I GUESS it is a good thing. Probably how they track who posts where and if they need to ban people they can ban the IP address. It probably helps keep track of traffic on the site *shrug*

So much for Menewsha tonight. I can't access it all all. Oh well, I'll just go earn gold at Zantarni with that addictive bug game, lol

Jurupmae, oh man, that bug game is so addicting. Plus, it gives gold, best of both worlds! I was able to afford shoes already, just from the game. Someone mentioned they look like ticks, and they do. It's so much fun to squish them.

I stopped by Menewsha tonight, but didn't see much that was new and unusual.

yea the bug game is on zantarni, which reminds me we should make a specific zantarni thread, but don't play it right now. they're having major issues with gold disappearing. I ove almost 2,000gold that way crying crying crying

Are you using Firefox? I hope you get your cash back! I'm playing it off and on, but now I'm nervous. So many people are losing money like that.

I could only WISH Menewsha had a game set up besides cards. I don't like luck based games, as I seem to lose at cards more than I win, and the only other alternative for gold gaining is to spam the forums like a spammer.

i actually PMd Tom about the gold issue and he sent me back 2500 gold to replace it!!!!

could you imagine gaia giving you gold back, let alone more gol than you lost!

as far as I can tell today the bug is fixed. I got gold from playing today

I have a friend who donated hundreds of dollars to Gaia, got lots of letters, either sold in bulk to someone or transferred much of it to a mule (or prehaps both) and had both mule and main frozen for "suspicious activity". I consider that salt in the wound.

I'm glad you got it taken care of!

we've had a similar thing happen to us, Simlizzy, who is Chimama over on Menewsha was banned, she'd donated a lot here, and bought a lot of credits for the store too, enough for a Ducky, and at least one pair of fairy wings which she sold on, plus she'd bought plushies from the G Store.

Gaia don't seem to care how much of your hard earned cash you've given to them, they'll still ban you!

It is that kind of thing that bothers me on both Gaia and on Neo. Here I only have one account because I never got around to creating a mule but on Neo I have at least three with one being the main account. I can't say I'm uber wealthy but I do move stuff around. I don't want to log in one day and find everything gone because I moved stuff from one account to the other.

I have a general idea of what things look like on the backend for admins and so forth and I find it sad that they ice first and ask questions later when they can clearly follow someone and see what they are doing if they suspect something. People like Lizzy suffer when the cheaters get away unscathed.
