Well it depends on the nature of her contract Arc, but it sounds as though her life essence was removed along with most of her soul. Once she ceases to exist then whoever bought it will take full ownership of it. So basically...yes, she is essentially the living dead now. Soulless and painless...a walking corpse. She retains her sentience and control of her body as a result of the contract. This is what I've gathered so far.
