I, personally, LOVE the idea of a library.
Since the normal jutsu seem useless unless you are an Uchiha. Or have lots of friends who teach you stuff :s

Or have lots of friends who teach you stuff :s Blah, they're not useless, it's just not style oriented is all. Uchiha's I would assume have the capabilities to use all the elements but favor one or two, ie. sasuke with his lightning and fire techniques.

@ Azien, level 50 would be Chunin level actually.
Also, regarding clones, the answeer is yes it is a percentage of the PC.
Heres how it works.
Lets say you have clones active and I attack you. For the sake of example lets say that my PC is 150 and your Defensive PC is 200 +20 from clones. So that would make your defensive roll 220 vs 150. Giving you have 57% to defend successfully.
Now to determine rather or not your clone gets hit you would determine your percentage without them. Which in this case would be 200vs 250 = 55%
So by that you now know that anything between 55% and 57% is the benifit of having a clone.
So if you make your roll and you roll 55 or less, then you defended succesfully and no clones are harmed. However, lets say you rolled a 56 or 57. You still succeeded your check, but you succeeded simply because the clone was hit instead of you. In this case, one of the clones is destroyed and your buff from having clones decreases to reflect this.
Make sense?

Bleh, being the first one there does not mean you will be the first with a sword. Them drop rates are low as ********. Plus, dont forget, if someone where to say, spot you on the way out, they could follow you if they have a good enough rprical reason to suspect you are going after the swords. Be very very careful out thar : D
In other news. If anyone has any more building ideas, speak now. Im working on village walls as we speak, and afterwards Im moving out of the creation stage, and moving into the correction stage where the mods discuss the pricing and such, after which it should be open to the public.
Note: You can still suggest buildings after its out, but right now will be the best damn chance you ever have of having it implemented.

@Zav, good, I hope that good feeling stays twisted .
Actually, just remembered another building. Monuments. These would be things such as the Kage Shrines etc. That would provide innate buffs that would be active while you are in your home village. These buffs would still be limited by your cap, but are an extra buff.
So like Agility(x2) + Agility Buff(x2) + Accuracy + Jutsu Acc Buff + Item Acc Buff + Building Accuracy Buff.
That type of thing.
