Lesson #3 Wrap-up

Lesson 3 was about programming your ball. Other ways to program your energy ball would be to imagine a drop-down menu inside the ball, and select what you want it to "feel" like, or what you want it to do.

You got over your sicknesses, your personal hurdles. And for those playing catch-up, don't stress out, just keep plugging along. You'll eventually get caught up.

Remember to ground every time after you do a working.

Lesson #4 Part I

In lesson 3 you learned to program the surface of your ball.

This lesson will have two parts. In these two parts, you'll learn to move your ball, and eventually be able to throw your ball with not only your hands, but also your mind. You'll learn to send it to wherever you want it to go, even make it bounce in front of your little brother's face! Have fun with this lesson, but remember to ground after each working.

Do the usual. Find a place where you won't be disturbed, meditate, get all the negativity out of your system, and bring up a shape of whatever size, texture, color, shape you want.

Then, set the ball/shape on a flat surface. A book, table, or chair works well. With your hand, give it a gentle shove. Does it move? (Maybe sticky isn't the best texture to have on this excercise lol.) Make your hand stop it.

Now try moving it without your hand. Order it to move with your mind. Try moving it a few inches at a time, gradually increasing the distance.

After you've tried that once, ground and wait a few hours before trying anymore.

Next, make another ball and set it on a flat surface, or hold it in your projective hand (usually the hand you write with). Now order it to raise itself a few inches above your hand/the surface. You may need to help it at first by raising your hand a few inches, then dropping it. Order it to stay there. Hold it there with your mind. When you can't hold it anymore, ground and wait a couple hours before you try again.

Try this for a few days. I might post Part II of this lesson in the middle of the week, or at the end of the week. It just depends on how you're doing.

Blessed Be, and Happy Findings, everyone!

i made a ball and started to move it with my mind. This was easy for i was already tryig this prior to the lesson. I was able to move it on a table at first, but then i was able to move it through the air as it nothing was holding it back. I have to say it was pritty fun. I now can feel, "see", and move it. programing it is still a little hard for me, but i can do everything else so far, and its pritty cool. I also noticed as it entered my hands it grew a little, but when i threw it away, or what ever i did it shrunk and grew weaker. Is this normal?

I'd like to join this class, but I've been experimenting with the first lesson over the past few days and I don't get anything. No tingling, no warmth, nothing... I followed your instuctions to the letter, and I get absolutely nothing...

Any ideas why?

Zabazor: I never thought about it this way before, but maybe your ball is like a meteor as it's coming down to earth. It looses mass because of the friction in the air. In a way, it does make sense. Try making your ball more dense and compact, throw it, and then make it come back. See how much energy was lost in the process.

Very interesting. lol I sound like a mad scientest!

And SwirlingDark: I'd love to add you to the list! Don't feel discouraged if you don't feel anything. I often encourage students to meditate for a little bit before they start to rid themselves of negativity. Try this and then see if it works. If not, then post again and we'll see what we can work out. It's probably no big deal, you might just not be as sensitive to energy as everyone else is, which, no doubt, has some advantages.

Don't give up, and happy findings!

yah, i found it odd, but that was what i felt. It must be true. Also as you know i do have a density problem. I am working at it, but it is hard to learn something once you seem to skip over it the first time. Try try again i must, in perfect love and perfect trust...^_^

Okay I did lesson number three- sorry for the slowness but there's lotsa stuff going on in my life sweatdrop - and I definitely could switch it from hand to hand. I used a, not exactly sticky but more like gel-y? Anyways doing it kinda wiped me out and I haven't had time to practice again. I'll practice some more and then catch up with lesson four.

Walking path: You're probably right; I really worked at grounding myself after lesson three and didn't have the headaches ^^

I find this class pretty interesting. 3nodding Can I join? I've been sort of -ahem- lurking for a bit and I've been following the lessons. So far, I've come up to Lesson 3 and I'm going to start on Lesson 4I. I'll start posting my findings once I practice more. biggrin

Yeah, Zab, keep trying!

And Anabel--I'm so glad I was right! That DEFINATELY gave my confidence a boost! lol

And don't worry about getting behind. Just do what you can.

Amythyst--I'll add your name to the list! I'm glad you've finally decided to join! But don't be ashamed of posting your findings...we don't bite, I promise! twisted

Keep working, people! You're doing great!

is it possible to get energy from a lunar eclispse?
PostPosted: Wed Feb 20, 2008 5:20 pm

I'm not sure. I know for sure it's possible to get energy from the moon, the earth, and the sun. So, indirectly, yes.

I'm really sorry I've not been keeping up with the class. I've been sick on and off for a while with a combination of stomach/head aches. So I've held off working with energy until I had enough of it to work with. I've actually caught up, so I'll edit the post in a moment with the lesson response questions...

INSANE EDIT OF DOOM:

Lesson Two:
I used the earth as my energy source. It’s the source I feel closest to, especially after caring for all my plants and rescuing my mother’s jade from neglect. I picked green, but there are other colors that work, such as purple, brown and blue. Reds, oranges, and yellows don’t seem to work for me. In fact, they hurt my eyes a bit… XD

My whole body does not get warm, just my arms up to, at most, my shoulders. It typically takes me a few minutes to ground, but it took longer the past few weeks because I’ve been feeling… off… XD

When I ground myself, I visualize a light green light at my head that goes down my body in a way I can only describe as the way a game character warps out in .hack games. I can’t really explain how the light travels down and around my body, but when it reaches my feet, it disperses into the ground into a bunch of tiny green dots that disappear. If I’m not grounded, I feel all stuffy… Kind of like when I have a cold, but without the snot… XD

Lesson Three:
I think I might have made the ball a bit too sticky. It felt kind of nasty. Or maybe it wasn’t sticky. It felt more like jello… no. Like slime… I don’t really know. It didn’t have much density to it; it felt like if I squished it together to make it denser, it just squished in between my hands. I can’t really say anything about my results of this lesson but this: Epic Fail! Lol

Later on I tried sandy and pointy. Those two worked better than the squishy thing I made earlier. I made the ball around three inches in diameter, and then added a new layer about an inch thick or so. I was actually pleased with my second try.

Lesson Four part One:
This time I tried a new texture. I tried making my ball have a soil-like or dirt-like texture. I love how dirt, especially one with something planted near it, feels. The plants always seem to give the soil they grow in a warmth of sorts. I just love it. But anyway, off topic. The ball was a bit bigger than the past few lessons, around five inches. I put it on the computer desk, since that’s where I am basically all the time. I pushed it a few inches away from me with my hand, then pulled it back towards me with my mind. I went to water a plant of mine, and five minutes or so later, it was back in the same place I’d left it. I also raised it almost a foot off of the desk, navigating around the computer itself…

Sorry it took so freaking long… ^-^;;

I'm just going to start posting from Lesson 4I. >< I've already written down the other lessons and my experiences down in my BoS, already. Anyway...

Well, I've been working on this lesson quite a bit. I started off by making a ball and I set it in front of me on a desk. It took a bit of pushing and cursing until I finally got it to move. xD Once I did that, I tried to experiment more. I rolled it around with my hands, I made it float (not very high), and I attempted to throw it. >> Yeah. I'm not so good at that.

Just the other day, I made a little green pyramid and toyed with it for a bit. I can make it float around me but I can only make it go a foot away. Also, I've noticed that I have this weird little thing that I do...It's like I set my ball on "replay"...O_o Basically, I command it to do something, it does it, and then I seem to "rewind" what just happened, like a do-over. >< It kills me! I'm trying to follow through without constantly rewinding......Rrrrg.....

Excellent, you two! Amethyst, that's a great way of programing your "ball"--make it go away and then come back.
