Black laugh inwardly a little. "I need to do a little examination before I allow you to do anything. He lifted Matachi's shirt, placing his hands on the man's chest. "Okay, I want you to breathe in and out again." Then when he went to move his hand again,he brought the scalpel out in an attempt to stab him in the heart.

"You forget what they think I can do if they cross me." She ment it she would do it. Was going to do it. It was Illomeania she was worried about handleing more so than any of them. She flashed him a smile that said not to worry as she moved away from his grsp and back towards the door. Opening it and seeing the scene infront of her she only reacted. Her power even with the taint flarred at once as her hand went out. Black would feel his hand crushing, his bones poping and his hand twisting. The pain would seem very real enough.

Matachi wasn't quick enough to fully block the hit, but he was fast enough to grab hold of his wrist to barely move it to the right of the heard, it punctured straight into his skin making Matachi yell out loudly. He screamed as he clenched his hand around blacks wrist in complete pain locking him there. Matachi just held him there not noticing Katherine playing a role just yet.

Leaving the scalpel where it was, Black pulled his hand away and ran out of the room. He went directly to his hidden lab where he took residence on his bed in there. While it wasn't as comfortable, he laid there and thought on what he just tried to do.

Katherine walked into the medical wing it was te last day Matachi would have to spend there and she was happy for him. She walked in sitting down beside him waiting for him to wake up. She wore this morning a gown of cream colored fabric held at one sholder by a golden crest of Llyr's symbol.

Matachi woke slowly to look over at Katherine "Hey love.." he smiled softly as his bandaged chest slowly rose and fell with alot of effort.

Katherine gave a sweet smile, which faded as she noticed it. "What happend here?" She asked with a worried tone. She couldn't think what would have been able to hurt him.

Matachi swallowed abit contimplating lying to her but he knew that wasn't going to have anything go well "Black attempted to kill me.." he says quieting down abit towards the end of his sentence. "I tried to keep him here but I couldn't." he says

Katherine looked confused. "Why?" She said softly as she looked over him. That she didn't understand at all. Why save him and try to kill him. It made no sense to her.

Katherine was silent then she didn't understand what could be wrong, it worried her though. She looked towards the door wondering what Black was doing. She looked back to him. "It doesn't seem like him.." She wanted to ask if he was sure. She didn't though instead she decided it best to ask Black about it, and to stop letting him care for Matachi.
