"I love you too which is why i'm worried about you lack of sleep I'm we can't have you attacking the nurses by mistake why don't you find somewhere more comfortable to sleep so your not crabby." She suggested even though she didn't want him to leave she knew it was for his own good and everyone else's including the hospital staff attending her.

Devon sat closer and laid his head on the side of her bed. "Here is fine." he said. He won't leave her side. Not yet. He couldn't bring himself. "I'll sleep well enough. I heal fast so you don't need to worry." He assured her. He squeezed her hand gently.

"Is that another werewolf side effect super healing?" Lark asked squeezing his hand as she yawned and closed her eyes finally able to get some rest with out worrying about anything

Devon smiled. "It's not instantaneous, but it's fast enough." he answered. "Sleep well."
He closed his eyes as well. Despite fast healing he needed sleep and he would be ravenous when he awoke to compensate for it, but he'd deal with that then.

Lark sighed and closed her eyes going to sleep holding his hand and getting comfortable even though it was a hospital bed and felt like a rock compared to her bed at home which she missed dearly. When she was in a deep sleep she began to have a nightmare she was reliving what Robin was doing to her and it made her heart race in fear not even the erratic beeping of her heart monitor which was signaling her heart's distress woke her.

Devon woke to the annoying beeping. Grumbling he groggily looked around. However it was Larks distress that caught his attention. He shook her but she seemed to be in a really deep sleep.
He closed his eyes and focused on her. He tried to send his thoughts and emotions into her dreams, though he wasn't sure what was disturbing her. It wasn't too hard to guess though.
Shhhh. Lark. I'm here. You're okay.
Really he had no idea if it would do much.

Lark managed to escape the nightmare and wake up even though she was in tears her nerves were shot and she was a mess and the beeping of the machines quieted some but they didn't stop because she wasn't calm yet and if she didn't calm down the doctors would come in and hold her down to sedate her and Devon might end up hurting someone or himself in that situation because when she was upset he got upset and became aggressive toward others. "Devon," she choked out "What happened to her." she didn't have to clarify which her she meant he knew she was talking about Robin

Devon reached up to stroke her face gently. "Hey. It's alright." he said soothingly. He was reluctant to answer her question, especially here. He looked around to see if anyone was listening but still he would be careful.
"You don't have to worry about her. She's gone." he said grimly.

She grabbed his hand and held it to her face calming down due to his touch which was just what she needed right now, when she was calm she realized she was very hungry she wondered if Devon felt the same. "Devon are you hungry? because I am." she spoke up after awhile

He didn't have to answer and his empty stomach complained. He grinned sheepishly and stood. "I'll get me something to eat. I doubt the food is all that good, but I'm sure it will do. As for you, I'd been ask the nurse."
He stood and pressed the button for her help.

Lark smiled at the answer his stomach gave her she found it funny because that wasn't a sound she ever heard from him even though shes heard every should a wolf could make save for that. "Cheater, you get to eat real food I get to eat hospital junk." she childishly stuck her tongue out as the nurse which was a blonde peaked in "Yes?" she asked

Devon nodded to the nurse. "I think Lark is ready for some lunch." he said. "Can you tell me where the cafeteria is?" he asked.
After she gave him directions, he turned to Lark. "I'll be back soon. Eat a lot for me." he said with a grin and kissed her forehead.

The nurse was quite taken with Devon and as she gave him the directions to the cafeteria so as she pointed him in the right direction she started to flirt with him but she saw it wasn't working so after he left he went to get the patient her lunch When her lunch arrived lunch was starving and quickly dug in to her food her body needing to catch up on three days worth of nutrients she didn't see the man in the door way until he spoke up

"Hello, Lark." Fredrick said stepping into the room. "How are you feeling?" he asked. He took a seat in the chair Devon had occupied just moments before. It had his scent all over it. He wasn't surprised he stayed all night.
Fredrick just hoped this would be the last time misfortune befell the two.

"Umm hello? Do I know you?" she asked becoming nervous that this guy knew her name and she didn't know who he was and she didn't know how he knew she'd be here she thought only Devon knew that information
