 Haku Tetsuya Haku simply smiled when Kano attempted to appear him, though it seemed that it was kind of hard for him to find the humor in Haku's joke. He took a few more minutes before he stood and started wringing the water from his hair. He partially towel dried his hair before he wrapped a towel around his waist and wandered out of the room and back to his pack. He slipped into the clothing he'd worn before the bath- a small smile curling on his lips as he found himself content- warm and clean... It was a good feeling. A yip from the corner of the room drew his attention as the pup ran to him and placed its paws up on his leg, practically begging for attention. "heh...come on you" He murmured as he stooped to pick up the pup and wandered back to where the futons were. Again Kano was laying like a board, and this time Haku couldn't help but laugh. "Honestly, you look ridiculous trying to rest like that" he stated- wandering over to kano- before he sat down on the floor next to him with the wolf pup on his lap. "Roll onto your stomach- I'll get rid of the tension in your muscles" He stated as he let the pup go- watching as it followed his scent to his own futon and plopped down comfortably.

 Kano Eida
Kano opened his eyes and looked over at Haku, "As I said before I'm fine, but if it makes you feel any better I'll do so." He then moved the blanket off of himself as it landed on the pup. He then rolled onto his stomach, resting his head on his arms while he laid there. Despite all the scars, Kano's skin was very smooth and not rough like one would assume. He shut his eyes and allowed Haku give him a massage. Usually many of the women in the village would offer but Kano would decline all the time despite actually needing one and so he figured he'd let Haku give him one out of all the others.
If Haku were to push down against his ribs, he would take note that Kano was actually missing a rib, the second to last one to be exact and the scar on his back showed just what had happened. All in all his rib broke and protruded out of his skin and there was no choice but to pull it all out and allow the wound to heal in which it did. In fact by there look of all the wounds it somewhat told a story. The scars looked like they had happened all on the same day and looked intentional as if someone had been torturing him, which was in fact what had happened. It was so long ago however and Kano had shut that day completely out of his head. The villagers knew that it wasn't a good idea to have him talk about it or to bring it up at all. They all pretty much pretended it had never happened.

Haku Tetsuya Haku smiled when the male complied- taking note of the missing rib actually "Looks painful..." He muttered, tracing his fingers over the missing rib softly, before he actually got to work- which didn't just include Kano's back. He used pressure points to release the tension. He also did his legs, and after a while he sat back and stretched "There... That should be better. I want to do this again soon. You have a lot of built of tension and it's putting stress on your body" He purred. He wasn't going to ask about the scars of the missing rib- if it was something Kano chose to talk about, then that was fine. But until then it was his secret to keep. He then flopped down on the floor, sprawling out comfortably. "That day was.... eventful I suppose" He murmured- yawning as he rolled over to face Kano "How are your muscles feeling?"

Kano Eida
Kano shut his eyes and took a deep breath as his breathing became regular and faint as it almost seemed as if he had fallen asleep. Of course he then replied to what he said, "It did hurt but now that particular area you were touching is a bit numb so I can't feel much there." Once the massage was over, he turned to his side and watched Haku go to his futon and lay down to sleep. Their futons were very close together so they were still fairly close to each other. With Haku facing him he gave a nod and smiled softly at him.
"A lot better than before, thank you." For a moment it seemed that he would now head to sleep and leave Haku be but he had a different idea. Scooting a bit over to Haku, he reached out and grabbed his arm before the male could turn to sleep. He pulled him in close as he looked down at Haku, his long black hair falling over his shoulders and his eyes staring rather deeply in to the red heads eyes.
"Would you not like one in return?" He spoke rather softly and with his face so close to Haku's, his sweet warm breath brushed against the males face while Kano held on to his arm gently but still firmly so that he could not leave his hold.

Haku Tetsuya Haku smiled sweetly when he spoke of feeling better, nodding as he went to turn over though he didn't make it far as Kano grabbed his arm and pulled him close to him, forest green orbs widening. He looked up at Kano somewhat shocked, feeling his cheeks redden in the process. "Ah- n-no I'm alrigh-t" He stammered out, cursing himself mentally for practically stuttering on every word. His heart was already hammering in his chest- and he was pretty sure his cheeks were pretty close to matching his crimson hair now. Kano had to know his affect on people, He was an incredibly handsome man with an air of power- and practically pinning him down like this was making the red head extremely self conscious.

Staring down at the male he couldn't help but smile softly just at how flustered he was getting. Kano shifted so that he was hovering over the male, keeping him pinned there with his face growing a bit closer to Haku's. "I can hear you heart beating rather fast. Are you nervous? Or am I making you feel uncomfortable?" Letting go of the males arm so that he could gently place his hand down against his chest to feel his heart pounding.
"You know soon enough we'll be married anyway, this is something you'll have to get used to," He then leaned down, kissing his forehead before pulling away all together as he laid down and laid there a bit more comfortably and slept for a good while.

Haku Tetsuya Haku bit the inside of his cheek as Kano hovered above him, trying to calm himself down as the other male got a bit closer. Though when Kano moved his hand down over his heart he knew that there was no use in trying to hide the fact that he was nervous. 'like I could get used to this!' he practically yelled in his head, feeling his cheeks warm further as Kano placed a kiss on his forehead before he pulled away and laid down to sleep. Haku turned over on his side, facing away from Kano as he clutched his hands to his chest and calmed his heart down, taking in deep breaths. After a few minutes he sat up and sighed, peeking over at Kano as the male slept 'totally not fair- it's like he's used to it..' he complained in silence. He bit his bottom lip as he sat there- remembering how warm he had been the night before in Kano's arms...but it would be silly to ask for it again right? Instead he just laid down and turned over, sighing softly as he closed his eyes and willed sleep to take him.

A minute of silence went by, Kano hearing a soft sight come out of Haku as he smiled, keeping his eyes still shut. Turning to his side once again he grabbed Haku and pulled him into his arms, resting his chin gently on top of Haku's head. "Is this what you like? No need to ask alright," he whispered softly and at long last fell into a deep sleep for a good amount of time but of course his body remained alert, his sense picking up everything in the room so any creak would wake him and make him cautious. For now it was a silent night and for the first time in a very long time he would get a good amount of sleep.

Haku Tetsuya Haku gasped as he was pulled back into Kano's arms, willing the heat in his cheeks to go away but...well- he apparently got nice and flustered when it came to Kano! Perhaps t was because he was aware of their situation? The fact that they would get married...soon. "Kay..." He murmured softly, slightly embarrassed that Kano had read him, but he let it slide as he also fell asleep, the last thing he noticed before sleep hit him was the pup laying down at his feet. He awoke the next morning, yawning widely as he was always groggy when he first woke. It also took him a moment to realize that he was still enveloped by Kano and thus he turned over and lifted a hand to poke Kano's nose, a cheeky grin slipping onto his lips "Sir Kano- I'm afraid to inform you that I have yet to master the technique of escaping bear hugs" He stated- sleep still riding his voice and making it a bit huskier than normal.

Kano Eida
Kano had been awake for a while but he laid there waiting for Haku wake from his sleep. He kept his eyes shut enjoying the moment while it lasted as he slowly cracked his eyes opened and looked down at the male. Was Haku always so silly when he woke up? And so cute? Well this would be something he could get used to. With a smile cracking on his face and a light chuckle resonating from him he slowly released the male. "Well when we get home i'll have to teach you." Standing he stretched and it was nice to feel that his body was relaxed and with less tense then usual.
The happy little morning didn't last long as he looked over at the puppy and watched as it was ready to pee. "You dunce dog, outside!" He grabbed the pup and rushed out, dropping him outside so he could do his business. Just then Jun arrived and so he let his dog in and took the note from his leg and read what his grandfather wrote which was just him wishing him and Haku a safe journey. Jun then walked out on his own and sat out there keeping watch of the pup as instructed by Kano.
Kano then began to gather his things since they had to leave now to head off on their two day journey to the other clan and try and figure out what they're allegiance was.

Haku Tetsuya Haku pursed his lips slightly when Kano smiled- that one was real. He hadn't really been keeping track but it seemed that Kano was easing up around him now... 'home huh...' he pondered, well, the Eida clans home was his home now he supposed, it just...was an odd thought. His gaze traveled to the puppy as Kano yelled at it and rushed it out, staying still for a moment before he burst into laughter. He managed to somewhat pull himself together as he stood up and started gathering his own things, changing into clothing that would be easier to travel in- still chuckling under his breath as he did so. When he was done he shouldered his pack and turned to Kano "What's the pups name? Since it's already in training I figured he'd be named already" He stated- as commands were generally given to a dog with their name attached as not to confuse the canine.

Kano Eida
Kano put his hands on his waist as he was irritated by the stupid creature but looking over at Haku he shook his head and smirked slightly. Least he got a good laugh at it. He exited the house and once Haku stepped out he shut and locked the door as he whistled, Jun standing up and then ran off up a head of them while the pup circled around Haku. "His name? He doesn't have one anymore since he doesn't listen to a single damn word anyone says. I suggest we call it Clumsy or Stupid or Useless." He wasn't much of an animal lover as it was clearly seen by his irritation toward the puppy but nonetheless he had to put up with it.
"You may name him since he seems to like you he might actually learn something. Let's go." He then headed off back toward the forest as he had his normal shinobi clothes on since they would be moving fast and jumping from roof to roof so they would go unnoticed. He did glanced back at the mansion, hoping his sister well. Once in the forest they could now travel a bit more relaxed but still with their guards up.
About five hours into their travel it began to rain as they were both now drenched, Kano stopped and climbed down a small cliff as there was a cave there where they could take shelter.
"We'll stay here until the rain stops which should be in a couple hours," Kano said as he had gathered sticks and started a fire already. He stood straight and looked over at Haku, "Take your clothes off to let them dry." He then proceeded to remove his own clothes, again having his loincloth still on as he laid his clothes on the rocks to dry. He then dug into his bag, pulling a nice thick blanket out as he wrapped it around himself, standing by the fire.
Glancing over at Haku, he opened his arms, opening the blanket up, "Come here, we need to stay warm." In other words Haku was going to be in Kano's arms again but this time they were both pretty bare.

Haku Tetsuya Haku chuckled softly as Kano listed the names he thought would be well suited to the pup- though Haku did not agree with them. The wolf was still so young! "Alright- I'll think of something for him then" He stated, following Kano as they headed out. He watched Kano glimpse at the mansion and smiled "She'll most likely be fine" He stated, as if he knew exactly what the dark haired male was thinking. When the rain started he hadn't really minded...until it turned into a full out downpour- this would set them back at least a few hours in their travels, perhaps even a day. He shivered as the rain seeped through his clothing- grateful when Kano found a cave that they could take refuge in. "Okay" He muttered, watching Kano build the fire silently shivering, and then Kano told him to take his clothes off...which of course he hesitated to do...But it was logical. It was better than getting sick after all- especially on a mission. "Kay..." He muttered, having a bit of trouble getting out of his soaking wet garments- which he placed near the fire to dry quicker. His face reddened when Kano opened up the blanket for him- Not really sure of how to go about this... It was a bit- well, close wasn't it? Not that there was any other option that seemed very rational. "Y-yeah, I guess" He murmured as he walked over, placing his back against Kano's chest as he couldn't exactly look the other in the eye and not get flustered when this close. The warmth was wonderful though and in a matter of moments his shivering stopped and he let out a content sigh- being someone who didn't particularly care for the cold. "What do we do if the rain doesn't let up?" He muttered- figuring Kano had to have some sort of plan of action.

Once Haku stepped into his open arms, he picked him up slightly so that when he sat down by the fire, he could easily put the male down on his lap while he wrapped his arms around the males body. In this position it only made Haku look even small and frail then he really looked. But with Kano's chiseled body exposed compared to Haku's more lean toned body...well it was no wonder really. It had gotten pretty could but with the fire and sharing body warmth they were pretty cozy in the cave. The rain continued to pour and thunder could be heard rumbling off in the distance which meant it would continue to rain until the storm passed.
For awhile it was quiet and Kano had been staring at the flames for a while. However once Haku spoke, he tore his gaze away from the dancing flames and looked down at Haku, leaning down so that his chin was resting gently on top of the males head.
"Well if the rain doesn't stop then we'll just have to stay the night here and hopefully by morning the rain will have stopped and we can continue on. What we do meanwhile...well I suppose we go with the flow of whatever happens." He wasn't too specific on what he meant by "go with the flow" but he felt there was no need to explain it since he himself didn't know.
Again there was nothing but silence but after a little while he looked down at the male and smiled ever so softly. "You're still trembling a bit. It's not the cold..." He gently laid one hand on the males stomach and the other on his chest while he leaned ever so slightly so that he whispered into the males ear, "What's causing your body to shiver this way?"

Haku Tetsuya Haku simply nodded as he tried to relax in the males arms, though it was somewhat hard to do as he was extremely aware of the fact that they would be married soon and this...well, he was supposed to get used to this wasn't he? Honestly he found it slightly unbelievable- he had expected a marriage in name only...that they would have almost nothing to do with each other...but this didn't seem to be the case thus far. He jumped a bit when Kano spoke- breaking the silence that had enveloped them comfortably and making him keenly aware of the points of contact between them- especially when one hand found it's way to his stomach and the other on his chest. deep green eyes widened for a moment, before he looked to the side, catching a glimpse of Kano from the corner of his eye "I-it's nothing, Fatigue..." He muttered- only now realizing that he really was trembling- and of course it was because of how close Kano was. He wasn't used to this kind of contact- friendly family contact yes- but there was an extreme amount of undeniable sexual tension between them and he didn't know how to react to it. Part of him was extremely afraid and the other part...kind of curious. But he barely knew Kano! He didn't really understand the effects the male had on him.
