"I...have absolutely no clue."

Gideon lowered his head in shame, she didn't know who he was at all. He scratched his head and began to explain himself. "It's expected I suppose, I was playing a festival game, you kinda ran by, finished it and left."

"Oooh, still don't know you I'm afraid."

"Oh, come on! You can't be that short minded."

"I'm sorry, but I don't, I guess I just saw you and helped."

It was then Eric gently whisked Mina away from that quarrel. He put a finger to his lips and whispered. "She'll get back home on her own. Lets get out of here."

Eric smiled, taking the quiet moment to hold hands with Mina again. The smell of food must have gotten to her, or perhaps just pregnancy cravings. "Sure thing, we'll go wherever you'd like." He said, putting a hand on her stomach. "You too."

Due to the festival, there weren't many places to go out and eat at this time. Most were closed around this time. However a there was one rather nice restaurant open around the corner. Eric groaned, that would definitely put a dent in their pocket, but he hoped it would do.

"Would you like to go there there, Mina? Looks like you could have a good meal there."

"If you insist, I thought you were getting tired of all the other kind of places we normally eat at." Said Eric, yet another thing he liked that about Mina. He kept looking around until he found a more causal place to go and eat out. They had chefs and foods from all over the world there, rather exotic, but cozy. He saw other underdressed tourists, so Eric wrapped an arm around Mina and walked her right inside, taking her over to a free table.

Eric nodded his head. "Well, it hits a little close to home for everyone, so it would be." He said, answering her when they sat down. He took a look at the menu, stopping at Mina's affections. He really liked her suggestion.

"Of course we can, Mina. I'd love to." When the waitress came to take their order, he got himself and Mina a soup called Windy Noodles, it was called such for a very particular reason, given that it was a Uni dish.

"You can order something else, but you have to try this soup if they still make it the same way I remembered it as a kid.."

Eric laughed a little. "Even if it's not your cup a tea, you're definitely going to like just looking at it." As they waited for their food to come, Eric snuggled next to Mina, one hand around her waist, the other stroking her belly.

"Sometimes I forget how awesome you are, being able to grow a new life inside you like this. Can't wait till I can actually say I at least helped, you know?"

Eric eyes shifted away as she spoke, but then returned to looking into her adoring face. "I know, but I want to have a child that's both mine and yours, I want to see our traits together. My black hair and your blue eyes, stuff like that." He explained as they talked, their food came to them, placed on table with closed trays and chopsticks. Once the lids were lifted, they revealed two empty plates...

The soup and noodles itself were floating in the air!

"Well, what do you think?"

"You could wait till it cools down and ask for a bowl when it begins to lower. It's made with ingredients from my home world that rises when they are together like this and hot." He took his pair of chopsticks in hand and brought the food to his mouth as it floated in the air. He was a veteran at this sort of stuff. "Here, I'll show you how to hold it." He placed his chopsticks down and placed hers in hand, showing her how the proper hand placement and how to use it for herself.

"Hold it just like that, and do exactly as I showed you." He said with a smile.
