Aubia nodded to Elliot, and only spared a passing glance toward... ugh, Armand. Already, Aubia could feel her blood pressure rising.
"The lockdown is glitched. Not all the gates closed. I need someone to find all the doors still open, and redirect traffic. More Admins are going to coming in and out, I'm sure. I don't care who you find to do it, but it has to be done."
She took a breath and bellowed into the megaphone. "ARE YOU DEAF OR STUPID?! MOVE, PEOPLE! GET US BACK ONLINE!"
Aubia glanced back to the trio around her. "This is going to be all over the news, there's nothing we can do about that. We're going to have serious PR problems if we can't get this fixed fast enough."

Angelina sighed. She had just gotten in before the door closed on her. She was stuck in here until they got it open. "Uh, I hate to break it to you, but I just barely got in. I have no clue how many more exits there are." she admitted. "But I'm here to help in anyway I can." she added. "I can always see the computers or something to see if a wires were accidently cut." 'Or purposely,' she added silently to herself. "But I would need tools for that, in case something did happen." She was finally walking at the speed that Aubia was and not breaking a sweat.... Anymore than she has been that is. It was starting to get a bit warmer in the building than it usually was. She ran a sleve across her forehead as she tried to stay cool.

"But you got in nonetheless," Aubia stressed. "You'll have to be creative with the computers, the lockdown shuts down the network access here." She exhaled. Unlike many of the other admins, she did not have extraordinary programming prowess. She wouldn't be able to lift the lockdown herself.
She gestured toward Armand. "I'm sure he has all the tools you'll need if that's the case." Unlike Angelina, foul play had not yet crossed Aubia's mind. She was too preoccupied with with maintaining order.

Angelina nodded. She sighed. 'She's really stressed,' she thought saddly to herself. "Computers and cars, my speciality," she said. She turned to Armand and started listing tools that she needed. Well, she might as well asked for anything she might need to fix a computer. So, she did. "I need any tool you got that could possibly fix a computer. And I definitly need electircal tape. I need this as fast as you can get it for me," she comanded. She thought for a second. "Please." she added before walking back to Aubia. "Do you suspect it's anything more than a glitch?" she asked. Then another thought occured to her. 'If the doors are still opening and closing, that means that someone might have made sure that they could get out before setting the alarms off,' she thought, her eyes widening.

Jack Vegas Work Droid - R.C. #D-110 Oh yeah! Organised and ready to kick a**!
The TP came to halt outside the large main entrance to the White Sector, which as of not was completely blocked off with massive steel shutters. Jack scanned the area looking for the Droids of R.U.S.T. and quickly singled them out assembling in formation further ahead. "Right Lizzy, we'd better get joining them then." He said as they both moved to join in the ranks of Droids preparing for a break in. "Right Droids!" The signal came out loud and clear from a smaller admin droid standing in front of the ranks. "The admins on the inside are searching for the malfunction, as far as we know they have not found anything yet, so we need to get in there. Any diagnostics robots come with me, and any Repair Droids with networking capabilities go with... Go with Jack there, he's dealt with safety doors before. RIGHT! Lets get this done quickly!" It shouted as the Droids split into two teams. One team formed next to a large access grid, much like a block of public phones, and the others moved with Jack to the gate. "Me? Man I've done nothing on this scale before... Suppose, no one has... Right lets get started then!" He said as a team of 30 droids lined along the shutters. Jack reached into the back of his head and pulled lengthy cable out, as did the rest, and simultaneously they all plugged into the droid to the left via a port on the back of their head leaving Jack to plug into a warlock network panel next to the door. With a set up like this they could work effectively as one machine and increase their chances of breaking in by 10fold. "Ready, I want us to sync with this door. look for fluctuations and find a pattern. When it's weakest we lift... It's going to be heavy and it might resist but don't stop, keep pushing." The message ran through all the Droids as if they thought it themselves as they steadied against the bottom of the shutters. At the same time, the diagnostic Droids synced and scanned the full sector... hoping to get contact through an opening in safety barrier, and with more than 40 driods working together it wouldn't be long. "Sir! I have one! Sending secure message!" "Attention admins. Stay clear of the main door, there is a break in being attempted. I repeat, there is a break in being attempted at the main entrance, please stay clear." The message was sent through advertisement screens, the hope being that all adverts would be replaced with the message around the sector. Jack listened to the D Driods as he read the patterns in the power fluctuations. He loved listening to fluctuations, it was like he was for a short while in contact with warlock, but of course no one knew what warlock was so for all he could just be listening to static. "Not yet, wait for an internal reply... It might get messy if humans get in the way, and blood is hard to wash off." He messaged to the rest. Lizzy just laughed and he was sure there was a few 'tsk' from others but hey, what's wrong with a little humour.

(Hey, sorry I haven't replied since the day after yesterday. If you want to know why, then go to The OOC Hangout Thread.) [I'm going to experiment with some posting styles.]
Zazzy quickly tapped a button on top of Per's right shoulder, causing him to shrink to about six feet eleven inches. "Per, get in! Quick! I can already hear the other Admins scrambling about." "Yes, sir. Will do, sir." "Don't call me 'Sir'." "Yes, sir." Zazzy and Per then ducked into the opening, chaos being the first thing they saw.
"Per, find Aubia. Find her and tell her there's a way out under the D Sector. I'll go try and find some exits that are opened. If none of them are," he twirled Hon'nou around menacingly. "I'll open 'em myself." "Yes, sir. Can do, sir." "Don't call me 'Sir'." "Yes, sir." Just then. Per and Zazzy came to a fork, one going to the upper Sectors of A HQ, the other leading to the cooling towers and the emergency power supply chamber. Per and Zazzy both forked left towards the upper Sectors.
Several minutes later, having scoured all of the C Sector and finding not Aubia nor even a door that was thin enough to quickly slice through, Per headed for the B Sector. Zazzy was busy trying to hijack into the Lockdown network via one of the ports from the doors. So far, he hacked his way through three out of ten firewalls and was near to hacking through the fourth.
Per quickly ran up a flight of stairs to the B Sector. For about two minutes, he scoured the Sector before decided to try the A Sector. While traversing a hallway that branched off to a stairwell that went to the A Sector, he spotted Aubia, Angelina, Elliot, and Armand. Quickly, he ran towards them, trying to get the information that Zazzy was trying to hack into the Lockdown network. Shortly before he got to them, a large metal slat fell through the roof and pinned Per's feet to the ground. Because he was in Speede Forme instead of Powere Forme, he couldn't lift the slat. He hoped (He's a Persona AI, so, he has feelings and that kind of stuff.) that at least they heard and felt the roof caving in by him.
Zazzy was busy trying to hack into the fifth firewall and was almost through when the roof above him caved in. He quickly grabbed his most necessary tools and jumped out of the way. Well, guess I ain't hacking my way into the Lockdown network through THAT port anymore. But, s**t! That means I have to hack through the firewalls again! sighing, he quickly ran towards the stairwell leading to the B Sector, ducking under or jumping over loose debris. He quickly came upon the stairwell to see it blocked by a small metal slat. Without stopping, he sliced his way through the slat and continued walking up the stairwell, which also had debris in it. He used his PDA to locate Per, so, in a few short minutes, he came upon Per underneath a thicker metal slat than the one that blocked the stairwell.
(I couldn't really come up with anything else.)
(The cave-ins were caused by an overheated cooling tower in the A Sector that exploded and rained down its shrapnel in certain key points of the B and C Sectors. The cooling towers were basically these large cylindrical tubes that sucked up the "recycled" water from the sewers, sucked out all the bacteria and used that water to cool Warlock's servers down. With Warlock messing up, the water couldn't go anywhere because the valves had been sealed when the Lockdown occurred and they couldn't be unseal because only Warlock had the program to do that.)

Maxwell noticed the look of disdain on Cwen's face as he talked about the usefulness of Zazzy, which hinted that she probably didn't think well of the man for whatever reason. It was probably because the man had a reputation for impulsive comments, which he did not say often to reputable people, but were very annoying when he did. Zazzy's usefulness was the only reason Maxwell usually tolerated his impulsive comments in the past. Had it been someone else that said the earlier comment, the mobster might've bribed the cafe to escort the potential troublemaker out the door.
The mobster took a sip of whiskey before answering Cwen's question that seemingly came from out of the blue as if she was wondering what he was thinking just a minute ago. Cwen already knew about Maxwell's ties to the underworld, so would she be surprised what was on his mind? "Well, I'm sure you know what's on my mind, Cwen," responded the mobster. "Business, which doesn't work with--" He was cut off by a loud news reporter.
"We have breaking news!" announced the reporter on the large ultra thin glass television. "The Admin HQ in the White sector is experiencing a lockdown. All available Admins and workers are trying to fix the situation. We don't have many details at this time and access is limited, but we'll keep you updated with any new developments."
Maxwell made a motion towards the screen, and looked at Cwen as if assuming she knew what he meant. "Well," said Maxwell to Cwen with a slight grin, "this could be entertainment or a disaster." With that said, he took a sip of whiskey. "Wanna bet?" he joked with a slight tone of sarcasm.
"Yes, Jane, RUST androids seem to be attempting a break in, and police and other emergency workers are at the scene," spoke a reporter on the screen.

((Believe it or not I'm slightly drained. That means not much funny in Armand.))
The smile remained on Armand's face as Aubia directed Angelina to him for tools. He simply shrugged as Angelina started rattling off things she needed and finally ended up just saying that she needed everything. That wasn't the best thing to say to someone like Armand in a commanding tone. "Oh? Did I hear that right? Everything?"
Then again, he was lazy at the moment.. or maybe it was more than one moment. Was it really laziness or just the temptation to see how everyone reacted to chaos? He waved his hand nonchalantly toward Ellie, who still had a hold on one of his arms. "Ellie can help you with everything." He smiled. If Aubia knew what he was thinking, she'd kill him. Actually, that might have held true for Ellie too.

Antoinette glared at the screen. "Dammit!" she whispered, quietly so as not to be heard, before flagging down a waiter, paying, and striding out of the cafe as quickly as she could. Her trademark long jacket billowed slightly behind her as she moved.
That telereport must have been what whoever was calling me was trying to say. Of course, after a couple minutes with no answer, they'd given up. Antoinette was a very stubborn woman. Hitching her purse just that much higher on her shoulder, she quickly started her car and all but raced to the main entrance of the White Sector. While she may not yet have become a high-ranking Admin or the like, she still worked there. It was part of her responsibility.
She slammed her door and stalked angrily out into the much-thinned fray of droids, finding one and demanding access. Luckily for Antoinette (and the poor droid), the droid she stopped actually knew where a possible access point was. She made it in record time and stepped through. After a quick glance around to see who was where (including at the people who were on either side trying to redirect her--as if), she foud Aubia, flanked by Armand, Angelina, and Elliot.
Antoinette strode over to them, ignoring the idiots 'guarding' the door. "What the hell happened?" she asked. While it would normally be an all-out demand, she respected Aubia: as such, it was just a normal question.

Aubia looked up, and saw a familiar droid coming towards them from, one she recognized as belonging to Zazzy - Per. She beckoned for him to hurry up. She gasped, and took a step back, her eyes wide with surprise as part of the ceiling broke above Per and trapped the droid. Human or not, that was never a good sign.
She looked back to the group assembled before her, plus Antoinette who had just arrived on the scene. This was just what she wanted, right? People to report, and go find the glitch that was causing Warlock to lock down the Admin compound.
Except, it seemed it wasn't a glitch.
Aubia snapped at Antoinette. "Pay attention! Better yet, look around you for once! What a novel idea, right?!" She gripped her megaphone, both her face an her knuckles pale.
"Don't stare!" she snapped at the entire group this time, regardless of whether or not they were actually staring. She didn't care. "This isn't a glitch anymore. This is an emergency! Warlock was on to something!"
Yes, when the compound was sustaining collateral damage - falling apart over poor Per's head - that was an excellent time to evacuate.
((Except what Aubia said about Warlock was incorrect, but who was she to know?))

Antoinette rolled her eyes, but nodded nonetheless. "Right," she said. "I'll just stand here like an idiot then." Translated: I'm going to do something useful after taking stock. Not that many people would know that, though it could be inferred from the way she was looking around and evaluating everything. It seemed to her that while most things were malfunctioning, there were at least a few things still fine--like the door she'd used, for example.

Lieutenant Dallas was this close-this close-to making the frigging droid at the gate eat her badge. She would have too, if she weren't so fond of her badge and its shiny shininess. It was like her child, really. That was the only thing that spared the droid.
"You have thirty seconds to open up this gate before I charge whoever the hell created you with abstruction of justice." She said, and glared into the droid's emotionless eyes.

Elliot came to the same conclusion Armand had. So basically she wants us to do everything. Finally realizing she still held Armand in an iron grip, she dropped her hand back to her side, and frowned at the man, gazing at him with something akin to incredulity. Was he really passing off responsibility to her now? Again? Honestly, Armand never did anything he was asked to do, and Elliot had to do practically everything for him. She couldn't believe the number of times he had called her to his office, sounding for all the world like a scientist in trouble, all just to ask her to shut his door for him because otherwise people would hear what he was up to.
Of course, before Elliot could reply to Aubia or scold Armand (she never got tired of doing that), several things happened: the roof started to cave in, startling many and trapping an AI, more people arrived and demanded to know what was happening, and fewer people actually did anything. This whole situation was chaotic and horrible, and why, oh WHY, did she have this itchy, nagging feeling that Armand was enjoying himself? Because she knew him, and she knew he was indeed enjoying himself.
Pinching the bridge of her nose in annoyance and impatience, Elliot huffed and said, "Look, that AI trapped over there had to come from somewhere. Let's just go ask it how it got in here, because there's no way it's an Admin AI."
With that, the pink-haired scientist stomped over to the trapped AI, leaving Armand where he was for the moment. Honestly, he'd be no help unless he suddenly could lift several hundred pounds of ceiling off the trapped robot, and he'd only mess around. Best to leave him in Aubia's tender claws.
She crouched before the AI, raking her eyes over his form before locking her gaze with his. He seemed to be all in one piece, except for his feet. He should be fine to speak, Elliot reasoned.
"Hey, how'd you get in here?" Elliot demanded.

Jack Vegas Work Droid - R.C. #D-110 Like bustin' open a can o' beans...
"NOW!" Jack shouted when thee seeming pattern had been identified. The D Droids went 'haywire' trying to control the power flux as simultaneously all 30 of the Repair Droids lifted and strained. The large steel doors, for a minute, didn't move... And then without warning began to buckle. Jack had no intention of opening the door cleanly, if the door was physically bent out then there would be no way for it to re close effectively jamming it open. "KEEP GOING! Almost there... FINAL PUSH! ON 3, 1! 2! 3!" He shouted pushing his vocal processor going as loud as it would, easily clearing the volume of the megaphone. With the final push the door juttered, cracked and finally ruptured upwards with huge bend that reached 30 Droids wide, and at least 3 droids tall. "WOO! Oh yeah! Plus one for teamwork dudes!" Shouted a droid from the other side of the chain. The crowd was cheering as the Droids unpluged from each other and went to rejoin the rest of the team. "You know... Sometimes I wonder what you are, man Maybe we'll never know but what the hell are you doing these days? It's like you're freaking out or something." Jack sent a message to the system, not that he even knew if it would go anywhere but if leaving the destination off just sent it, it must be going somewhere, and hell... Warlock was everything, so who knows. Unplugging from the panel Jack ducked underneath and into the massive reception hall of white sector. He stood still for a minute staring behind himself at the door that has just been obliterated. "..."Ain't nothin' in this town been a surprise, cept' you..." - Open range"" He quietly quoted before moving into the hall more to check for any additional damage caused by the massive force "Right guys! let's get this place checked out!" He said as the rest of R.U.S.T. moved in.
