irl I am about 6'2-6'5, it isnt often I find women taller than me, so that would be the basis, abnormally tall. Supermodel height. 6.6 to tallest woman alive would be your choice I say.

Occult- Okay, to make this easier for you to understand, since occult requires a leap beyond science, i will delve into some information in the book i am currently reading Liber Kaos, because it is the most scientific look at the occult as i have seen.

Basically, it what the author calls chaos magic, you have to look at the world scientifically. This book is very interesting because it mixes the idea of quantum physics and math with magic. You have to A. Look at yourself. Everyone has a triad of sections that make up their soul, Material, Transcendental, and magical. You emily, have silenced your transcendental and magical parts, which is fine in my opinion, better to silence those then material. Material is that part that must look at everything as rational, that everything is about law, order, science, theory. It is that little part that is deep down inside that wishes that some day we will finally be able to come up with a formula to understand the entire universe, that far enough down the timeline, we as a race will know everything. Everything is structured, that kind of deal. Transcendental is the part of the person that tries to reach greater heights through different means. This is really the religious chunk of it. Coming to new understanding and devotion to your god. Achieving illumination through meditation, becoming one with the world, creation and destruction. This is what people talk about when talking about opening the third eye, or becoming a saint. Then there is magical. Magical is your connection with the ether, the life force, this is understanding eternity, understanding infinity, knowing the flow.

The magic in Chaos magic is simply understanding all the possible outcomes in the universe, all the paths your life can take, and using specific exercises to connect to the "ether" and gently bend it to the path you wish it to go.

Thats about when the books stops being easy to understand for your average bear and gets into the hardcore math and quantum physics.

Another way to look at the occult is Aleister Crowley's way, which is do what though wilt, using willpower and arcane knowledge to invoke the power of greater forces to ask them for a favor. Or you can do Wiccan, which is prancing around saying supposed magic words made up by overweight people with no friends thinking that they are being some sort of rebel. Or you can do Manly P. Hall, which is more about the spiritual centers of man, chakra, understanding that it isn't so much the symbols you use as the feeling behind what you are doing.

Basically, as I had it planned, by occult i meant you pour over books, learn secrets that have magic power, meet the criteria to cast a spell, do it, and effect things. Unlike faith and direct willpower magic, you are more like the Magic Engineer, your spells take time and preparation to cast, but they pack a massive punch that is almost unavoidable.

Living Power is simply that you draw power from Life based sources.

Soul To go deeper, and maybe give you a hint at what you can do. You are focused around the soul itself. The souls is the essence of the person, you have power and control over that. So, say you manage to get a lock of someone's hair, or some other bodypart. Then you go and draw up a magic circle and meditate in it for a while, linking their soul to you making you a vampire to their energy. Then in a solid move, you could drain them of their PowerLevel by a certain degree and add it to your own, and make them weak against you until they either killed you or died or broke the spell. So one of your abilities could be Soul Leech. Another could simply be like Spirit arrow which momentarily blocks someone's connection to their soul and makes them loose their abilities and half their powerlevel for a turn. Then just get a weapon and you are one deadly lady....

Anarchic. Anarchists can go two ways. One is the peace loving hippy who wants everyone to be able to do what they want and is a total pacifist and blah blah blah. Which is stupid because everyone knows that a state of anarchy fails, period. The other is the type who wants to be able to do whatever they want so they can get away with stuff that a system of government wouldn't allow. Since you are evil, you would probably be the latter. You would utterly abhor structure and think that everyone should be cast out on a field, no special privileges, no alliance, everyone fends for themselves kind of person. That's my opinion anyway.

Asexual, This just means you are not attracted to anyone. Your sex drive simply is not there. This could just be because your character is older, or because of a trauma she received, or a birth defect. She simply is not attracted to anyone, has no desire to be with anyone. This doesn't mean they can't love people, they just don't want to be with anyone physically.
