He curled it in her paws and took soft sips. Lightly, and calmly. Seeing that he had asked her to take small sips.
Her tail extended out with its feathers blooming. She had never tasted tea but this thing he made was good. "The sun is setting." She said when she took a break from sipping and put it on the ground in front of her.
All the sudden from the worry she had turned serious.

Elenshi looked up at the sky.
"So it is. But you're more important. I'm not going to leave your side until you're better." He prodded the fire with a stick, saying quite plainly that he was going to be stubborn on this issue.

She smiled some gently.
"I am fine... really. I should go home anyway. Being that I'm not feeling so... good." She nodded. "I'll go home.. and you should too. If your being too late out, Kali might get sad, mad or even not let you see me ever." She shook her head not wanting to believe it. She sipped some of the tea once more then tried to get up but only fell on to her stomach once more. The failed attempt.

Elenshi helped her up. "You are obviously not alright yet, and Kali wouldn't prevent me from seeing you. I intend to have a talk with her about nights as is."
He look ed her right in the eyes and gave her a hug. "If you really want to go home, I will come with you and make sure you get there alright, then make you some soup before I leave so that you'll be in perfect health tomorrow."

Thankful to have him by her this afternoon that was beginning to become night. "Hehe. You really don't have to. I can manage to get home.. please. I don't want to be a burden. I know you must have lots to do.. with you and your human moving around a lot. Or so I hear." She coughed some and let him support her. She sipped a little at her tea again. It was good and she didn't want to waste it.
She smiled kindly.

Elenshi frowned playfully (and he hoped, 'manfully'). "What did I just tell you? You are not, and never will be, a burden to me. You are a joy."
He looked around, then looked back to her sheepishly.
"Ah...which direction is your home? I've never been there..."

"Eh? You haven't!?" She pondered a moment then looked around where she was once more. They wondered quite a bit away from her home. "Well. Its that... We are a little far away now.. Its where the snow begins... In a Taffy Tree." She nodded. "Back down that path." She pointed where he was sitting; past him.
"I think Chi is there... She should be." She thought. "Well its a long way now since i wondered so... Its ok.. I can go by myself if you like." She smiled a little nervous.

"na-nothing really.. Th-that isnt what I mean." She limped some and licked at the tea.
"I-I'll show you." She limped some and walked in front of him with caution of her shivering so much that she would fall. Or collapse anytime soon.

Smiling, Elenshi sped up a little to catch up with Beatrice, then put one arm around her shoulders to keep her steady.
"What did you mean, then?" He had a suspicion, but wanted to clarify things.

"Y-Yo.. no es.." She giggled being now absent minded. Then regaining it. "I just.. its a long way is all... and even if you say it isnt a burden.. for me its hard to even ask things of people..." She leaned in to him fluttering her wings to then lay them back on her back.
"Gauh.. its hard to walk when shivering..." She said in a very low voice to say to herself. She stumbled a little then regained some stability from his support.
"like I cant ask you to accept Christmas for share of love.. as you say."

Elenshi'd heard her murmured comment as well, and swept her off her feet to carry her.

"Eh!?" When she was swept off her feet she just curled on him in blush. Not knowing what to do. Her tuff hair fell over her eye.
Blushing she tried to change the subject.
"Ok.. but still-! Ah.. anyhow. My house is the one inside a taffy tree; its the only taffy tree in the snowy region.."She added. Trying to cover her blush. Elenshi always seemed to make her feel that way.
Leaning her head on him she curled more.

"It shouldn't be too hard to find then."
He bega carrying her towards the snowy region, a smile on his face. He couldn't help it. He never could, around her.

She looked out when she felt the cold she knew she was close now. She turned, leaning her head still on him but looking the other way. Her taffy home. The dark colored taffy hanging from the tree to the next. A little lump of black. It moved then hurried on inside, climbing the wooden steps and in to the taffy house.
Not only moments later chi came out and waved towards them to come.
