It didn't take long for the movie to end and when it did Daniel stood up and took the dvd out, put it back int the case and on the shelf again right where there was the small gap. His dvds were in alphabetical order and it would be pretty simple to find whatever movie someone was looking for so long as it was made by Disney/Pixar. Usually he would go all day watching movies but since Syrus was here he didn't want to drive the man crazy. Turning he looked at him only to see all his stuffed animals all over him and it looked hilarious but before he could really start to laugh he felt something weird going on.
Without a word he turned and left the bedroom and walked toward the living room. The house was fairly dark considering there were heavy rain clouds outside. However despite the dimness of the house there was a heavily glow coming from the living room. When he reached the end of the hall he peeked in though his eyes had to adjust when he was met with bright light. As the light faded he saw a rather tall lean man standing there with large white wings.
Was he seeing things? Blinking several times he slowly walked in because something was drawing him out. Standing there he stared at the angel until the heavenly being turned and smiled at him, and how beautiful that smile was! Blushing slightly he looked down and tried to comprehend what was happening.
Then he heard the being speak out to him. "Daniel." Why was it that his utterance of his name made him shiver? Daniel gulped and looked up to be almost face to face with the male.
Daniel couldn't help but ask, "What are you doing here?" It was as if he knew him already, but Daniel knew better.
"Why I'm your new guardian angel," he replied with a brilliant smile while brushing away the loose strands from Daniels face. "Not all of us take good care of our mortals...and i guess fortunately for you your guardian was killed in battle and I decided to take over. I assure you that I'll treat you a lot better than that disgrace." And with that he pulled Daniel into a warm and comforting hug.
Reynard was a fairly known Angel among the heavens and hell and he was known as a tricky fellow, a deceitful angel who played dirty to get what he wants. He was no angel, but Daniel didn't know this. Reynard looked up to see Syrus since the demon most likely felt his presence and came to see why he was here. While embracing Daniel he stared at Syrus and grinned, his expression simply showing his true cruelty rather than faulty sweet and angelic expressions he gave to mortals.

__ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ Syrus watched the movie in silence, figuring that this was the kind of this that comforted Daniel and once again he took a note of that. His silvery blue eyes followed the boy as he put the Dvd away, but he froze up far before the boy seemed to notice the angels descent. Wordlessly he slipped off the bed to follow Daniel, keeping his distance as the boy approached the figure within the living room. He forced himself to swallow a feral growl that tried to pull itself from his throat, though he remained silent somehow. He listened to the exchange, feeling his own skin prickle with disgust at that horribly sweet tone, the tone that he knew was so carefully practiced; Horribly fake. Taking in a deep breath the male straightened, his gaze a practiced look of disinterest and coldness, something Daniel would have never seen until now...if he turned to look.
"Reynard." He voiced, his tone eerily cold, though there wasn't any signs of hostility. Everything about Syrus in this moment screamed royalty, demanded respect, even from the angel before him. He kept his more human appearance, except for the silvery glow of his eyes. His eyes narrowed ever so slightly, a silent exchange, a question demanding an answer. 'why was he really here.' But then again he didn't really need to know, Reynard was here to deal with Syrus, that much was obvious. How he had learned of his presence here...well that simply meant that Reynard was not his new guardian angel, but the angel who had always been assigned to the boy, which explained his 'bad luck'
His tongue flicker over his lips as the tension rose, this was not the first dealing he had with Reynard...though it was the first, personal case. "Killed in battle hmm? That's....interesting. I'd not heard of any battles taking place in the last week or so. I believe we were at a cease fire for now.... Courtesy of your God" he stated, his arms crossing over his chest as he let an sense of superiority take over his ever movement. He was looking down on the angel, and in his mind he had every right. Technically speaking this angel was below him in rank considering that Syrus was of Demon nobility....then again, that didn't seem to matter to angels. "Daniel." He voiced, taking care not to sound...too caring this time, though he didn't take his eyes off of the angel. "I would greatly appreciate it if you didn't get too chummy with this......thing." He stated, after all, angels were usually genderless and chose an appearance of their own liking. They could chose to become a man of a woman...but Syrus wasn't sure if Reynard had done so.

Standing up straight but keeping an arm draped around Daniel's shoulder, Reynard looked at Syrus and smiled warmly, "Ah Syrus you're still lingering about here. I would have thought you'd be roaming around being your devilish self, or finding some way to get rid of the bond you two have." He chuckled and shook his head, "I'm sure someone of your status can easily find a way out of this. I figured I'd come down here and keep watch over my dearest Daniel. "
Daniel looked up at the angel, "Watch over me?" He sounded very confused and wondered what he meant.
"Yes, watch over you. Demons are very slick things. I'm just here to make sure he doesn't harm you and to make sure that the bond between you two is broken. Bad things can happen if he continues to linger around you." He rubbed his head and looked back at Syrus.
"Well considering you've been here for a past few days you probably don't know what happened a couple hours ago. Needless to say both sides received several casualties. And it should be the other way around, Daniel should not be so chummy with you. So up until you go back to hell I will be here 24/7." He smiled and looked down at Daniel who was going to speak but upon looking at Reynard's smiling face he only nodded and slipped away from his arm where he went into the kitchen to get himself a cookie.
Daniel was unaware that he was already under the spell of Reynard. Angels could easily manipulate mortals much like demons though Angels did so by smiling sweetly at mortals.

__ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ The only sign of tension from Syrus was the slight twitch of his fingers, but that was hidden from sight due to the fact that he had crossed his arms over his chest. His eyes didn't stray from the angel as Daniel wandered away to the kitchen, though the look he gave the angel darkened as soon as Daniel was gone. "Cut the crap Reynard. Why are you here." He demanded, and this time his tone was far more feral, that edge of demonic energy slipping into his words to make them bone chilling. The eery glow in his eyes seemed to shine more brightly and the white of his eyes dimmed ever so slightly.
"I wont play games" He stated grimly, forcing himself to stay in his human form as he spoke, which was proving difficult. He'd had to keep himself from killing the other day and now his blood lust spiked and Reynard would surely feel it. No matter if Reynard was an angel of high caliber, he should still be wary of Syrus in a mood....most people were. But this was because as a young...well somewhat young lad, he had managed to kill ten angels on his own when he was in a 'mood'. To put it bluntly, he was not someone to take lightly, but here Reynard was....and he knew why he was showing up at a time like this.
He had Daniel to shield himself with, because Syrus didn't want to involve the blonde and therefore he couldn't just outright try to kill the angel before him. He shut his eyes for a moment, calming himself to the point where his silver eyes returned to that soft blue that allowed him to blend in...kind of. He was still far prettier than a normal human, but then again so was Daniel so next to the blonde he didn't seem all that out of place. Dropping his arms to his side he approached the angel, looking over his shoulder at the mans wings "Put those away. They're horribly flashy" he stated bluntly, before he turned to enter the kitchen himself, but not before stopping to hear out the angel. Once in the kitchen he avoided eye contact with Daniel...why? Because he was seething. He wasn't sure he could hide that fact from the boy and thus he simply grabbed a few cookies himself, and walked back out into the living room, flopping down on the couch where he munched on the cookies as if nothing was wrong.

Reynard indeed put his wings away as they slowly shrunk and receded into his back. Once Daniel left he relaxed more and sat on the arm of the couch. Chuckling at Syrus's question he would give him the answer he was seeking. "I think any of our kind will be very aware of the pure soul Daniel has. Guardian angels tend to be stronger for those mortals who have pure souls and it is known that if a pure soul is devoured by us or a demon, well they become even stronger. Thus, I truly wish to take his soul." He laughed and brushed a strand away from his own face. "Have you not had that craving yet? Or have you gone soft where you have no desire for his delicious soul. Can't you feel it..." He inhaled deeply as if taking in the lingering sent. Oh yes...it was such a wonderful smell. Irresistible.
When Syrus left into the kitchen Reynard took the time to change clothing. He had on some dark washed skinny jeans with as stripped long sleeved shirt with some converse and his hair tied back into a pony tail. As Syrus walked out, Reynard walked into the kitchen where he sat down next to Daniel.
Smiling warmly at him he simply treated Daniel like a cute play thing, poking his nose playfully and playing with his hair while talking about how he would like heaven and how things would be so much better now that he was there for him.

__ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ Syrus dropped his head, hiding his eyes behind a shade of silvery hair...and a smirk that tugged at his lips. He wanted his soul? Well that would be a problem as Daniel was bound to him...with his soul. Not that Syrus was about to tell him that, actually he wanted to see Reynard's face when he realized that his soul wouldn't be taken so easily...whether Daniel consented or not. When Reynard when to join Daniel in the kitchen he let a dark chuckle slip from his lips, lifting his gaze to show a shimmer of amusement that seemed rather deep set, it seemed like a game had begun.
Over the next two days before Daniel was to return to school Syrus....seemed to disappear. In reality he was taking steps to ensure that he and Daniel would be around each other much more. He found out what school Daniel was to attend and infiltrated the school by...well, bending a few memories and thoughts, and found himself as part of the faculty as the art teacher. He spent time with a few colleagues at a bar the night before school started up again, and that was the first time he returned to the house in those two days. The smell of liquor was on his breath, but he was far from intoxicated. "Honey, I'm home~" He chided, but it wasn't to Daniel, it was to Reynard. The angel should have noticed almost instantly...that Syrus was far too light hearted for a man in his position. "And see you in the morning~" He added as he placed himself on his usual couch and drifted off, though he was half awake at the same time.
The next morning came and Syrus was nowhere to be seen. When Daniel arrived at school he would hear gossip about a new teacher, and if he were to go take a look to see who this new teacher was he would find Syrus within the Art room, getting ready to teach a days class.
Silver hair had been pulled up into a low ponytail and a pair of black glasses framed the males face. He wore a loose button up shirt that seemed to have already gained a few paint stains, and his sleeves were rolled up to his elbows. His eyes seemed to be an even darker shade of blue, and there was a bit of a crowd outside the art room watching the male as she moved about like he had always been there.
___________________________________________________________________________________
Amber eyes watched as misty particles floated in the air every time he let out a breath, Pure white hair the same color as the snow on the ground framing a pale face. His hair hadn't always been white, but after a run in with an 'angel' that killed his family, and nearly killed him, his hair had gone snow white. Two scars remained on the males skin, barely visible but still there, both underneath his eyes. He figured it was because the angel had nearly taken his soul along with his families, but now...now he was immune to their charms because of it, and he hunted them. Licking lips that were chapped form he cold wind the male approached the school yard, ignoring the glances and whispers from passing students as they eyed him warily. At one point Hunter had been a friendly, cheerful boy with black hair and a slight tan to his skin. Now he was the polar opposite, as cold as the snow that covered the ground. He shoved frigid fingers into his pockets as he made his way through the school yard, keeping his gaze forward as he entered the school, instantly greeted by an uncomfortable amount of warmth. After kicking the snow off of his shoes he made his way to his locker where he grabbed placed his bag, though he didn't shed his jacket. Instead he locked his locker again and made his way up the stairs of the building until he was at the very top. He pulled a key from his pocket, a key he had managed to nab one day that allowed him and only him access to the rooftop. Once outside he took a seat near the wall where the snow hadn't managed to reach and let out a sigh. He didn't often attend classes anymore so no one should have noticed his absence. Amber orbs narrowed slightly as he turned his gaze to the sky, he'd have to go hunting again soon, he was getting restless. After all, he wasn't like most people... he had killed angels before and he was quite good at it.... Albeit they probably weren't the most powerful of angels...but they were still supposed to be superior to humans. Perhaps though, Hunter was special in the fact that he could take on an angel and win.

Though it would be complicated and take a while for Reynard to get Daniel's soul, he took Syrus's constant absence as an advantage. At least he could irritate the demon more by taking all of Daniels attention and having the boy stick to him like glue. His plan for now was to have Daniel stick to him and only him and fully ignore Syrus. And so throughout the weekend Reynard watched Disney movies with him and baked delicious goods only to leave the burned ones for Syrus.
However Syrus was not the only one making plans to stay with Daniel even on school days. He had enrolled himself easily as a student and made sure he had every single class Daniel did. So now he really would be with the boy all the time.
When morning came Reynard went with Daniel to school as they took the bus together and though all the girls stared at him his attention was fully on Daniel and whenever someone would come and ask who he was etc., he would simply say that he was Daniel's friend and that he was from some part Europe. To Daniel, Reynard took all the attention from people so he enjoyed that and figured having him around would mean that people would gravitate toward Reynard and completely ignore him. He could live with that.
Once at school all the gossip was going on about Reynard but also of some new art teacher. It was hearing the description of the person that made him think of Syrus and he honestly almost forgot about him. And so walking into his art class he saw that he was in fact there. Should he really be surprised though? Sitting down he waited for class to start while pulling his sketch book out.
Reynard sat beside him and looked at his book and smiled, "Oooooh you're a great artist Danny." He smiled while flipping through his works so far while Daniel sat quietly watching.

__ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ Syrus had expected this kind of thing, and a lazy smile spread on his lips as he introduced himself to the class. "As for seating arrangements, I've made up a list as to where you all be sitting" He stated, a pleasant smile gracing his lips as he placed the piece of paper on the easel next to him for the class to see, and Daniel and Reynard were very obviously separated. He shot Reynard a glance, one only the angel would have caught, before he had everyone shift to the seats he assigned, and it was then that he noticed the absence of a student and frowned. He was a demon...and welll....... to be perfectly honest he would never allow for a student to be tardy, not as long as he was the teacher.
"Excuse me for a moment class" He purred with that ever so pleasant smile that actually seemed to have warmed the class up to him instantly. It didn't take long for him to return with a scowling white haired male who still had a dust of snow on his lashes, and his coat slung over his shoulder. "You're seat, Mr...Bishop" He voiced, keeping his silent amusement about the last name to himself "Is next to Reynard over there." He stated, waving a hand nonchalantly towards the angel, though he had no idea what he had just done as he simply continued on with his lesson plan.
___________________________________________________________________________________
A deep scowl etched itself onto the features of the young man as, somehow, he was discovered by his new art teacher Mr.Mchailous....what an odd last name. But he didn't mind that as he was forced to follow the man back inside, down the stairs and into the art room. He kept his gaze on the ground until he stated there was a seating plan and thus he lifted his gaze only to have himself freeze up as his eyes landed on a man who very obviously (at least to him) did not belong there. He gritted his teeth as his eyes landed upon the angel who was carefully keeping himself hidden amongst humans...a wolf among lambs. Taking in a deep breath to calm his nerves he walked over to the desk next to the man and took a seat, his eyes narrowed ever so slightly and his back rigid. Fierce resentment coursed through his veins as his skin bristled at the close proximity. Unable to help himself his amber hued orbs slid over to the male beside him to...size him up to say the least. His eyes narrowed further without him realizing it before he turned his gaze to Syrus, not really listening as the man spoke. His mind was fixated on the being next to him, and the fact that somehow he had managed to get himself into this school. This also meant that he had to have a target....but the question was who? Hunter didn't move a muscle as the students began to draw, Syrus had given them permission to draw whatever came to mind based on a few lines he read out, and also wrote on the board but Hunter had no interest in that. Right now he was doing his best to make himself relax. After a while he tilted his head forward ever so slightly to shade his eyes with snowy white hair... Hair that the angel would no doubt notice as not normal, not- natural. A tight frown seemed to tug at his lips and he couldn't wait for the bell to ring...as soon as it did he was out of his seat, shooting the angel a dark look unintentionally before he fled the room to go to the roof once more, this time he knew he wouldn't be disturbed after all. ----- When class finished Syrus let his gaze move to Daniel and cleared his throat "Daniel? I'd like you to stay for a moment. I need to have a word." He stated simply, speaking as if he was nothing more than the boys teacher...and right now he was. And he had a very important lesson to explain to the boy- one that would hopefully spring a bit of doubt in the boys mind as to why the angel had just appeared in his life.

When Reynard was purposely put else where in the class he pouted but would not let it deter him. He simply gave Daniel a combination of a hug and a cuddle before going off to his seat. Those sitting around them were intrigued by such an interaction though Reynards charm merely swooned the hearts of the girls in the class while the others were swooned by Syrus and the guys were most likely thinking to themselves that if they befriended Reynard who was clearly popular with the ladies then they would have a chance with the girls too. Of course there was still the risk of Daniel being teased, picked on and beat up by association. If that was the case, Reynard would use that as an advantage.
When it came to the assignment, Reynard sat there drawing a detailed drawing of Daniel sitting by a window watching the snow fall. He smiled and continued his drawing completely ignoring who ever was sitting beside him. His eyes were set on his prize after all though yes, the white haired male was a bit interesting but not enough to pull his full attention away from Daniel.
With class over he was going to walk with Daniel but sadly Syrus wanted to "talk" to him. He figured he'd just wait outside. Reynard stood out by the door while waiting for their conversation to end.
Daniel wasn't sure what Syrus needed to talk to him about but he waited for everyone to leave and so he grabbed his bag and walked over to his desk and looked at Syrus. "Yes?"

__ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ As soon as the students...and Reynard, had left the room Syrus looked to the door an grinned, his eyes glimmering silver for a moment and it seemed a translucent sheen covered the door which would prevent anyone from getting in or out...it would also seal all sound inside. He then turned his gaze to Daniel, his eyes once more a deep blue as he settled in the seat behind his desk. "Forgot about me so easily. I'm hurt" He purred, though he didn't really seem hurt at all. In here, Reynard would have no influence...after all he couldn't get in and Syrus had made damn sure of that. He then proceeded to pull a silver chain from his pocket, and placed it down on the table. "I want you to wear that. At all times." He stated simply, not exactly explaining the reason behind it, but Syrus knew.
The necklace was made after he called up on a few favors, a few favors that ultimately allowed him to make this lovely little chain that would basically make angelic powers null and void to the wearer. "And, I wont let you leave until you put it on." He added simply, leaning back in his chair where he laced his fingers together over his chest. "It's not harmful. It's protection, of a sorts. Kind of like how the bond between us is a powerful protection against other demons." he added, plus he knew the spell bound piece of metal would look beautiful to the human eye, despite the fact that to Syrus it looked like a simple metal chain.
"How have you been... the past few days?" He voiced, a simple softness entering the males eyes that he had been able to hide so well in front of others. "I trust Reynard has.....treated you well." He added, not quite fond of the winged rat, but now he could speak with Daniel without being disturbed and that, was all that mattered at this point in time.
___________________________________________________________________________________
Snowy hair brushed the males cheeks as he opened his locker, about to grab his bag so that he could simply leave, though his mind was on the angel. He'd infiltrated the school quite easily...and who was it that the....thing, was targeting? It wasn't like he could leave this as it was, so instead he shoved his coat inside with a frown, slammed his locker closed and made his way back towards the Art room where he found his winged 'friend' leaning on the wall waiting for who ever was inside of that class room. Likely, his target. "Why, are you here." He voiced, though it wasn't a question as much as a demand for an answer. He kept his features blank as he looked at the man, he knew exactly what he was and he was sure that the fact Hunter knew had clued in by now. What might have thrown the man off was the fact that the expression on hunters face was far from adoration. If anything it was cold, void of any obvious emotion. His voice however had a crisp edge of dislike...of loathing. He shoved his hands into his pockets to appear more casual, though in reality it was to hide the clenching of his hands. He wanted to destroy this man here and now, but he couldn't exactly attack him in broad daylight... especially not at school. "Actually. I think I know why. If you touch anyone in this school, I will kill you. Boy, or soul." He voiced, his tone hushed but he knew the man heard. And thus he stood there with his amber eyes fixed on the mans face, daring him to respond to his threat.

Daniel stood there waiting to see what Syrus had wanted and once the door shut he did feel a bit more...aware. He looked at Syrus who was slightly blurred at first but now he was clear. He tilted his head back a bit confused but he didn't question it. He nodded occasionally before grabbing the metal chain and put it on. He didn't like talking, it was exhausting some times and he grew up concluding that actions spoke louder than words. His finger traced along the chain around his neck and he wondered what this was for...exactly. He could probably ask Syrus but then again was it really necessary to ask? He figured Syrus would add to the specific reason or simply left it was a generalization of protection.
Rubbing his arm as if it her a nervous tick he shrugged when the male asked how he was. "Good I guess and I would guess he has." He glanced down at the desk for a moment contemplating the question swimming about in his head. Should he ask it?
Inhaling deeply he looked up at Syrus and asked, "Will you be leaving any time soon?" And so he was stating the fact that he had assumed that Syrus was still looking for a way to break their bond and leave. He wanted to leave didn't he? Why be stuck with a weak pathetic human? Daniel would forever be harsh on himself. The inner workings of his mind a true enigma.
_________________________________________________________________
Meanwhile Reynard stood out there having to deal with a fairly angry mortal. By the looks of him he may possibly that one kid rumored to be hunting angels. But it was when the male stated he would kill Reynard if he touched anyone in this school that drew Reynard to the conclusion that he was said angel hunter. How interesting. Nonetheless he would have the purest soul which was currently Daniels.
Yes it wouldn't be easy to get considering the bond he had with Syrus at the moment but he'd find a way around it. Yes, he will.
Smiling brightly he gathered that this boy would not be affected by his charm which was disappointing. "You shouldn't ask a question you already know the answer to. Wasting a persons's time is rather rude don't you think?" Looking over at the door he figured Daniel would be in there for awhile and so he would simply meet up with him later. For now he needed to pee even though it was a mortal urge and there was no need for him to actually use the toilet.
Pushing off the wall he stretched and yawned a bit before walking toward the bathroom however he glanced back to add, "By the way at least almost dying caused you to look so....dazzling." He then slipped into the bathroom.

__ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ Syrus let his eyes narrow slightly as the boy spoke...he guessed? Then was he unsatisfied perhaps? That actually brought a slight grin to his lips, which he couldn't keep contained. "I'll answer that with a question of my own." He voiced, standing for his seat so that he could stretch out his limbs like a feline who had been napping for too long. "Do you want me to leave?" He questioned, his gaze not on the blonde, but instead fixated on the falling snow just outside of the window. After a moment he turned deep marine blue eyes to the blonde "It's really up to you Daniel. To be honest I'm quite content with how things are...well ... how things were going before at least." He stated, letting his dislike for Reynard's presence be clear. He did not say anything bad about the angel though, if he did he would very likely be pushing Daniel further away.
A soft sigh slipped from his lips as he walked back to his seat and plopped down, feeling as if a lifetimes worth of troubles had just placed themselves on his shoulders and all he wanted to do was shake them off and go back to how things were....except, he did not want to abandon Daniel. He was going soft, and the thought actually made his lips quirk in a self spiteful smile. I'm sorry I disappeared... I needed to get hold of that chain." He stated simply, quite happy that Daniel had put it on without questioning him. "Had to call on a few favors...so it took time"
___________________________________________________________________________________
The white haired male bristled with contempt, how dare that man..... Just how dare he! He'd quite literally just brushed off Hunter as if he was nothing more than a fly. 'Oh no...no you don't' he seethed mentally, even more angered by the last comment he had made. 'By the way at least almost dying caused you to look so....dazzling.' He had no right to say that to him, Turning out like this was not what Hunter had wanted, but he felt that he was obligated to stop it from happening to anyone else. Flexing his hands in his pocket once more he stayed put, debating whether or not to follow the man. Letting out a breath he had no idea he had been holding, he moved forwards, letting the man have a moment in the bathroom by himself before he entered upon hearing the water running for someone to wash their hands. His amber gaze wasn't nearly as calm this time...no it was filled with hate. Grinding his teeth together he dug into his pocket again to find a small blade hidden in a hole he'd made in the jeans, though he did not pull it out. Instead he caught his own skin on the blade at let it bite into his flesh. He then withdrew his hand from his pocket and let the droplets fall from his finger tips. Hunters soul was hazy to angels, it seemed corrupted to be perfectly honest due to the extreme hatred he bore towards angels, but his blood could tell a different story. It was pure, just as much so as Daniels was- and the scent of it would make that clear as he was sure the angel would be able to tell. He then lifted his hand to his lips to lick the blood away, an old habit that he did without really thinking. "C'mon, humor me." He stated, slightly muffled by the hand at his lips as he watched the man with eyes that now shone with a hard determination. His gaze also would have told the angel, that he was about to make things way harder than they already were.

That was a hard question. Daniel could honestly still feel that small part of him that wanted Syrus to go back where he came from but not like before. He simply wanted the male to return home or be able to leave no longer bound to him because Daniel was dull and had nothing much to offer. His like was a routine. He didn't go out and have fun, his idea of fun was watching Disney movies for god sakes! Just like those around him that saw him as nothing but a waste, he believed so too. What was he doing with his life?
With a deep sigh he sat down on at the desk directly in front of Syrus's. He stared at his hands for a good moment before replying those his eyes still glued to his palms. "Yes and no I guess. I mean...there are reasons why people don't hang around me, why I have no friends. Sooner or later you'll probably just get bored...you'll probably want to leave then."
Looking up at Syrus he smiled but as usual it was more of a forced smile with his eyes filled with either sorrow or indifference.

Reynard was washing his hands when the white haired male came in with an angry face as if Reynard had stolen his candy or something. Okay...far worse than candy but nonetheless it was the way he had saw it. Whenever Reynard had a target he was good at ignoring everything else except his target. In the meantime he was doing a good job but it was clear that this young man would get in the way if he tried to succeed.
However there was some turn of events...well more so things becoming more interesting. The sent of blood reached his nostrils and it was just as sweet as Daniel's, so sweet that he could taste it on the tip of his tongue. He couldn't help but inhale deeply and shut his eyes just to visualize that purity. The fact that this guy went around killing angels (most likely the corrupted ones like Reynard) pretty much made his soul that much purer. One would assume killing lead to corruption and tainting of souls but in this case it was the opposite.
Pulling himself together he stood up straight and dried his hands. "Hunter Maxwell Bishop...correct?" He glanced over at him and smiled again. "I think this school year will end interesting don't you think?" He was pretty much avoiding the topic as he walked past the male but he paused beside him instead.
"By the way, you got a little somethin'" It all happened fairly quickly. Reynard reached out and grabbed the males chin and leaned in, the tip of his tongue flicking against the males bottom lip where a small smudge of blood remained. When he pulled away his pupils had dilated slightly showing how much the taste affected him.
Quickly he walked toward the door to make a hasty escape, if not he was prepared to keep the boy from stabbing him. The taste of his blood lingered in his mouth...and it made him crave more...so much more.

__ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ Syrus cocked his head ever so slightly as he listened to the boy, and without really thinking about it he reached his hand out to trace the side of the boys jaw gently. "I have no idea what you're talking about to be completely truthful. You're absolutely fascinating Daniel." He stated, his tone hushed as if he was sharing a intimate secret. He let his hand drop back to his side, and almost instantly missed the proximity but he said nothing of it. He let his deep blue eyes slide away to stare out the window again...he loved the cold weather. It brought his furnace like temperature down a few degrees.... and it was comfortable. "Anyways, what am I if not a friend, hmm?" He added with a quirk of a smile at his lips, his eyes returning to the boy who currently sat on the edge of his desk.
He froze for an instant as the scent of blood hit his nose, as he was all too sensitive to it, but he shoved the thought of it away. He wasn't interested in a soul, and he wasn't exactly sure as to why he was so keen on keeping Daniel safe. But here he was, and he was going to make sure that Daniel was kept healthy and his soul remained where it was meant to be, in his body. "Also don't give me that look, makes you look like a wounded animal little kitten" He purred, that playful tone coloring his words as he kept his eyes fixated on the blonde. "Anyways...." He murmured, letting the barrier on the door drop, though he doubted anyone but Reynard had noticed it was there "I should let you go... Though I'd keep you longer if I thought I was allowed" He added simply, his gaze far calmer than it had been in quite a while... He felt confident that the chain around the boys neck would do the trick.

Hunter watched his immediate reaction, finding a sense of self satisfaction that the scent had gotten to the man. Now there was no doubt in his mind that he would go ignored, not when the man had given him such a display of hunger, of want. He said nothing as he pulled himself together, watching the angel with wary eyes, simply nodding when he spoke his name. So he did know who he was it would seem, then again his name was probably well known amongst the angels who liked the wreak havoc in the mortal realm. His eyes followed the man as he started to walk out, though when he froze where he was Hunter felt every muscle in his body tense. His breath left him as he man reached out grasped his chin, the wet feeling of the mans tongue slipping over his bottom lip nearly causing him to shiver, nearly being the key word. He managed to keep himself still as the man let him go, giving him a clear view of the mans dilating pupils. When the man had left Hunter reached his arm up to wipe at his lips, a smirk tugging at his lips. The angel was hooked, that much he was sure of. Honestly he shouldn't have done that to himself....to taste Hunters blood was like tasting the forbidden fruit to an angel. He'd crave it and Hunter knew the man wouldn't be able to get it out of his head now. Walking over to the sink he ran his hand under cold water to stop the stinging, before he pulled a roll of bandages from his sweater pocket and simply wrapped his hand up. No one would question it, Hunter often showed up with a few injuries from his scuffles with the angels. He wasn't even sure how he managed to fight them, but he always seemed to be on par, if not stronger.... Once again he found himself believing it was because he had killed an angel as it tried to rip his soul from him... and something had simply happened that altered the male forever. Once done in the bathroom, he made his way out into the hall only to hear the bell ring once again. It seemed that it was lunch time already....a new record to put it simply. "I haven't stuck around at school this long for....months." he muttered to himself, making his way through the hallways to the cafeteria. He managed to get his food fairly quickly and made his way to the back of the cafeteria where he sat alone in the far corner near a large window. He tilted his head against the glass, munching on a few chips as his amber orbs watched the snow fall.... This surely would be interesting, that was for sure.

With a nod he stood to leave though he did mutter, "I kinda thought you were more than a friend." What he meant by that was also a mystery to him. Truthfully Syrus didn't feel like a friend...there was just something much more especially since they were bound to each other. He left the room and headed out right when the bell rang and he usually avoided going to the cafeteria but it seemed like he had no choice. Reynard came over and pulled him along. Though he was now safe from the angel's charm, he was still very naive and a push over. He sat at an empty table by a window with Reynard who seemed pretty attached for some odd reason.

Reynard knew the moment he walked out of the door that tasting Hunter's blood was bad but he couldn't really help it. Nonetheless he had something that would keep his mind off of him...Daniel. His pure soul let out a very strong sent whenever he was close to him and so his mind was starting to turn directions. Daniel would be a sort of repellent while he could come up with a plan to steal Hunters soul instead. It was just as pure...maybe slightly purer...well more desirable since he wasn't bound to a demon.
Yes...that was his new plan. However he would not let Syrus or Hunter see this. He would allow them to believe that Daniel is his number one target and so his renaming close to the male would indicate so.
Looking at the blonde he smiled warmly, "So Daniel, what do you like to do for fun? Have you been to Disneyland? I heard that's the happiest place on earth!" He chuckled and watched as the every word 'Disneyland' perked Daniel up.
"I just like watching movies..and drawing I guess. And no, I haven't...ever." He seemed a bit sad about that fact.
"Oh? Well we should go some time soon. Should we?" He wrapped his arms around Daniel and rested his head on his shoulder. It kept his mind off the tasty blood and thinking of Hunter...for now.
"Sure, that'd be fun," Daniel said rather monotonous however a very small genuine smile grew on his face.
