Casey smirked; he'd baited Rey perfectly.

He waited until Rey left the mat for his leap, then grabbed a nearby chair and threw it at him as he cleared the top rope.

Rey landed only partially on Casey, enough to stagger him into the retaining barrier. The luchador definately received the worst of it, though, as he was largely unable to protect himself as he hit the floor.

Casey picked him up and threw him back into the ring, near to the ringpost. He remained on the floor, dragging him by the bad leg to the corner.

From there, he will attempt to lock in a ringpost figure-four. If successful, he will hold it for a submission.

"Damn it!"

Casey let his frustration be known as he let go of the hold. He wasn't about to let Rey get far, though.

Quickly, he seized the chair that had falled to the floor after it had been thrown in Rey's face. He dragged Rey's bad leg next to the ringpost, wound up the chair, and attempted to whallop the knee over and over between a chair and a hard post.

(This should probably do it, I would say. He'd either submit to Casey's hold, or the ref might stop the match. Either way, winner and new champion.

Agreed? Worry not if so. This has the makings of a long and nasty feud, I'd say, once Rey's leg heals. Plenty of time to get revenge.)

The audible crunch brought gasps and screams from the audience. To Casey, it brought a smile.

He discarded the chair and slid into the ring behind Rey. It was time to end this.

Step one was to roll him onto his stomach. Step two was to attempt to lock in his customized submission finisher, The Inevitable Result (paying special attention to pushing the injured knee against the canvas).

--The Inevitable Result: With the opponent face first flat on the mat, Casey stands on their calf muscles and grabs their arms, pulling them back into a surfboard position. He then pulls backward on their arms, putting pressure on their shoulders, back, and charley-horsing the calves until they submit.

Rey reached up and caught Casey in a rollup.

1...2...2 7/8ths!

Casey was quick to get back on the offense, attempting to kick Rey into position and then lock in The Inevitable Result.

(Well, I assume you agreed with my analysis, though. Rest assured, Rey'll get his heat back.

Hell of a match, though, wasn't it? I earned it, no doubt.)

The bell rang, and Casey's face lit up. He dropped the hold and raised his arms in victory.

"Here is your winner...and NEW Estremo Champion..."Your Favorite Wrestler," Casey Bennett!"

Casey made an immediate demand for the ref to hand him his belt. Once received, he admired his bloody face in the plate, and dropped down into his admiration pose with the belt held above.

The crowd booed lustfully and pelted the ring with trash. A "Rey" chant rang out, which flabbergasted Casey.

He leaned against the ropes and shouted to the crowd. "He's done! He'll never wrestle again! I'm the future of this federation!" More jeers and garbage followed.

Casey walked over to the unconscious luchador, being attended to by officials and EMT's, and spat on him before taking his leave.

(I expected so. Hopefully, Casey'll still have the belt for the showdown.

We'll have to think of an interesting specialty match for it. Kinda hard, though, when there aren't any rules to begin with, y'know?)
