It was then another cat-like creature appear. He yowled at the orange cat moving it out of the way. Hermione gasped when her magic flared to the creature. The cat-like creature purred before sitting in front of Hermione. It was a kneazle. His pointed furred ears flickered as his whiskers twitched. His fur coat was like a white tiger's but with more of a rune-like design. "You are so handsome." The young bookworm said shyly offering her hand so she could pet him. He purred before moving his head under her hand and pushing it in to her palm. Both of their magical cores accepted each other. Katherine was moved at the display. I'm happy she found a familiar. She thought to Harry. Hermione looked at Phobius, "So what do you think of him?" She asked her boyfriend as the kneazle settled himself in her arms, purring. He had his jade colored eyes trained on him.

(Ah... not a terribly big fan of Crookshanks, then? xd ) Harry nodded in agreement, smiling slightly. Phobius smiled ever-so-slightly. "Well, he's a little too white for my taste, but I'm rather biased in that regard - I prefer dark colors, after all," he admitted freely, petting the little guy, though he remained wary; again, some animals were a little wary of him. Confusa similarly hopped up into Phobius's arms, examining this new kneazle with the same sharp, critical gaze she'd examined the other cat with. After a moment, she seemed satisfied with Hermione's choice and began urging her owner to pet her in the fashion of cats everywhere - nudging his hand with her head until he got the hint.

((I am a fan but I wanted to do a little twist.)) Katherine then took Harry's hand and pulled him out fo the store, Ok, now let's find that store my parents went to for Deva. She though to Harry. Hermione giggled, "He is black and white. He is a perfect combo of my acceptance of your dark side and my light side." She said. The male kneazle smirked in a cat's way before nuzzling his head in Hermione's hand. "Now to name him." Hermione said thinking out loud. She was already walking to the counter to pay for him and things for him. "How about Disiceri for disicere, which means being two sided or having two sides." She said to her boyfriend and the two cats. The male kneazle purred at the suggestion.

'All right... do you even know where it is, though?' Harry 'asked' in return, still blinking a little owlishly from being literally pulled along. Phobius nodded in approval. "An excellent name," he agreed, smiling faintly even as he humored Confusa and started petting her. Confusa, on the other hand, had apparently picked up some of her not-quite-human's mother's quirks, because right now she was rather blatantly ogling her fellow feline.

Disiceri blinked at the female feline as she ogled him. He greeted himself to her before climbing up on to Hermione's shoulder. He purred as her bushy hair covered him. Hermione giggled before paying for her new familiar. "I am so happy to get him." She said to Phobius as she walked with him out the door. "Now where are the others?" She asked. Katherine looked at Harry, Are you using logic with me, Harry? She asked as she entered a store pulling him along. She smiled seeing it was a darkish store. It had a book shelf in the back. Hey, Harry, look there's spiders in the jars. She said pulling him over.

Harry looked curiously to see that, yes, there were spiders in the jars... and oddly enough, they were looking right back, which was kind of creepy. "Is there something you wanted? The spiders don't like it when people stare at them, I'm afraid."Harry yelped, whirling around to see a rather amused Aran, who he could've sworn had NOT been there a moment ago. "Knowing Katherine, she probably dragged Harry off to try and find the shop her parents got Deva from," Phobius noted calmly.

Hermione nodded, "And Harry can't say no cause he loves her and doesn't speak up a lot." She said petting Disiceri. Disiceri purred before asking Confusa who or what his human was talking about. Katherine giggled at Harry's yelp before smiling at Aran. "Sorry, I was just looking for the shop my parents got my spider and books. She is so helpful when I make crafts. I made a doll using her webbing. So I was wondering if you had any books on crafting and runes?" She said retaking Harry's hand to calm him down.

Confusa explained the current situation, then added for context that Katherine and Harry were mates, and that Harry had a tendency to do what Katherine said. "Quite. Frankly, I sometimes wonder how he got even half sorted into Gryffindor if he can't even stand up to his girlfriend," he noted with dry humor. Aran nodded, heading to the bookshelves. "Certainly; not many since most of them are bought out by an old friend of mine, but fortunately he doesn't take duplicates."Meanwhile, now that Harry was over his initial startlement, he tilted his head slightly as he watched Aran, puzzled; there was something about him that reminded him faintly of Mitis... though it also reminded him of a spider creeping along its web towards its prey.

"Maybe it's the snake in him that thinks it's smart to go along with what she says." Hermione said shrugging. Disiceri nodded thanking her for the information. He then asked if his human was the mate to hers. Katherine nodded before walking to the bookcase, Harry, you look like something will eat you in here. Have some confidence in yourself and me. Like I would let anything hurt you again. She said to him. "So what are you I smell insect, not to be rude. Still training myself to know things by scent." Katherine said smiling.

Confusa confirmed that yes, Disiceri's human and her not-quite-human were mates. "Perhaps," Phobius conceded. "I believe you're smelling spider, not insect," Aran noted with an amused little smile. "To answer your question, however, I am a Druid - a Middle Druid of the Beast Circle, to be exact."Harry blinked owlishly. "Er... what?"Aran chuckled. "It means several things, but the only relevant part is that I've undergone a... merger, of sorts, with my Animagus form.""And your form is a spider?" Harry guessed - between the feeling he'd been getting from the man and the ungodly amount of spiders and spiderwebs around the place, it was only logical. "It used to be, yes - a wolf spider, to be exact," Aran agreed calmly. "Now... well, I suppose you could consider my Animagus form as more of a were-spider, though I assure you, I am not forced to change at the full moon."

Disiceri looked over Phobius not really impressed. He hoped that the not-so human would impress him soon. Hermione rolled her eyes, "You know it's true." She said. Katherine turned to Aran, "Merged with your Animagus form? What if you had multiple forms? Oh nevermind that. Are you apart of that Druid thing that Mitis invited us too? And spider? Can you change right now? Is it a big form?" She fired off questions as they came to her mind. Katherine also was firing up Harry's mind, Isn't that amazing?! He is a Were-something. And he is normal looking. Not disfigured or something, maybe it could work for me? Or we can find something about what you are going through? The witch was vibrating with excitement. Her eyes looked animalistic.

Confusa caught the look Disiceri was giving her not-quite-human and immediately looked rather amused; if the white cat wanted to antagonize Phobius, that was his funeral, and she told him as such. "Even if I did, I am not required to admit it one way or the other," Phobius noted dryly, a faint smirk on his face. "Nevertheless, I know what store they wandered off to, so we can either wait for Mother or go and find them now." He then noticed the way the cat was looking him over and quirked an eyebrow, wondering why on earth it was doing so. "Yes, I merged. Multiple-form Animagi generally end up turning into hybrids. Yes, I am, though I'm afraid I'm not as high-ranking as Mitis is - Middle Druids are in the middle of the metaphorical totem pole, so to speak, exactly as the name implies. Yes, spider. I could, but frankly, someone else could walk in any moment now, and I try not to scare off my customers. Yes, it's roughly human-sized, due to how the process works - I merge with the spider, and the spider merges with me," Aran answered every last question, still looking rather amused as he watched her eager demeanor. Harry just blinked owlishly, a little disoriented from his girlfriend's sudden burst of hyperactivity.

Disiceri gave Confusa the equivalent of a shrug before taking a cat nap on Hermione's shoulder. He would study his human's mate again later. Hermione nodded, "Ok let's just go find them. Your mother with find us easily." She said taking his hand. Katherine opened her mouth to ask more before closing it to rush to her boyfriend. She quickly got him a seat. "Sorry, Harry. Are you ok?" She asked cupping his cheeks and looking into his eyes making sure he wasn't disoriented anymore. Katherine looked through some of her pockets in her cloak and took out a bottle of water. "Need some?" She asked soothingly.

"Er, thanks, but I'm fine... just... try to avoid talking in my head when you're all hyper like that, okay?" Harry requested, blushing slightly from her concern (though he had to admit, it was nice to know she worried about him). Phobius nodded, calmly heading over to the Spider's Parlor Apothecary; soon they entered the shop, Phobius quickly spotting Katherine and Harry. "You see? There they are, just as I said," he told Hermione with a small smirk.

Hermione giggled before saying, "Phobius, showing off is a little childish don't you think?" She said before walking over to their friends. "Hello." She greeted herself to Aran. Disiceri woke up a little to see where they were at before going back to sleep. I promise to never be that hyper as I talk to you like this again. I love you. She said to him calm as she kissed his forehead. She put the water bottle back in to her cloak before going back to the bookcase. She pulled some of the crafting books and a few of the rune books. She eyed the creatures books. "Should I get a creature book just in case that next one I turn in to we don't know?" She asked Phobius calmly like is their normal, which it is.
