"I hear Kiara." Edward said still trying to pinpoint her location. He looked at Domino as he stopped spinning around. "What is too risky?"

"Welll....." he said feigning hesitation " You see the mirror there? If you beilve you have enough mental ability..all you must do is focus on your friends name, and the mirror will show you where she is and what she is doing...I should warn you,this shall require a fair amount of your mental energy..." he said with seeming hesitance.
Domino was lying of course....the mirror just had a magiked image on it, that would activate with the right amount of mental force, however if Edward put a large portion of his mental energy into activating it, then the walls which normally the orb had to push through would be weakened, making allowing the orb to take Edward to the at final leap into darkness.

Kiara was sent to her knees by the sound. She had to get out of vampire territory. Soon she was pretty far away, so Edward could only slightly hear her thoughts. She still had to try and reach him though. Edw--I---please---I need---you ok---what---going on---please That being the part of her thougths Edward could still read. Then she was far away. Something was wrong, that is all she knew.

"I'm willing to risk anything." Edward said hearing the gliches of Kiara's thoughts. At that moment all he wanted to do was go find Kiara. He stared into the mirror and focused nearly all of his mental powers into it. Focusing every ounce of powers he had.

The mirror activated...it grew hazy for a few minutes, then finally began to fade into a clear picture. It showed a clearing in the outskirts...there was Kiara lying on the ground...a peaceful look on her face....she was looking at the stars
" There we are now worries mate.....oh dear...." Domino said, in feigned surprise as the image became clear...there laying next to her was Sirius...they did not seem angry..or in battle with each other, they seemed happy.
The image cleared more to show that their hands were interlinked.....
"Oh dear.....this can't be right...." he said with firm disbelief
He then activated the orb as it filtered into Edward's head, prodding at his anger and paranoia....
Or could it.... came a thought ringing into Edwards head.

Edward glared at the image. "What the hell..." His fist cletched together and his usual green eyes flashed deep crimson.

The orb continued to filter in thoughts
That evil girl...How dare she...you leave for a few days...to help her..and what does she do...go for the first lycan she sees.....how could she do this to you...how.....
The image began to slowly fade although the orb imprinted that image into Edwards head
" My friend..." Domino spoke " Are you...alright?"

He swung his fist suddenly and he punched the wall hard, making an imprint. Edward cletched his teeth together ignoring the pain in his left hand. "She couldnt have done that." He said through cletched teeth. Edward looked at Domino, with no hope as he asked, "Is this always correct?"

The orb transmitted one more thought before Domino deactivated it: your friends may betray you..your girl is disloyal..what shall you do Edward Hart...what shall you do?
Domino let his eyes drop as if sad " I...had a gift for you today..but seeing as what has happened...maybe today is not the best time...."

Edward leaned against the wall rubbing his temples. "This is ludecrous. Everything I have done since coming to L.a. was for her. I have sacrificed almost all of this just for her. I took your training so that in the future I could keep her safe. But now I guess she has found someone else." Edward said full of spite. He had remember one of the first things he had said to her once finding her in the city. He told her that if she ever wanted him to leave and never come back for her then he promised to ful-fill her wish. But this was too much. That was back when she didnt even like him as a friend. NOw things were different. He thought she loved him, but now he knew she did infact meant to insult him when calling him a stupid bloodsucker. Edward looked towards Domino trying to stay in control. "What is it?"

" Betrayal is a hard thing my friend.....i'm sorry that you are confilcted...."
Domino opened the long thin box, and removed a katana from it. He unsheathed it from it's scabbard.
It was was made from cold black metal...it's handle wrapped in blood red silk. The heat in the room seemed to almost be sucked away by the blade itself.
" It's known as Bloodshade, it is a magicked blade, that was given to me some time ago, it is a powerful weapon. I would like to give it to you my friend, if you want it."
He placed it at Edwards feet.
" I know that you may want to, but i know what helps pick me up..."
He said as he gave faint smile, his fangs showing
" Let's go out and get something to drink..."

Edward looked at the sword, slightly drawn to it. "Hmm... I guess betrayal is something I should be use to." He said in an unfamiliar tone that seemed to be matter-of- factly, rage and sorrow twisted together. Edward nodded at the katana and he picked it up. "Actually this may come in useful." He sheathed the sword. Edward thought for a moment then he nodded. "Alright."
