After a great art lesson, Susan pranced into the english room. She had a lunch 'date' with Sanlai. She had a soft smile on her face. She sat down in her regular seat. She saw Penelope and an unfamiliar male with white hair. Susan waved briefly to Penelope.

Susan grabbed out her english book and a pencil. She played with her pencil and rolled it across the desk.

Penelope entered the english classroom a little bit on edge. Art had been... well. That made two classes she had watched Angela storm out of. A lot of the students and teachers here didn't seem to get along... or maybe that was just how high school was. she hadn't really appreciated the comments on her currently rather bare legs either... Talk about making someone self conscious. Well, whatever. she'd change after school or something.

Speaking of clothes... she still had some clothes that belonged to... somebody. She didn't really know who... some boy probably. She had taken them out of her bag and neatly folded them away in her dorm room, but every once and a while she wondered who they belonged to... well, she couldn't really do anything to find out could she? She yanked a notebook out of her bag and began to prepare for class... meh.

English again. Susan entered into the room, and saw Penelope. "Penelope" Susan said as she approached her. She was the closest thing Susan had to a good friend, Susan hadn't had many friends, but here, she seemed to have alot. "How are you?" she asked and sat down beside her.

”All say, ‘How hard it is that we have to die’
- A strange complaint to come

That was a really... uneventful first period. Boring. Really, it was since their teacher didn't bother to show up, but then again, that meant free time! She wasn't really a big fan of Professor Valentine too, so that was a double plus. There. Now her first period wasn't so dull as long as she kept thinking positively. Hopefully, her next class wasn't going to be like that. Then again, English was English, and Professor Novaire was a bit boring too. Eh, she can have fun here too!

As she walked into the room, Kasie waved at Susan and the new girl. "Oh! Hey Susan! What's up? I haven't seen you in a while. Hahaha. Who's this new friend you have here?" Hrm, it felt like she's seen her around somewhere before, but then again, it'd be pretty hard to miss someone who matched in red all over like... Santa Claus!

Penelope turned as Susan called her name. Oh, right. Susan was in this class as well. They had a lot of classes together didn't they? She smiled. Well, that certainly wasn't a bad thing. She liked Susan, and having some sort of constant norm was a good thing wasn't it? She thoughtfully scratched her head as Susan sat down next to her. "I'm... good." She said, almost surprised. It had been quite a while since she hadn't been depressed or anxious or terrified or just angsty, so it was a nice realization. "Yeah... Doing well. How about you? Did you manage to get all the sand out of your clothes?"

She blinked as Kasie entered. Well, it was fairly obvious that she didn't recognize her, though honestly, that was understandable. Plus, Penelope couldn't even remember if she had ever actually talked to Kasie while she was a girl... besides their first meeting of course.

"Hi." She said, giving Kasie a friendly smile. Well, best to give good first impressions if you can... even if they technically aren't first impressions. "I... think I might have seen you around before?"

"Yeah, it was a bit hard, but all the sand is gone" Susan said to Penelopes question about the sand in her clothes after their trip to the beach. Penelope was nice, Susan really liked her!

Another girl came into the classroom. It was Kasie. Susan didn't know her well, but she was a nice girl. "Hey Kasie!" Susan said and waved at the girl. "Uhh, not much, just waiting for class to start I guess. Haven't seen you either... Oh right. Kasie, this is Penelope" Susan said and introduced the girls to each other.

Susan was happy that she was finally had friends. Maybe her cheery attitude finally paid off, and gained her some friends.

Severin Novaire

"Literature is complex and one really has to think to understand it."

Severin entered the classroom slowly. He was a bit bewildered with the antics of his first period class. They jumped out a window for no apparent reason and Severin wanted to pretend he didn't hear that shattering glass outside, but he couldn't very well do that.

So he sent the security guards to go check on them after some difficulty since he wasn't quite sure how to send security guards to check on people. So he just made a call to the office and then was off on his way to English class.

There were students here but he figured Veith wouldn't be around. The boy was one of the first few that would be here but he went out a window with other kids. "Good morning class. Today, we'll be going over the first act of Hamlet." Severin said. "If you don't have your books, you can grab some at the back table."

He frowned at the kids in his class. His classes seemed to change in students everyday and he wasn't sure if any of these students were around to even read the first act. He'll probably have to give them class time to work on it. "Is... anyone familiar with what happened in the first act?"

Kasie flashed a grin in return, quickly jabbering out. "Well, it's nice to meet you, Penelope. Maybe we can see each other later on more often. The same goes to you too, Susan. Haha." She wasn't all too sure if the girls might have caught that since she just blabbed it all at once because hello, Professor Novaire was here.

"Morning to you too, Professor Novaire. If it's all right, do you think I can share a book with someone? That is if they don't mind or anything. I just kind of don't want your books to get soaked. Oh! I do have somewhat of a clue about what happens though." Even if it was a very vague and distant memory of it. After all, it's not like she kept everything that was boring stuck in her head.

"Hah, yeah. Nice to meet you too..." Penelope smiled. ...again. she thought. She turned as the professor entered the room and asked them to pull out their books."Um... You can share mine if you want." Penelope said, a bit confused on the whole "soaked" thing. She tugged her textbook out of her knapsack and placed it on her desk. Unfortunately, she had missed english last time, so if she was going to be completely honest... she had absolutely no idea what happened in the first act of Hamlet.

"...No sir." She said, shaking her head unhappily. She hated being out of the loop on class curriculum, although, at this school, sometimes it was a little difficult to figure out what the curriculum even WAS.

"Oh yeah, definately" Susan said to Kasie's request to hang out more often. Then the teacher entered, Susan closed her mouth and listened to the teacher.

First act of Hamlet. Who was Hamlet again? Susan couldn't remember. Was he some greek god or what? Susan had a blank expression on her face waiting to find out what or who Hamlet is.

Severin stared at his class, with a smile that was pasted on his face--not because he was pretending to be polite, but it was frozen there. Ah yes... none of the students from last class showed up to inform their fellow classmates about what they read if any of the other students even did the reading at all.

"Well then, I think we will dedicate today with reading Act 1 of Hamlet together." Severin said as he went to get books to check out to the students. "Please tell me your book number when your receive your book and I will right it down. Just shout it out."

He handed the two students (Susan and Penelope) their books and then glanced at Kasie. "And Kasie... you can latch onto a partner and read together." Severin said.

"Hamlet is a play by William Shakespeare. There are a lot of literature throughout the world, and there are quite a lot of worlds out there and from the world I come from, this is part of the school curriculum."

"And then tomorrow, there will be a pop quiz." Severin said. "Well, since reading is the only thing you kids have to do. Class is dismissed!" Because he was too lazy to babysit today.

((Severin fails as a teacher. XD ))

Their teacher didn't look happy. At all. He was giving that sort of smile that a person gives when they don't really have anything to smile about, and it made Penelope nervous. She hurriedly stuffed her school supplies back into her bag and stood, wanting to get out of his hair as quickly as possible. "Ah... I already... have the book, so... so I'll just use my own." She said. "I'll make sure to do the reading before... before next time." She inclined her head to Severin. "Sir." She said meekly before turning and heading out of the room, waving to the two other girls as she left. It was lunch time... finally.

Who would have thought english could be so booooring. Susan sat at her desk with her hand in her palm. Hamlet. Didn't seem very interesting, it was just a play about a guy named Hamlet. Susan nodded when the teacher told Kasie to share with her or Penelope. "You can share with me if you want Kasie" Susan said and pushed her book so Kasie could see it too. "My book is number 7" Susan shouted out to the teacher.

Ugh, next lesson would be a pop quiz. Great. Susan flipped her book closed when the bell rang and put it in her bag. "Kasie, do you want to meet up later so we can look through the book together?" Susan asked Kasie and smiled at her. Penelope had already left, she was out of the room really fast.

Ooo. English. Rose did very much like this class. It wasn't very hard, and the teacher was really chilled. Rose grabbed a seat and sat down, she pulled out a book and read until others started to show.

Please dont talk to me...

"This is the second time today that i was almost late." Melody mummbled quietly to herself as she walked into the classroom clutching her sketch pad. She was glad to see the familiar face of Rose even if she barely knew the girl but was that the boy from earlier? No... This one was female and her hair was colored differently. Maybe they were related? Oh well it didnt matter. She took a desk next to the window where she could feel the sun's rays on her skin. That pleased her. The sun felt good on her wings. Even if the pesky Pixie wings annoyed her to no exstent. "I wish class would start soon. Im bored." She said with a light sigh before she opened her sketch pad to a clean page. She pressed the tip of the pencil to the page as she began to draw everything, and anything that came to mind.
