Edward walked up to Sergei. "Latverious, first off I always treat her with the respect she is due, second that is not your son but your apprentice." The before Sergei could really react, Edward started to walk away fuming.

Dead, dead, so very dead. Phantom thought to herself over and over again as Rose said that she was here.

Sergei bellowed after Edward with rage in his heart. "He has taken my blood and my soul, he is my son and if you say otherwise so help me god I will kill you where you stand!" Thus Sergei's castle seemed a much darker place, the suits of armor looked more alive and worst of all, the castle was dead silent, as if he had killed everything in the castle.

Edward walked right passed Phantom seeing her, but not caring. He was out the main door's and walking outside now.

Phantom glared very coldly at Sergei and ran after her brother. "Brother, don't let him get to you, you know better than that."

In an instant fifteen vampires appeared kneeling at the side of their master but Sergei shook his head. "No, I understand now, he loves her and does not understand Gregory as we do, nor does he love him as we do. See to it that Alice is taken care of and make sure Edward doesn't hurt himself, or others." Sergei sighed and looked at Mimicry with her son, he felt good knowing that Gregory would see the love of his mother.

Gregory picked up on Sergei's voice and the sudden change in mood of the castle. Looking up at Mim, he grabbed her arm and pulled her back to the throne room. Meanwhile, Alice followed after Edward, frowning.

Gregory entered the throne room and released Mim's hand, rushing to Sergei's side. "Are you alright?" He asked, voice full of concern.

Edward was fuming still. "Sister, please go home with your child where you belong. If something goes down I don't you near combat." he then looked to Alice. "Can I assume you know how to fight somewhat or should you go with Phantom?" Seeing the fifteen vampire's walking out he drew his sword not quiet knowing what to expect, but he was willing to put up a fight right now so he really didn't care.

Sergei shook his head and looked sadly at Gregory. "He just doesn't understand our ways or the fact that you are now my son bound by blood. He also loves your mother, very deeply in fact, but Rin is her mate and thus she is unable to do anything. In this castle none can hide their thoughts or feelings from me, but I respect Edward and thus I will not harm him."

Gregory turned toward Edward and glared. "You fight in our neutral zone and I'll kill you myself!" He hissed, eyes turning black, flecked with gold. Alice frowned, grabbing Edward's arm. "Love, calm down. Please..."

"Kara is safe at home with Hera and her father. You need more help then anyone right now." Phantom looked at all the others that were like her. "Edward, don't start a fight, they don't want to hurt you."

Gregory nodded, eyes shifting back to his original color. "Yes, father. He doesn't understand." He turned and took Sergei's hand. "In my eyes, I know who my father is. You shouldn't be hurt by his words. Ok, dad?"

Edward walked on back towards the gateway to the Village. "I will be calm as soon as I am as far away from this place as possible." Once outside of the castle walls he started planning the destruction to the gateway.

Sergei's eyes glistened once more and he hugged Gregory to him and let him go and looked at Mimicry. "Feel free to bring Rin with you next time, but you must know, because of Avarice's spell he is no longer your son by blood, only in spirit and memory, but I have made you his god mother, so he is still your son in a way." Sergei knew this news would be hard on her, but it was true, and he had to say it.

Alice followed still, frowning. She wasn't going to leave him alone, not even if he'd asked. She kept pace behind him, still worried.
