Soul stood as well, then led Aonice outside, being sure to lock the door this time. She giggled softly and set off down the path, stopping part of the way down to consider the best route.

"That thing really pops out over these hills, huh?"

Aonice_Mitsoku Aonice looked down from Souls house to the large mansion.. "That thing really pops out over these hills, huh?" "Heh.. Yeah.. Well, from here we have two options: we can take the long way down the path, or we can just take a quick flight down the cliffs over there." She pointed southward, where the ground dropped away about fifty feet away

"It's nothing concerning you, Aonice. A demon made me this way, and I have a feeling Morrigan, in some way, can change me back."

"Okay. I'll tell you, but only because we're family, more or less.." The blonde kept walking. "A lifetime ago, more approximately twenty years ago, I fought with another from Morrigan's world. Demitri Maximov...
I can't quite remember what happened, but he won. He enslaved me for a time, and eventually tried to drain my soul, as he does with most of his victims. It didn't quite work the way he planned it. He killed me, yes, but the energy from draining me nearly killed him.
Somehow, rather than being reborn as a phoenix, I was reborn as a human. Only with what little knowledge I had left was I able to regain my wings and my magic. I've been searching for a way to return to my true form since then, so I can get my revenge."
