Hecate coiled back at his touch. "It's nothing Cal. Just nothing." Some anger sounded in her voice. He had been around another woman she could smell it off him. She swiped his hand away. "I see you found a tart to kick around." Her jealousy rose greatly. She knew he would move on eventually, just not that soon.

Axel shook his head. "not really..." Axel's hair had turned a soft blue, about the same shade as the sky at noon. "never had the chance to be taught before..." and Axel began to search for the hair tie.

Wyatt spotted it about a yard from were Axel was, and dove downward. He picked it up and landed next to him holding it out.

Cal's mouth dropped open, then he remembered talking to Sakura..but he hadn't even touched her..They had just been talking... He thought again for a moment, then crossed his arms. "I thought you said you didnt care about me.."He said, obviously having proved her wrong..."Just because I have no memory doesnt mean i can't figure things out Hecate..."

Hecate grabbed him and picked him up by his shirt. She wanted to knock him out for sounding so smart. "I never once said I don't care for you Cal.." Her voice softened a little and she let him go. Her anger started to subside but she was still suspious.

Cal dusted himself off, his eyes not leaving her. "You sure didn't act like it.."he answered, almost wanting her to knock him down. See if she would. Yeha, she would. But he knew she'd feel bad about it. he watched her though, letting it go. He sighed. "I was just talking to her...What are you my bodyguard?"He asked.

Her heart sunk and she shot him a dirty glare. He was right. She had no business in getting angry at who he was with. Hecate was dead silent for the longest time. "You're right...I'm foolish.." With that she turned around and walked away.

Cal smacked himself in the head, quite literally, and stood up to follow her, catching up easily. He stepped in front of her, standing clearly in her way, causing her to stop. "I didnt mean it that way..."He sputtered out quickly.."You know I didnt..." He said. "I meant...YouwereactinglikeyoudidntcaresoyoushouldntcareaboutwhoImwithbutIonlywanttobewithyou.."he babbled out, literally in one looonngg word.

Axel's hair turned a brilliant gold, and he dove at wyatt, snatching it out of his hand, and holding it in a clenched fist, just thinking about his sister... at the thought of her his hair turned back to the depressing blue-green.

Hecate raised an eyebrow in total confusion. Did he have to talk so fast? She gave him a cold look. Cal was only making things worse. She sighed giving up reluctantly. "Just go back to her Cal. I don't care...You can't be with me anyway. Your efforts are useless."

He sighed, wishing she would just understand that he had just been talking to her...There was more attraction between two beings on Saturday morning tv...He just stood there, watching her solemnly...darn, she wasn't giving in.. "Why can't I be with you?" He asked, looking at her, though she wouldn't meet his eyes.

Hecate shook her head. "Why would you even want to Cal? You don't even know who I am. I'm just a whorish lying vamp. I can't do anything right including being faithful. You can ask anyone and they'll tell you the same thing." She turned a little not even being able to face his direction. "You're better off with someone else. I would only drag you down Cal." She was hurt deeply. She'd be holding him right now asking him to take her back if it wasn't for her fate.

It took just about every ounce of willpower Cal had not to reach out and pull her against him to comfort her..."I've been dragged down far enough..I dont care how far I go, I wont stop until you see that you're the only one..."He said, completely truthfully as dumb and stupid as he knew it sounded. He knew how dumb it was...How dumb it must be to hear that..But it was so true. He might not remember their relationship, but he already cared for her...Cal felt different around her. And he knew what the feeling was and what it was described with..."Please Hecate...Stop this.."

Hecate almost cracked at his last words. "Stop what? I'm not doing anything Cal." This was so hard. She was doing one thing but feeling the total opposite. "Just trust me Cal. It's dangerous to get involved with me. I'm not worth it. I'm not worth anything..."

Cal could feel his impulse break though. he grabbed her by her shoulders, shaking her roughly. "YOU KNOW WHAT YOU'RE DOING AND IT'S HURTING BOTH OF US!" he heard himself yelling. he let go of her, taking a few steps back, surprised at himself..."You're worth something to me..."he muttered..He nodded to himself though. "I guess I'll just have to keep on trying to change your mind.."he said, in an almost bitter tone. Cal turned to walk away.
