^ nahh i know about it
it was one of the first things i learned in boxing, even before learning how to wrap my fists
they taught us everything that could go wrong
&& i have had bad stuff happen to me through boxing
like my two front teeth
they could knocked out
so now i wear plates :]

I thought that they would teach that, but my cousin (who's a boxer) never learned about all that.
