It took you years?

...

*Makes note never to listen to that particular song. Ever.*

That song was in my head a bunch in grade eleven. But I forgot about it until this thread came about. And it's quite a catchy song. smile

I had enough trouble getting "I'm a Fan of Doctor Who" out of my head. I'd rather not have another song stuck in there.

(Unless it's China White by He Is Legend.)

China... who?

But, yes! Numa Numa is the devil's song. You listen to it and then you're like, "oh, this is nice." And then you download it, and then BAM! It's stuck. It entangles itself in the neurons that surround your brain.

China White. It's one of my favourite songs, and it's by a band called He Is Legend.

Hey There Delilah by the Plain White T's is quite a catchy song. I've had it stuck in my head for 2 days now. It also reminds me of the song New York City by They Might Be Giants. That's a catchy one too.

Be careful if you're downloading TMBG they're addictive.

I don't mind. Addictive songs can be fun.

Almost every TMBG song is addictive, but there are really only 1 or 2 songs of theirs that I don't like. ^_^

*gets all preachy* Aww... sing it, sista!

You are so right, there are very few TMBG songs I can't stand. Though hands down my least favorite is "Spider" from the Apollo 18 album.

...Seriously, what were they thinking? I was confused as hell to hear a large cheer come from the crowd at the Mohegan Sun this past summer when I say TMBG there when they started this song. And let me tell you, I don't think it's any better live.

As for other songs that are catchy and stay with you long after listening to them; "Shock Treatment" from the movie of the same name.

Yeah, "Spider" is the only song I usually skip on the live CD, Severe Tire Damage. I think 'Mr. Xcitement" is tied with "Spider" as my least favorite.

Oh, and "With the Dark" does grow on you. I've had it stuck in my head for quite a while now.

The song that just won't leave my head is "Wicked as it Seems" by KEEF RECHURDZ. Seriously, I hear it once and it's stuck in my head for days. I've listened to it around ten, maybe fifteen times since I downloaded it (because when you get it stuck in your head, you want to keep hearing it, plus he doesn't sing enough in the actual band) and I still don't know what the lyrics mean.
