Darius, after having his genitalia removed he lost his sanity and fled across the Thur'Ahnkian mountains and deep into the Burkescht Jungle seeking refuge with old headhunter companions from old. Even with these new changes, Tamaro would prefer to live a normal life. With his share he purchases new tools and opens a new shop in Barro where he remains very secretive and hides himself. The others consider him an oddity and no one really knows about him, but his prowess in repairing shoes is unimpeachable. Despite this, though, he does have a strong curiosity and he continues to improve his unique abilities in his free time, and even uses them to help in his work.
He doesn't keep in contact with any of the people who left nor does he keep up with their lives. In fact, he has forgotten a lot about them to gain knowledge in return, including most of his childhood. The one thing that he has retained the memory of is the reason he stays silent, which he still has never told to anyone.

He would retain familiarity with someone if they stuck around though. He might have been hurt that Talia left.
