 "Uhhh," Sorran moaned. He tried to twist his body into another position but pain overcame him. He turned his head simply to them but it still hurt, "I think I started the fire. But I don't know how." His voice was very slow but soft and raspy. "I'm so stupid." His eyes closed. He didn't fall asleep, just lied there, thinking about the pain he caused everyone, even himself. "I'm sorry."

Tiki blushed. "It's okay." She smiled. "Your burns... Would you like me to find some herbs? There are some that can heal a burn like yours..." Tiki examined the burns. "I'll go hunting and bring some water back. And bring more supplies." Tiki stared at Sorran. "And herbs." She grabbed the water canteen and a basket someone had forgotten and ran off into the forest... -A few hours later...- Tiki came back with an antelope and some clean water. The basket was filled with fruits: oranges, peaches, kiwi, mangos, and figs. She had 3 herbs in her hand. "Here," Tiki gave the herbs to Sorran, "It might be bitter, but your pain will be relieved."

Sorran was passed out when Tiki arrived. His eyes opened when she spoke to him, "Thank you.." He managed to squeeze out. He lifted his arm and hand a foot but the pain was too much. He released his arm and it collapsed to the floor. "Please.. Help." He was insisting she should feed it to him. His eyes slowly closed.

Tiki nodded. She helped Sorran up and fed him, she thought she heard Sorran wince. "Do you want some water? Or are you hungry?"

"Thank you," he managed to groan out. He ate the herbs. "I need water please." He looked up at her and smiled, thanking her for her hospitality.

Tiki nodded and went to get the water canteen. Lenzie seemed to be asleep. Tiki smiled. Tiki brought the water back to Sorrran and helped him drink it. "Sorran, I wanna tell you something. And, your kinda bossy, no offense, but fun. You gained my trust... It's just that.... My kind can control the elements, but only few, ya'know, water, fire, earth, water. And, um, some of us can control 1, 2, 3 or even all 4. And, um, I control 3 of them." Tiki gave out a nervous smile. "Thing is, I control Earth, Air, and Fire. But," She blushed, "I'm scared of fire. And I'm scared that I started the fire. And that I burnt you, it makes me feel worse..." "But anything could've caused the fire. Goblins and Elves are always pulling pranks, ya'know...." The moon was in the northwestern part of the sky, it was about 9:00 'o'clock. "Oh! It's getting late. We should be getting to sleep..." "Goodnight, Sorran." Tiki went to sleep. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Been thinking about when I would introduce that....

He lay there, confused, thinking about what Tiki said. He never knew she had those abilities. She confused him a lot. He knew it wasn't her though. She didn't start the fire, she was asleep the entire time. Sorran isn't sure if he was the one that started the fire or not, but it was most likely him. He left a campfire unattended. Sorran lifted his arm, finally the pain didn't control him. He tapped Tiki, "You didn't start the fire. And... I trust you too." And he then fell asleep.

Tiki was shocked. She had thought he would've called her a freak and tell her to leave him. She blushed and slept the night away... -Morning- Tiki woke up and did an early hunt. There was enough fruits from yesterday to eat, but she gathered more anyway since they were going to countinue the journey. When she had gotten back, she cooked the meat and broke it into 3 pieces. Tiki ate a fig and her share and she went off into the river to swim for a while.

Lenzie awoke to silence. She panicked a bit before she realized that Sorran was taking a stroll and Tiki in the river. She slowly rose and took a sniff of the morning breeze. Only, it smelled burned. The memories of last night crossed her mind and she winced. Her stomach turned as she saw the meat before her, reminding her of all the lives lost in that fire, and how this one was no different. The thing she was afraid of most, though, was that her fellow foresters were in that fire. Maybe even. . . Bear Buddi. . .If she lost him, there's no way. . .She shook him from her mind, reminding herself that the humans shouldn't be too far away now, at the speed they have been traveling. She gets up, eats the berries, avoiding the meat laid before her. She quickly rushed to Sorran. "Sorran, you seem to be better! That's wonderful news!" She held him in a tight hug.

Tiki strolled off into the thick forest... After Lenzie hugged Sorran tightly, him telling her he felt much better after taking Tiki's herbs, Lenzie set her eyes next to Tiki, but could not find her. With worry in her voice she asks Sorran where she had went. "The forest, i believe" He replies. Gazing deep into the forest, she was afraid of what might be in there since the fire. . .or rather what's not. . .

Tiki looked around. It was all unfamilar. It was unhabitated. No villages, no groups, no life, no chatter. But the was only one thing. Smoke. A campsite was nearby. Maybe someone can tell me where we are, then we can work our way from their. She thought. She walked up to the campsite slowly, "Hello? Can anyone help me?"

Sorran looked at Lenzie, "I'm still a little bit sore." He clearly wasn't himself. "Lenzie, do you think I'll ever find Jenine? Do you... even think she's... alive or with the humans?" He turned to her, and then anger showed in his face, "Your stupid bear caused all this... I lost Jenine and started a forest fire which probably killed hundreds of people, and right now is still probably burning down this forest, the only one.." He turned around and started to leave the lake.

Tyjaay Sorran looked at Lenzie, "I'm still a little bit sore." He clearly wasn't himself. "Lenzie, do you think I'll ever find Jenine? Do you... even think she's... alive or with the humans?" He turned to her, and then anger showed in his face, "Your stupid bear caused all this... He turned around and started to leave the lake. The only thing that appeared on Lenzie's face was shock. Shock and pain. Her eyes filled with tears as he watched Sorran begin to leave the lake for some air. But, as his words echoed in her head, she became furious. "How DARE you talk about Bear Buddi like that! He did NOTHING to you OR your precious Jenine! He's scared and hurt, as i said before! I don't know what's happened to Jenine OR him, we're both in the same situation! Don't talk about him like that! And, if anything, YOU'RE the one who started the fire, NOT HIM!" She screamed and ran deep into the forest, opposite of his direction. Tears stream down her face. . .

Tiki went closer to the campsite. Snoring. Someone was sleeping... Trees were cleared out, stumps were remains. About 3 tents took the place of the trees. What?! Someone destroyed the trees! Could it be....Tiki went straight up into the air. A rope had caught her foot a shot her in the trees 50ft above. She struggled to get released. Tiki yelled in distress. A few minutes 2 young elves came out. "See! I told you it would work! And you thought it was a 'stupid idea'. The perfect prank!" The one that looked the youngest said. "Shut up, Connor. It's more of a trap than a prank." "You're just jealous because my trap worked, not yours!" Connor stuck out his tongue. The oldest one roll her eyes. "HEY!" Tiki shouted, "CAN YOU BRING ME DOWN NOW?!" Connor looked up. "Oh yeah. almost forgot about that. Ava, can you cut down the rope for me?" "Pff. You could do it yourself." Ava gave Connor a hard look. "Meanie! I'm going to tell mom when we get back!" Connor cut down the rope with a handmade knife. Tiki came racing down into the ground. "AHHHHHHH!" She screamed as she fell. With a hard landing, Tiki groaned and heard a crack as she fell. Oh sh--. she thought. Tiki had landed on her arm during the fall. She had broken it and it was bleeding. "Oh my Gods." Tears of pain filled her eyes. Connor looked shocked and stunned and scared. He turned to Ava. "She did it!" Connor ran off into the woods. Ava looked at him run into the woods. "Sorry about the arm and fall thing." Ava chased Connor. "Errr..." Tiki groaned. She started to head back to camp. 15 minutes later, she arrived back at camp.
