"This is intended to be more private, yes." Azrael said to Tanis. "But you are here now, and it would be rude of me to chase you out... though I will suggest that we all relocate to the center room of the house. The fire is larger and there is more space. I will get you something, excuse me." He said standing up to get some food for his guests.
Shinn nodded vigorously. "Yeah!" He crouched down as he watched and suddenly sprang after the rabbit. He gave immediate chase it went on for a while. Shinn gradually gained ground on the rabbit and pounced out to trap the rabbit in his arms and claws, when the rabbit took a surprisingly sharp turn, and Shinn was moving to fast to replicate. He slipped over a patch of ice and tried to backpedal to no avail. Shinn slid into and disappeared into a snow banking. A few seconds later, Shinn's head popped out of the snow, looked around for the rabbit, and then started to cry, softly.
Mazzia brought Veral into the guest den and set him down on one of the beds. She smiled at him and returned to the family den, quickly finishing sewing up the patch on the flap.

Tanis looked down at Helena. "It looks like we sill be moving then." He lifted her up, following Azrael out into the center room. "Thank you Zel." Tanis said bowing as best as he could.
Miluiel had watched him nervously. When he appeared again she hurried to him. "Little Shinn." she said lifting him out of the snow and brushing the snow off him. "Shh, shhhh. What's wrong, what hurts?" She asked the pup. She kissed his head, "It's alright."

Helena remained asleep even after being moved. Her sleeping form would not awaken as she lay there in Tanis’ arms. Her eyes eventually though would open as she looked around seeing that she had been moved. She didn’t mind much as she realized Tanis still had a firm hold of her. That made her happy. She was not alone again. Perhaps she could protect Miluiel and be in love after all, without breaking her oath to protect.

Shinn sniffled. "Th-the rabbit.... g-got away...." He sobbed. "I'm a bad hunter...." He said dejectedly.
Azrael went into the storage room and returned with a cloth of dried food and a few strips of dried meat. There was a lot there, more than he expected for an elf but he was making sure that there was enough for him to share. "This is what we have for the moment. There's not much fresh and I haven't gone hunting as yet."

Miluiel laughed, "Oh Shinn, your father hasn't taught you to hunt yet. You will still be a good hunger." She kissed his head, rubbing his head. "Please don't worry about it Shinn."
"Really Zel, it is fine. Thank you!" he took the food nervously. Sitting down he held Helena still in his arms. He nibbled on a small piece of bread that he had brought with him. The food filled him mostly. He then ate bits of the fruit. "Thank you." He said again.

“The Lady Shera, is she alright? What of Veral or Miluiel?” Helena asked her questions to Azrael in particular as he might know. Her words were soft not in a demanding nature as she laid still. She knew she shouldn’t move yet with her body still in a mess. She would need to sleep again later, but for now she’d stay awake as she placed a hand near where the wound to her heart was. It didn’t hurt much, just a lingering pain that she begun to heal herself to give Mazzia a chance to recover. Helena had that much strength in her.

Shinn sniffled and wiped his eyes. "Okay." He said softly. He shook a bit of stubborn snow off of his tail. "Do you really think I will be a good hunter?" Shinn asked Miluiel.
Azrael sighed. "I am not sure of Shera, she is with Celeron, and I will assume that they are alright. Miluiel is out with Shinn, they needed to get away from the scene, as for Veral, we shall wait for Mazzia to check up on her. She's busy at two things at the moment." He said sitting down. "If you have the strength, please eat. That food is for you too Helena." He said.
Mazzia finished with her patching and sped off into the guest den to check on Veral. He had fallen asleep again, but he needed the rest, he had lost an incredible amount of energy, but the boost from Helena earlier did wonders for him. She sat down next to him and pet Veral's hair like one would a dog.

Tanis offered Helena the food. "Here you are." he said with a wisp of a smile on this thin lips. "Please eat." He implored.
"Yes!" Miluiel said as if it were obvious. "You will be a wonderful hunter!" she cheered bouncing him up and down on her hip. "You will be the best hunter in all the forest!" She laughed.

Helena would nod as she took some of the food in her hand. She’d eat it carefully so as not to choke on it. Her body was still pretty weak considering all the healing that has been done to it. She felt that her blood had been restored enough as she checked the wound on her stomach to make sure it had healed. The wound she had received had indeed healed thanks to the combined magic of Mazzia and herself. “It’s good.” Helena said this with a smile on her face as she looked between Tanis and Azrael.

Shinn giggled and cheered. "Yay!" He exclaimed. "The best in the world!" He said hugging Miluiel and giving her an affectionate lick on the cheek.
Azrael smiled at Tanis. "I am sorry that we had bad blood between us. I did not mean to bring any hardship or difficulty toward you." He said to him apologetically. He sat down by the fire quietly.

Miluiel laughed, "Shinn, you're too cute!" She said nuzzling him happily. "I can't wait until you are recognized as my son." she blushed at the thought. "Are you sure you're alright with our plan Shinn?" she asked him.
Tanis smiled at her and ruffled her hair. "Silly girl." He said to her softly. "I am glad you like it."

Helena would smile still as her hair was ruffled. She’d not complain any as she looked at Tanis. Her hand would put some more food into her mouth before she would stop to think. She was worried about the Lady Shera. She had heard any news from her as she looked about. “Tanis, what have you done in your travels besides look for Miluiel?”

Shinn giggled again and nodded vigorously. "Yeah! Yeah!" He cheered. "You get to be my mommy!" He said. "And you get to live with us, and sleep with us! We can play, and swim when the water unfreezes!" Shinn snuggled. "And when I get big I'll bring you a wyvern!"
Veral awkoe. "M-Mazzia... what're you doing?" He asked softly.
Mazzia smiled mischievously. "Just petting you." She said. "And making sure you don't go anywhere with out me seeing it." She added.
"Well aren't you blunt about it." Veral chuckled, and then coughed shutting his eyes again.
Mazzia smiled and rubbed his chest. "Its nice to have a pet around." Mazzia said affectionately.

"Not much really, just little things, council meetings. I did meet a griffin once, the bloody creature almost clipped my head off." Tanis chuckled. "Being what I am I have only done work in the name of my nation, missions that are assigned and such. Is that what you were looking for?" He asked her.
Miluiel laughed hugging Shinn tightly. "I look forward to that Little Shinn, all of it. And tomorrow it will come to pass!" She cheered excitedly. "So what do you say, should we try to find another rabbit?" she asked him knowing he would want to surprise his father.

Helena would nod as she looked at him. Her eyes closed for a moment as she found enough strength to sit up in his arms and eventually just sit in Tanis’ lap. “I had been searching for Miluiel for some time till finding her here. I observed her this last day with Azrael. That is how I knew they were in love. I could not stop their love once they found each other. The affairs of the heart are not something one can trifle with.” Helena was calm with what she said as she looked at him calmly. Her hand had moved from her stomach to her chest as she gasped a little from moving suddenly. Apparently her body wasn’t ready to let her move yet.
