spoke, obviously looking unsure about being there ""I don't live here... but I can say that I don't think you are being a burden or anything like that." she said with a smile. "Besides, making friends is a bit awkward at first but you kind of need to get to know them before you can become real friends. Unless you would rather look elsewhere?" she said, the last part being a slight joke.

"Well, this is really my sister's little coterie so we can just leave and do the tour if you want." she told Vincent. As Shira spoke, Vincent saw a similar look in her eyes and the same compassionate voice as his mother, smiling he would nod at her, "I can see now, why Atticus is with you." he told her, referring to the warming and caring presence that she gave off. Hearing what Reina had to say, Vincent was a little nervous, "S-So, just you and me, alone?" he asked.

Walking over to Reina, Vincent would think over her question a little. He had just gotten finished eating a little snack, before coming to this house, so food wasn't that big of a deal for him. However, he remembered that Dara stated that she was going to cook Reina something, meaning that Reina had not eaten, so he decided to go along with her. "I say we go and eat first." he told her.
