Ratchet hadn't stopped to rest or refuel sense they got the Prime back to base, more than liekly becuase he'd die if he stopped working on him. "And if he doens't than chances are the one responsible for doing this to him is going to have a brutal ending evne more so than their getting already."
"Rather you than MECH." Breakdown siad without hesitation at leas tKncok Out wouldn't just rip him open for the sake of 'Science'. The small wounds Kncok Out gave hm didn't evne register anymore hell after that run in with MECH he seldomly felt most injuires anymore, appanrlety beign nealry disected alive made on'es pain tolerance skyrocket.
Sadly it did the same to paranoia.
"So keeping us out here for the sole reason of getting your violent kicks out. Are you getting predicable?" Breakdown asked while makign sure to not loosen his hold on Knock Out at all, he increassed the pressure by which he held the smaller mech up and off the ground.
He could snap him in half if he wanted to so easily ...

"Ya say that ;like we wont go after tha guy that did this" Ironhide said. Once he found out, and he had a feeling it was Sentinal, he was not going to be the only one that he needed to look out for. The rest of there team he knew would come and personaly see to it that the bot responcabul got plunty of beat downs
Knock Out had to hold in a grown knowing full well that Breakdown could kill him if he really wanted to but he never had yet. "its not like im the only one who likes to be violent" he said. Breakdwon on some level had to love this as well or he would never do it. Or he never would have once been a wrecker if he haddent liked violence on some level.
Though he would not go to the extreams that MECH had done to him. Even he thought that was sick, more that it was humans that done it and that his Breakdown was the one it happened to. "you know if i had picked anyone or anything up on scaners then i would not have started it here...to many chances of someone hearing us on the nemasis" he said. Anyone could walk in and he didnt want to have breakdown worry about that, he knew that his paranoia was at a all time high right now and so he needed to walk carfuly.

One Week Later
A week had gone by and things had been quite on both sides. Breakdown found himslef thinking bakc more and more on the enouter with Knock Out in the forest, first time for both of them in that enviorment in such a position. Despite finding out that they had been infiltrated Megatron was eerly calm about the whole mess.
That made Breakdown extra nervous.
"For a Prime and hte Magnus of Cybertron sneaking out form under him he's taking this farely well." Airachnid had also resurfaced once more thogh she hadnt saiid where she had gone. Breakdown wasn't sure he wanted ot know what she had been up to.
The way she looked alittle to satisfied also put him onedge.
"Prime you are NOT suggesting this!" Ratchet nearl throttled Optuimus for even HINTING at this! "Do you have even the SLIGHEST idea of what your asking! Or the consequnces for it?" He demanded but tired to keep his voice from carrying outside the med bay. At first he thaught Optimus wa sismpy suggesting it form having seen the equipemnt more than liely in Knock Out's med bay but to think he acutlaly wated to go through with it was osmehting the medic didn't wnat to consider.
Rodimus wasn't inproving nore declinign any longer. But that still didn't excuse what Opimtus was propsoing. "Even if I considered it there's no way it can be done!"

"Well they dident taky anything to important and i donr think Megatron acctuly sees any threat in that magnus" Knock Out said, though it was odd but still Sentinal was nothing they couldent handle and chances are Optimus had jest impressed him more and made himself a bigger prize for the war lord. Oh if only the poor fool knew what he was getting into.
And Ariched being back cause some other issues, for Knock Out atleast. He did not like it what she would talk to Breakdown, He didnt even like her looking at him. He didnt know what she even stays around her talents if one could call them that were put to far better use outside there little base. But he couldend say anything now about his distrust of her or it could be his head.
Optimus nodded "I do know, And i know Rodimus isent getting better with what were doing now" he said. "I know we could lose Rodimus and whoever goes in for good and there could be permant damige to the cerbrial cortex but what other choise is there" he Knew this would be a risk and he knew that in wars you needed to take them sometimes "and there is a way...Knock Out as one. I saw it in his medbay"

"I am fully aware Knock Out posesses the required means to perform the corple patch!" Ratchet snapped wihtout menaing to sighing and clamign hismelf before ressuming. "There's no way to evne get back on the Nemesis or even get the equipment wihtout being caught and half the group you send in getting killed." Optimus's concenr was clouding his judment they all saw it! .. Well he assued the other's saw it anywya but weren't saying anything. "Optimus you don't evne know the first thing about how dangerous this is! not just for Rodimus but for whoever goes in! his mind is barely stable and Prius only knows what you'll find in there! His memories could swallow your own consciences."
Pacing slihglty jsut to give his legs somehting to do or risk not haivng them bukcle. "There's a reason The Autobot Council banned that Optimus." He sighed sounding more defeated than anything. "Decpricons during the war used it as a torture method of extracitng information form prioner's. Not caring if they lived. You hoenslty want to subject Rodimus and another to that?"

Knock Out might jest bring it to us" Optimus said, though some thought his jugment was being clouded, and it jest might be he still rembured what had happened when he found Rodimus. "Knock Out jest gave him over, He may act like he jest wants Rodimus to be well enough for him to kill but that might be reasion enought for him to help us" After all If Knock Out wanted his mark to fight back he couldent do it in this condition.
"It was only outlawed for Autobots to use, and you know in the right hands it could be useful." Meaning he had the best chance with Knock Out doing it There was nothing much to it. "You talk like this isent a war. you should know that you need to do everything you can in a war, even if it means breaking some laws"

"Do NOT tlak to me aobut makign hard descions in war time!" Ratchet snapped andc whirled on him suddnely. He had done more than his fare share of brutal descions. Having to earase Arcee's memory to prevent Lockdown from getting vital information was the mos tprominent that came to mind. Lockdown having taken his mod and mis using it for years evne harder to live with.
"You haven't lived in a war Optimus. You think THIs has been hard? This is ntohign compared to what the war was like! This is a vaction!" He rarely snapped at Optimus and he knew the Prime meant no offense but certian things .. just set him off.
"There .." He began slowly after claming himslef down. "are numerous negatrive side effects to this, regardless of the intentions or the volneteers. Potential split persoanlity can occur because of the fusion of two minds. Memories beng errased or manipulated unentially .. and those are the good side effects."

Optimus acctuly took a step back not expecting to get snapped at like that. He looked completly shocked, Ratchet could complane he did it a lot but not snap like this "Ratchet...Im sorry...Your right i shouldent assume to understand" He said since he could tell when he was in the wrong "But i think even given the risks its still worth a shot...really what ever is going on in Rodimus head right now could be horrabul..." he jest knew it had to be
He couldent let another friend suffer because of him, When he can do something he was going to do it. " no one here will be at risk. Ill be the one to go in" He felt it was only right after all he couldent put anyone else in harms way with this and it only made sence in his mind "I should have fought Sentinal more and not let Rodimus go in the first place"

Leanign heavily on his work table Ratchet did all he could to intkae and calm down. ".. That still eaves us the problem of even aquiring the equipment." He fianlly breahtd out slowly. No he was by no menas saying he was agreeing to this , not right now anyway. "No matter the persoanl reasons Kncok Out will never just hand it over without receiving somehting or he simply wont do it." Knock Out's unpredicablity in that made him very hard to figure out and at times very dangerous.
Breakdown wasn't even an option.
"Roidmus can't be moved. Knck Out woudl be in our base thus learnign it's location. He's bring breakdown more than liekly which menas two high ranking Decitocns iwht a cricitally injured Prime and less than a handful of Autobots. Those odds alone ... even with Charomaos' backup when she's here it woudnt be enough if they decide to finish him off along with us."
If Optimus wanted war time descions he'd give him it flat out. Negative repocutions as well. "Senitnle's goign to find out." Pushing hismelf up and fianlly looking back at Opimtus again. "I don't think I need to tell you how that'll go down."

"Thats why Sentinal is not going to be here when it happens" Optimus said. glaring a little at the floor. "If anyone needs to be looked at its him...Its one thing to come up with the idea to take out the Cons medic...what in thearie is a good one...but now he seems to belive that Knock Out is really an Autobot being forced there so long hes been brainwashed to beliving he is a con" Optimus was really starting to question Sentinal right now ,more than he ever did "Good thing everyone here knows that he cant be trusted..." Well he belived that and everyone with a mind knew that as well "Im almost sad that he didnt get killed while we were over there"

Medically Rodimus had an unknown amount of time. Cybertron wasn't giving them aide, no surpsie there. This method Ratchet apposed but he also knew deep down he knew it WAS Rodimus's only chance. They didnt' have the resources or evne th e time to hope he may pull threw on hsi own accord.
Bitting his pride and all sense of ethics that he knew was going out the window. "Give it a day one more. Than ... well we'll see if Knock Out is in a chairitble mood." He sighed out sounding more defeaed than he would have liked.
'One day hmm? Might have to actually put effort into you now wont I? Sadly I do need you up and moving Prime otherwise .. this whole litte arrangement was a pointless endevour.'
Consideirng the time thse Autobots had wasted one day was more than ample time. The Prime woudnt' be goign anywhere anytime soon and should he start alking again it was solwly as a benefit.
'Your useless to me like this anyway. So your goign to live no matter hwo painfully for as long as I deem you usable.

Optimus nodded, finding that to be more than fair, and besides he didnt even know how to even reach Knock Out let alone get him there without Breakdown. Thought that might be easer said than done since the big tank was with him all the time. Even when they were apart it seemed it wasent for long. "Things are going to get a lot more complacted" he said more to himself anf only hoped that the con medic would feel like helping them this time around

Next Day
"Breakdwon we are asking to speak wiht Knock Out. We aren't planning anythign I swear." Ratchet said getting near the end of his rope with this. Him and Opitmus had opted to try and contact Knock Out threw a private channel only they got Breakdown. Who wasn't cooperating and seeming to do everything in his power to annoy them.
"Yeah I'm going to believe an Autobot. Whatever you need to say to Knock Out you cna or wait you will say to me and if I feel like I hsould care enough I might tell him." Breakdown through back enjoying himself far to much. Autobots wanting to talk to Knock Out privatly? Over his own deactivated body!
"It's medically related. Put him on!" Rathcet snapped angelry. Opitmus was also nearing the end of his rope as well. "I wish to speak to Kncok Out not you you one eyed brute!" Rathcet sanpped before fully thinking threw.
Breakdown glare adn rage coudl be felt even though there was no visiual feed only audio it coudl be felt just eh same. "Well I guess Knock Out has no messages and I'll be aiming for you enxt time I see you!"

Optimus was getting ready to take that other eye out of the con. "It has his intrest in this as well so jest put him threw Breakdown" he snapped at the one eyed con. Really he jest needed to talk to Knock Out jest to be able to put there offer, though it wasent very good, out on the table. He acctuly thought this was the reasion Ratched said he would go threw with it was because he knew that they could not even get to Knock Out. "Why dont you jest let Knock Out on and you go do what ever it is you do for him" he said.
Knock Out was acctly enjoying watching Breakdown give who ever he was talking to a heard time. He was glad that he had him screan all his calls or he would have to talk to bots that were worthless to him and Breakdown seemed to habe some fun with it as well

Breakdwon though somewhat fuming with the 'One Eyed' comment kept that to hismelf for later use. "You call us up on a private channel and just wnat me to let you tlak to him when you haven't even specified why? Yeah no." Brekadown threw out sounding utterly bored but thinking of what he could do to the Prime in payback. "Plus Knock Out's busy sort of anti productive if I disturb him right now."
Ratchetwanted to throw somehting at the alrger Con, depsite knowing it woudl be his last action in the lviving world. "It's a medicle matter just.. put him on." He forced out straining to hold his patience for as long as possible but losign fast. "Knock Out's particalr .. skills are somehtign we are in need of. Put.Him.On." Ratchet forced as politly as possible.
