The next thing on Ruan's list was going to be harder. It was called a substitution jutsu, allowing you to replace your body with another object. Ruan looked around and saw a tree stump nearby. Deciding to use it, Ruan focused fiercely on the object. Willing it to switch places with him. His brows furrowed in concentration and a little bit of anger. Ruan blocked out everything from him except that log. Releasing his breath, he seeped his chakra from his body towards the log. He imagined the log trading places with him. For a minute, Ruan kept trying it like this, giving out his chakra. That's when it hit him, he needed to treat it like a teleportation, transferring the log back to his position. when he did this, there was a big puff of smoke and Ruan appeared next to the log. Expressionless, Ruan thought, at least it's a start.

yamazenki walks by hesitantly into the forested area. this was his first time away from the Hidden Volcano village for more than a day. he waited patiently for his instructor to show up, she was supposed to have already been there as a matter of fact. it didn't matter to yamazenki though, he didn't like to rush through life like a lot of people did every day. he liked to sit back and watch the rest of the world go round. yamazenki always had an outsider's view on the rest of the world, he always felt that he wasnt a part of the world he lived in even though he knew he was. as he got lost in his thought the instructor he had been waiting for this whole time snuck up behind him saying" ready to begin yamazenki? we have a lot to get done in a short amount of time." as yamazenki heard her voice he jumped a little, she caught him completely by suprise."right then, i will begin teaching you henge no jutsu" she continued without waiting for his answer.

yamazenki let out a sigh of relief as he turned to see the instructor, "you startled me for a second there." yamazenki said nervously. the instructor just looked back at him and said "well wouldn't that be unlucky if i was a rival nin? enough games though, it's time to start your training with henge no jutsu." yamazenki took the hint, he did space out too much for someone training to become a ninja of Hidden Volcano. "well um, i'm a bit rusty on jutsu names and stuff. would you mind explaining it to me?" yamazenki asked in an embarresed tone. his instructor sighed, a bit annoyed "stop being so shy! you're supposed to be from the hidden volcano village so start acting like it or you'll be eaten alive. anyways, henge no jutsu uses your chakra to give you the appearance of someone or something else completely. sound simple enough for you?" yamazenki nodded sternly.

yamazenki stood quietly concentrating his chakra, he then performed the hand signs, but suddenly stopped. his instructor looked at him funny "what's wrong yamazenki? what gives?" she said "well, what do you want me to turn into? i couldn't make up my mind." yamazenki's instructor sighed once more, this kid was going to drive her nuts. "try and see if you can transform into me. stare me down for a while if you have to. be sure to get every little detail. in a real mission you cant get a single hair out of place if you want to look convincing. this could turn out to be a matter of life and death some day for you." yamazenki thought about it for a minute. he then stared his instructor up and down until he felt confident that he could imitater her appearance perfectly. "alright" yamazenki said as he began to use the hand signs then a puff of smoke appeared around yamazenki. as the smoke cleared he looked just like his instructor. "very good, got it the first time. wont be so easy one you get to the harder stuff."

Ruan tried again, using the same technique as before. He concentrated his chakra to switch places with the log. Just when he was about to perform the jutsu, he noticed another ninja standing not far away from him. He looked away and thought, hehe, so many new ninja, I should start to get to know them soon... Ruan thought of it no more and again started to concentrate. He tried to do the substitution but was side tracked with his own, personal thoughts. "Okay, break time over, I gotta get this down." Ruan turned serious and started to try the substitution jutsu.

yamazenki followed his instructor to a new area now, he didnt know why they had to keep switching locations. it seemed so pointless to move from one place to another. "alright! now you are going to learn bushin no jutsu, this is essential for every shinobi. this technique is the basis of many other stronger techniques. bushin no jutsu creates the illusion of there being more than one of you. it makes it seem as if you are greater in numbers when in reality there is only one real you. the clones cannot harm anyone or be harmed, they are used only to confuse. so, before we begin i want you to practice concentrating your chakra for a bit." yamazenki sternly nodded and sat on the ground with his legs crossed. he bagan to concentrate his chakra. he had to get stronger quickly if he was going to have any chance at the upcoming chuunin exams, he wasnt even a gennin yet and he was already thinking about the exams.

yamazenki continued to concentrate his chakra for a while. he was starting to wonder how long he would have to keep this up, he didnt want to use up all his energy and patients on something that he already knew how to do. finally he spoke up "sensei, how much longer do i hae to do this?" he said. his sensei got up from her reading and said "oh, i almost forgot about you. you could have stopped a while ago, i guess i got so caught up in my book that i forgot." she finished. "whaaat?! you forgot about me?! thats real nice of you. geeze, that was a waste of a couple hours of time that i could have spent learning new techniques." yamazenki went on. "well it seems that your Hidden Volcano spirit has finally shown itself, it's about time. i was getting bored of your shy attitude." she said calmly. "........so this was all to get at me? what's so important about such an explosive attitude anyways?"he asked. "no time for that now. you need to start learning the technique."

"alright, it's about time i showed you the proper hand seals so you can get started on this technique." yamazenki's sensei said impatiently. she then began to slowly go through the hand seals for bushin no jutsu so that yamazenki didnt miss anything. "alright, i think i can do this one no problem." yamazenki said confidentally. yamazenki then quickly went throught the hand seals. nothing seemed to change at all. nothing had happened, yamazenki's instructor sighed "you messed up one of the hand seals you idiot." she then began to slowly show yamazenki the hand seals once again"got it this time yamazenki?" he nodded confidentally. yamazenki went through the hand seals with much more caution this time. as he finished the seals 2 clones appeared on either side of him, they looked just like him. he had finally learned bushin no jutsu.

Dummy Fighting-
I walk into the room with a group of dummy ninja hanging from polls.
i chose one that looks like a sound villager and start to practic my tai jutsu.
as i train i practic my difernt styles of taijutsu
like the gentel fist.after i finshed with the dummy since i ripped his head off on acident ,i start to do 1000 sit ups and push ups easily.
after a nice long day of traing i go to the ramen shop and get a nice bowl of hot ramen.

water walking-
as my teacher infroms me of the technic of walking on the water i sit there paying ation till he tells me to try it.When he finshed i got up and walked to the pond i try to focus the charka to my feet and walk out on the water
i take 2 setps out and then stand there for a few seconds,i get happy that im doing it and lose focus and then sink into the water.my teacher starts to laugh as he helps me out the water and tells me to stay focus and other things.i try it again and was able to stay for 1 minute but lost control of the charka.a few hours later after trying the skill many times i finaly master it

yamazenki is led to a new area once more by his instructor. he was beginning to wonder if his instructor just had a mental thing going on or what. " alright, this place should be good for now. now i will be teaching you the art of substitution." yamazenki looked at her curiously"the art of substitution?" "well if you let me finish what i was going to say then you wouldn't have to ask questions. anyways, the art of substitution allows you to substitute yourself with something else. simple, yes? for example, if you are about to be hit by a very powerful attack then you can use the art of substitution to make it look like you got hit when it was acually something taking your place and form until it is hit. trust me, this will be by far one of the most life saving techniques you ever learn. as long as there is something to swap places with then you can use it."

yamazenki nodded to his instructor saying "sounds simple enough. what are the hand seals?" he asked bluntly. "slow down a minute yamazenki, you need to warm up some before you start this technique. the warm ups will make it much easier on you if you just do them. i want you to concentrate your chakra for a while." yamazenki looked at her coldly "i'm not so sure about that, last time you said that you forgot about me and let me there for hours." his sensei then came up with something quickly"and it was worth it, you got that last technique in one try after you concentrated so long." she said nervously laughing. "ugh....i hate it when you are right about things that you didnt even intend." he sighed "oh quit your pointless griping and get to chakra molding." yamazenki obediently did as she said.

yamazenki's instructor must have been feeling like a responsible person now because she timed how long yamazenki concentrated his chakra and stopped him at a certain point. "see, i told you that you could trust me. you need to learn how to lighten up." she joked "what?! you're the one that was saying just a couple techniques ago that i needed to pull out that "hidden volcano" attitude." yamazenki's instructor sighed a bit "you take things waaaay too seriously. you need to learn how to take a joke. alright, enough of that nonsense. time to get down to business. these are the hand seals for the art of substitution." yamazenki's instructor slowly went though th hand seals for yamazenki, making sure he got every one. "did you get all that yamazenki?" she asked. he just nodded sternly, feeling confident that he could do it.
