"True unless you were able to some how get the building on top of the sand."Anubis was puzzled at the thought how could you do somthing like that.

Furii sighed and sat back, her paws sore. "Y'know, I've read that there are...what's it called again, Anubis? Oh yeah, cities, buried under the sand. Humans built them. But, I think Suna is right, there's no way we can dig this out," She said, a little disappointed. "But this means that we weren't the first things here!" she said, excited once again.

Isis watched the other foxes try to dig up the ruins of whatever the humans left behind. He quivered in excitement, and creeped over to the edge of the building. He randomly gnawed on the brown stone and spat out the sand.
"It sort of tastes like salt..." Isis told anyone who would listen and gnawed on the building again.

"That's because most of the desert his salt. That's why you get so thirsty," Furii explained as she continued to dig.

"Yup, and why any meals out here taste so good," Suna replied jokingly, making her way out of the whole. "If it's too bland, just throw on some sand." She smirked slightly at her lame pun. Ok, I gotta make better jokes in the future.

"Ha ha..." Isis let loose a mock laugh and stopped gnawing on the building.
"You think there's any dead bodies in the building? Or mummies? If there's mummies there might be treasure, like gold and stuff."
He stared dreamily at the rust-colored stones that the ruins were made out of.
((Hey, you think we can try sending in a tribe form to Sapphy? <<>>
Where's Mico's Modifoxes anyway?))

((I have no idea... And we can, once Mico posts....>.<))
"Well, I don't know, but there's probably some gold in the Mine," She said, mulling it over. It had been ages since she had been in there. "I hope there aren't mummies. They smell bad, I think," She said, wrinkling her nose to show her disgust.

"Well, yeah, they are dead creatures wrapped in cloth," Suna replied, laying down on the sand and looking down at them over the edge of the hole. "Of course they are gunna stink. Weird creatures though, whatever those dead things are. I think they walk on their hind legs." A mental image came into her head of modifox-like creatures walking on theirback laegs. "Course, guess they would have to to build all of these things..."
(Yeah, she's never actually seen a human, apart from the mummies, but those are wrapped up. XP)

Furii looked in surprise at the younger fox, then smiled. "They're called humans, Suna. They do walk on their hind legs, and they only have fur on the top of their heads. I've seen pictures, they look quite odd," She finished, smiling at the group. She had a deep, gut feeling that she would be meeting more foxes today, but that was next to impossible....

"Pictures?" Suna replied, but then shook her head. "Nevermind. Hmm, interesting. Guess I'll keep an eye out for any then."

"Well.... There's this human that visits me sometimes." Isis said, remembering the odd girl. "Though I don't know if she knows anything about mummies. Maybe I can try asking her when she comes along."
Tilting his head, he padded around and saw some shadows in the distance. "Those are strange looking horses, the ones with humps on their back." Isis said to himself.
((Or we can get one more foxy in here and we'll be all set...))

((I need to send a PM to Mico. sweatdrop ))
Furii looked up, then laughed. "Those aren't horses. They're called camels, at least by the humans. Why, I don't know," She said, shrugging. "I think they're too big to take down, though. I've seen them fight with eachother. It gets pretty bad," She said, grimacing at the thought.

That last statement peaked Suna's interest. "Too big to hunt?" she replied with a small smirk as her tail continued to swish behind her, a little faster now. "Sounds like a challenge to me." Suna had been bored with the small prey of the desert for a while now and longed for something bigger to try to take down, like the deer that exist in forest.

Furii laughed at the difference in her...in her friend's reactions. She had been about to say 'her tribe'. "C'mon, guys, I have one more thing to show you," She said, her eyes going to Anubis.
