"Hatsu?" a kind voice called out to the boy from the other side of the room. Lady B was standing there. She had been searching for the youth for a while and was starting to worry when she couldn't find him. "Are you alright dear? I have been calling for you for some time. The pizza you wanted is here."

" Oh, sorry, I guess I didn't hear you. In the dining room, right?" Hatsu sighed. He wished that there was a regulator between his brain and mouth, on duty at all times so he wouldn't get himself into this kind of crap.

Derniere_Danse Shinto blinked and couldn't stop staring at the boy. All the things he had been through were terrible and should never be experianced by anyone. "Imaru..." he whispered and pulled the boy closer to him, hugging him and hoping to calm the crying boy down. "Don't worry. Lady B and I will do everything to protect you. There's nothing to fear now."

She stopped walking and just looked at Hatsu. "Hatsu, whatever happened was not your fault. You shouldn't be so hard on yourself."

Hatsu shook his head chuckling. " You have no idea. You see, my brain leaked out a thought, verbalizing it with my mouth for someone to hear. The someone heard it and probably has the power to do horrible, horrible things to me. Therefore, since both of the offending parties are of my person, It is my fault." Hatsu walked into the dining room.

Swallowing thickly, he looked down at the boy and shook his head, "Hardly." he murmured, his hand moving gently through the thick hair. The corner of Synei's mouth lifted in a small, bitter looking smile as he continued to stroke the boy's hair. "Even if I do have any.. I'm too old, soon it will go away completely." he muttered, his crimson eyes flashing slightly. He leaned down a bit, about to speak something before he seemed to look pained and he quickly moved toward his tea, not wanting the kid to find out just how hurt he was at being seemingly not good enough for the kid. After all, if a nice kid like this wouldn't be with him, who would? Biting his lip, he reminded himself to stop worrying about it; he already knew he was going to die never being loved.

Dai grabbed his free hand and held it in his smaller ones gently, idly rubbing it with his thumb. "I think you're still very beautiful." he said, gazing into the man's face with gentleness in his eyes.

A warm blush came over his cheeks as he looked down at the boy, "You must be blind, kid." he murmured, though his free hand slipped down to rest against the boy's cheek, his thumb stroking the soft skin. "I wish that you didn't have to follow this sort of life. It will break you someday." he murmured, implying that it had broken himself, as well.

Dai's eyes closed at the contact and he let out a gentle breath. "I like you though, even if you're broken, and i'm aware of the fact that one day i'll break too. But that's ok...I don't mind so much anymore."

Synei shifted, his legs moving out from beneath him as he cradled the boy's head for a moment as he lay down next to him, moving his arm under the boy's head and slipping his hand away from the boy's he wrapped it around the boy's waist, pulling him close. Resting his chin atop the boy's head, he closed his eyes tightly, "You should go find someone who will.. make you happy." he murmured, "And not stick around this place with me, ne." Biting his bottom lip, he ignored the pain he felt in his chest and closed his eyes. How could have grown attached to someone like this? It all happened so easily. That stupid kid...
