It seems that both Hinote and Yuu have taken Rei's leave very hard. After Yuumei told me about raise the angel fa'e, I can pretty much understand why. But I'm trying to help the two cope and get over it. Geez, they're so dramatic! Like mother, like daughter--that's what Rei said. I agree with her on that.

I mean, Rei gave us directions to her house if we wanted to visit! And it's not like she's on the other side of the world. I don't know. I guess it's because I don't have my own kid that I've raised on my own and everything. Until now, I guess.

I'll help Yuumei take care of Hinote. I promised Rei that. And I love Yuu so much... No matter what happens I'll have to be there.

Seeing how Yuu's busy with homework and practicing, it'll be a "father"-daughter bonding day. I mean, I'm not really her father, but... I wonder, should we tell Hinote that when she's older?

No matter right now... she's still young. And cute. Like her mother.

I'm not sure where I'll take little Hinote. Maybe the clinic? Haven't been there. Ok, maybe once... but Hinote hasn't. Perhaps she'll meet some people she can play with. I don't know.

Koyuki eyed the clinic, hesitated, then decided to go in. Like yesterday, her lab assistants have decided that locking her out was the best for everyone. Hopefully they don't make a habit of it. She can cut their pay. Ohoho. How will they like that?

Plus, she wanted to see what being a parent was like. Meeiting Dr. Harakhty yesterday was very pleasant.

There was no need to change her hair today, though she forgot to remove her glasses and retract the fuzzy wolf ears that poked out of her head today. Probably a big mistake.

Chuckling a little, David slowly sat down against the wall. "I'm David Wolfenbrother, Rhiannon's father. I'm a werecreature, so I've got 3 forms. This one, a fully wolf one, and a human form. Like so." David swiftly switched between the 3, ending on human, appearing with a small smile. "Hmmm. You smell like my friends Kamiki and Sabin. I take it you are their son?"

Upon entering the clinic, Koyuki was found herself shocked by the sheer amount of people here today. Suddenly, she felt very shy.

... Not to mention there was a were....wolf? Inside the clinic?

She wasn't startled, or whatever, but a little shocked.

"Yeah, I know them, though I havn't seen them in a long while now. Then again, when you have a daughter like Rhi, she tends to keep you rather busy." He chuckles, waving to everyone else in the room. Seems his entrance had caused a stir. That was all good. He liked making a stir.

Hinote frowned. How can she make a new friend she she couldn't understand her. Perhaps if she tested if it work... Hmm... can Luna hear me thinking in my head? she thought, flapping her wings a bit. This has to work! If not, what could they do?

Finally done with work at home (for today at least) Yuumei decided to join her boyfriend and her daughter at the clinic. Hopefully they didn't go anywhere else, She thought to herself as she opened the door, and noticed the werewolf. How come he seemed familiar?

o.o She did it? She did it! YAY! Hinote clapped and squealed happily. Now she can finally introduce herself! Yay! Hehe. My name is Hinote! It's nice to meet you!

Sure that everything was peaceful again, Yuu put away the gun and looked at the fox-boy. That was a good idea at the moment. As she strolled to sit down, now with Nohiro and Hinote behind, she assured him that they all were.

"I'm fine," Koyuki seemed rather calm for someone who just met... a psychopath. Either way...

"Is he okay?" She gestured to Hinote, and soothed out his hair with a gentle hand. "It's alright, child... don't cry..."

David shrugs, lifting the man, and carrying him outside, gently placing him in the dumpster in the alley, hoping that he does not wake until after the garbage truck comes. Walking back intot he gmfc, he chuckles a little, Waving to Yuumei as he shifts back to normal. "Hey there, long time no see. So whos this fellow?" He jerks a thumb at Nohiro, chuckling a little.

David shrugs, lifting the man, and carrying him outside, gently placing him in the dumpster in the alley, hoping that he does not wake until after the garbage truck comes. "Hinote's fine," Nohiro nodded, as Hinote turned her head to look at this new stranger. Hmmm... she seems to be a nice person. Note rubbed her small eyes, trying to get rid of the tears.

Yuu just sat there, as if she was dead. Stress + something like that could kill her.

edit: Until David came up to her. She opened an eye, and suddenly all her energy came back to her. "DAVID-SAN!" She got up to give him a hug. "Really, no time no see!"

Nohiro then looked at both of them oddly.

"This is--"

"I'll introduce myself, Yuu." He said plainly. "I'm Nohiro. Nice to meet you."

Yuu sweatdropped and whispered to David, "Don't mind him. He gets jealous easily. If I talk to a guy he doesn't know, he'll act like this."

Koyuki smiled slightly, and found a pack of tissues from one of her packets, and handed a tissue to Hinote.

"Good. No one is hurt... Though I do believe a certain person needs clothes," She grinned.

"I'm sorry miss, I haven't even asked your name," Nohiro told Koyuki. "Thank you for your kindness." He smiled as Hinote took the soft tissue and rubbed her face into it.

Yeah, this lady is really nice! Hinote removed the tissue from her face and then motioned to go to this lady. Please, Daddy? I want to be held by the nice lady! Besides, you seem to be wanting to talk to Mommy's furry friend. :3

"Hmm, I guess she wants you to carry her," he chuckled. "Would that be all right with you?"

At the sound of the door opening, Koyuki turned to look, thinking that the psy-- oh, it's Dr. Ha-- no, rather, Havok, she should say.

"Oh, hey there again, and the child! And..." She smiled at the timid pony boy. She didn't know who he was, but smiled anyway. Oh, and on that matter, she didn't know Dr. Harakhty's child's name either.


The situation beforehand had completely disappeared from her mind.

She turned around, and brightened up, "Oh, really? I would love to hold her!" She held out her arms for Hinote, and added, "Oh, I'm Koyuki, and you?"

David gave a hearty laugh. "Aw, that sort hmmm. WEll, seems Little Yuumei finally landed a keeper, hmm?" He winked at Yuumei, looking towards Nohiro. "David Wolfenbrother. I'm a guardian for one of the other Fa'e, so thats how I know this little hellion." He motions with his thumb at Yuumei. "And no need to be jealous. I'm happily wed." He shows his white gold wedding band, and chuckles, sitting down on a couch. "So what have you been up to Miss Sheriff? Or is it Mrs Sheriff now?" He shoots a teasing glance at Nohiro, smiling a little.

"My name's Nohiro." He grinned, as he let Koyuki hold little Hinote. But as soon as he heard David talking to them, he turned around. "Um, excuse me." ^^;

Hinote giggled and waved to the Koyuki. Hello nice lady!!! ^_^

Yuu blushed. "Maaaaaybe," -^^-; she rand a hand through her hair as Nohiro blinked a bit.

"Oh..." sweatdrop Nohiro blushed with embarassment. "My apologies, David."

"He so silly, isn't he?" Yuu pointed at him.

"Meh."

Before Yuu could say anything more, she cheeks got redder and redder at David's teasing question. "David-saaaan, I'm not old enough to get married yet."

At that, Nohiro's eyes widened, and frantically looked around. Did David know that Yuu had a baby? Does he know about Hinote? If so, oh boy... he'll think that he laid Yuumei! GAH.

Yuu stared at him oddly. What a weirdo.

But then again, he was her weirdo. ^^;

Koyuki waved back at the girl, sat down on a chair, and shifted to hold her in a more comfortable position. "And how are you, little lady?" She asked teasingly.

To Havok, she replied, "Mmhmm. You missed a big party with a psychopath, dear. I had so much fun," her words were dripped with just the slighhhhtest sarcasm.

David just gave a hearty chuckle again. "Well, i'm not really one to speak on Sillyness. I've had my share of such things." He chuckled again. "True True. I keep forgetting how young you are. Seems your robbing the cradle, hmm Mr?" He gave a wry grin. "Then again, knowing Yuumei, she's the one doing the raiding." He gave another chuckle, eyes closing. "So tell me, what have you and Little Rose been up to lately Yuumei? I havn't seen you in forever, though Silver mentioned he had seen Rei around a few times."

"Nonono, no robbing the cradle," Nohiro's voice quivered, still looking around like an idiot, Yuu giggling.

"Well, Little Rose grew up a whole lot," Yuumei began. "She moved into a house with her boyfriend Onuris, recently. I trust they will be all right. She seems so happy with him.

"As for me, Well... I got together with this 6-foot-tall weirdo--" who was shaking a whole lot now, "and I have a new baby girl!--"

THUMP!

"... Don't tell me, he collapsed." -_-; Apparently, Yuu was either used to people thinking that Nohiro did something to her, or she really wasn't thinking about might happen.

edit: Hinote giggled and babbled in her babytalk. I'm fine! You? She then noticed that Nohiro fainted and burst into laughter. DADDY FAINTED!

David just laughed, Lifting Nohiro off the floor to lay on the couch. "So, had a baby huh. I take it from his reactions, that it isn't his, but he's worried that people think it is. I've got a daughter myself. She's hit her teen years. Gods, talk about a rollercoster." He smiles a little. "Oh, from what silver said, they are getting along just fine. Seems every time he sees rei, shes smiling, so They have to be, ne?"

"Yeah," Yuumei shook her head. "Usually, I'm the one to act like that, but I think after quite a few people threatened to kill him, he's just... well... look at him!" Yuumei chuckled.

"Oooh, really? What's her name? Who's the mother?" she asked curiously. Yuu was really behind on what was happening. "And that's good to heeeeeeeear.... wait." The teen thought about what Silver had said about Rei smiling every time he saw her. What was her first baby doing with Onuris, hmm? Meh. She just shook it off. "Rei's a youth now... she can do what she like, ne?"

Koyuki chuckled, "Ah, yes. Indeed, he did faint." She looked at Nohiro again; he was out cold.

"Yuu, I think you should take Hinote, I must go soon, really."

She fumbled in her folder for something, in the meantime, while she asked, "Dr... I mean, Havok... right? Yes, what is the child's name?"

David chuckled. "Yeah. Silver and Sati are both youths, and living together as well. They are engaged, though they havn't really set a date for the wedding. As for myself, I'm married to Sayuri now. My daughters name is Rhiannon, and she takes after me, at least as far as being a werecreature goes. He chuckles. "She also seems to have my flair for getting into trouble." He chuckled, gesturing at Hinote. "your little one I take it. Seems she resembles both the devilish and the angelic sides of her mother." He winked teasingly at Yuumei. "Seems she will have the beauty of her mother as well."

"Ahh. Here it is." She found what she was looking for.

"Here, this is for you," She grinned, "I found I had nothing to do since all my chemicals were... confiscated from me."

She handed Havok a small picture.

"And now I must go, I'm tired and I think I need a nap. Bye!"

She handed Hinote to Yuu and left.

"Oh, really? I believe Rei and I have met Sayuri and Sati before. That's wonderful! And Rhiannon, hmm? Hehe. It'd be nice to meet her sometime," Yuu told him. Hinote glanced at David for a moment, and waved at him before trying to meet the other baby. Yuu just sweatdropped and grinned. "Aww, you think so?" ^_^;

Dear Diary,

Something seems kind of... odd about my little star. I don’t… I don’t know why. Yesterday, she didn’t seem to be normal. Not like today. Not like today…

I don’t know what’s going on with her. She’s such a sweet little girl. Hinote is always happy to meet new people… Sometimes she shy, but most of the times she likes playing with people. But yesterday… I don’t know how that was possible.

It was just a simple part about my faith. I didn’t want it to be such a big thing, so not too many people witnessed it. I wanted her to know about the Lord that Rei and I believed in. I wanted her to be baptized; have sins washed away from her innocent soul. But when holy water cascaded down upon her forehead… she let out a horrible cry. But not one of her usual but rare cry; the cry of a child. It was a cry that seemed like it came from a creature from down below… a cry that pierced my heart like a thousand sharp knives… and yet it was still beating. Her eyes were aglow, brighter than I’ve ever seen them glow before. It wasn’t that same luminosity of inquisitiveness and wonder about the world she viewed that I saw in the windows to her soul, but a frightening and dark aura stirring within her. And suddenly, in a blink of an eye… something happened. I can’t explain it, but she uttered that horrible cry once more as the water splashed upon her once more… just when the priest was entangled in dark, wispy ropes, suffocating as they became physically solid it seemed; and attempted to strangle him, with just a swipe of her arm at him. With just a few prayers, however, the evil seemed to vanish. I couldn’t believe what happened. Nohiro held me close in comfort - for the both of us. All I could do was tremble, holding the unconscious body of who I thought was my baby.

She never woke up until this morning.

Could it be powers she obtained from… her birth father? … her real father… Because other than physical alterations that I received when I began to call this place my own, I have no powers. At least… that I know of. Everything from before Note and Nohiro seem like a blur… everything but my dark guardian angel. I don’t want to remember what happened in my past, whether it be so far that it’s out of my reach or so close, that it was like it was just yesterday. I finally found the light through my world of darkness I imprisoned myself in.

But as much as I don’t want to know… who was her birth father? Perhaps if I knew…

Perhaps if I knew, I would know who to expect of Hinote as she grows up. I’m afraid. I’m afraid that I’ll lose her to the darkness. All that I can remember… of him… was a shadow in the shadows… a demon.

What I hope for in her future though, that we won’t need to know who he was. I hope that she will never need her biological father… because she has a father. A father who will be there for her. A father that will provide what she needs.

A father that saw my flaws and accepted me for who I am… a father who didn’t leave my side.

I’m just so shaken. But everyone has a good side… and a dark side. I just hope that Hinote won’t struggle in choosing what’s right. She’s such a sweet and innocent toddler… I want her to stay sweet and innocent as she grows up. But I mean… how come I never noticed those small horns before? Wouldn’t that be a physical sign? … I don’t know anymore…

I don’t want to do anything but be with this family that I have found… this family I love.

May Day was today. It was nice, being able to spend some time with Yuu, alone. But then again, this morning was great too. After setting up the Band Booth for May Day, Rei came with Hinote and Kai. Yuumei came out from the assembly and went off to eat and meet Mr. Reynon--her science teacher--and his wife and kid. Funny, "Little Tingles" seemed to be more interested in Hinote's wings than everyone around him. So Hinote offered the boy a stray feather. "Feather"--that was another word she learned. And yet she hasn't learned to say "daddy" or "horn" yet. Hmm.

But she did learn "Splash!" as well, when Agena got into the dunking booth. Ha! He brought in the most money for the sophomores and got dunked 7 times! UNFORTUNATELY, he also taught Hinote another word. The word Yuu and I knew that she would learn sooner or later if she spent too much time with Uncle Daryl:

"FRICK!"

I'm gonna kill Agena for that.

Until then, hopefully she will learn some nicer words and forget about it.

Yuu and Nohiro were out, so who was Hinote with? Why, her sister Rei. Spending time with her was always great, but seeing how Kai was staying with his dad at the moment, it was kind of boring just staying home. So, Rei decided to bring her to the clinic, despite the fact she had never been there before. "See anyone you know, Note?" Rei asked her as they walked in.

Hinote struggled to be set down on the floor, tired of being carried most of the time. She could crawl! And... and sort of stan--Gah! Thank goodness Rei's leg was there to cling to. Now let's see... any friends around?

[ Yush! Chibi makes his return! XDD ]

Moving to sit cross-legged to better support the child in his carrier, Chibi quietly watched the surrounding excitement quietly (for a change.) He was content just letting Sachiya do his own thing.

There it was again! Stupid voice. Thoroughly confused, Sachiya growled around the plushie in his mouth. Maybe he had to think something back. Whatwhat?! Before he could send a couple more angry thoughts, the door opened and in walked the awesome girl he'd seen before. She had wings! Squealing, he reached out his hands towards Hinote, both ears forward, intent on catching her attention.

Hinote's eyes came accross the boy that she had seen before all of a sudden. o.o! They never officially met! This was a perfect oppurtunity to meet him! Her gripping arms left Rei's leg as she tried to walk her way over to the boy. But she wasn't walking.

"Ai! Careful Hinote!" Rei called after her sister. Instead of walking, the girl was running for dear life! What if she fell over?! "Slow down! You're supposed to learn how to walk before you can run!"

Thankfully, right before Hinote tripped and fell down, Rei picked her up. "What is with you, Note?"

With innocent little glowing eyes, she looked up at her sister, and then pointed to Sachiya.

"Oh. Well, say hi then!" Rei sat down next to Chibi, and smiled warmly while Hinote greeted Sachiya. Finally!

Hinote looked around, hearing the familiar voice inside her head. Where was she? Oh there you are! Hihi! She spotted Luna and waved. Wow, you pretty. o.o

Her attention then went back to Sachiya, smiled. Wow, his ears! And his wings, they were so cool! Hinote giggled as she softly touched one of his little ears and flapped her wings in excitement. What was his name? "He... he..he-hewwo," Hinote struggled to say. She was still trying to get used to this talking business.

Rei grinned as she looked at Chibi. "Yes, it seems so," she agreed. "Maybe they met when my mother was with her. They seem to getting along quite well, ne?"

"N-note," the little girl managed to introduce her self. She grinned, proud at the fact that she didn't need an adult say her name anymore. It is her name, so why couldn't she say it?

Rei's eyes widened, for she was the one who was about to say that. "Yes," she chuckled. "This little one is Hinote, Sachiya!" She then looked at Chibi and added, "And I'm Rei. Please to meet you."

Following her sister, Hinote held out her hand to shake with Sachiya. Nice to meet you!
