Oops...I forgot to make him a mate. Sorry about that. Her name is Swanfeather. And thanks for the help and all, I'll start getting rid of all the old useless forms and all.
Dewleaf gasps in shock and takes an involuntary step back in suprise. Spottedwind shares her reaction as Talonstride lets out a hiss and stands up.
"What did he do?" the warrior demanded, fury quickly rising in him. "Where did he go?"
Willowcloud gazes empty-eyed at Showerstar as Blackpaw lets out a menacing sqeaky mew.
"Yeah! Lets rip his fur off" she yells.
Bluepaw flinches and burys herself into Spottedwind who wraps her tail around her comfortingly. Dewleaf recovers herself and manages to speak brokenly.
"W...what are you saying Showerstar? Betrayed...? How...?"
Swanfeather listens intently to the whole discussion, fur rising, ears pricked forward and alert. She beckons to her kits with her tail without looking at them.
"Come quickly now." she whispers to them, fearing that the reason behind such a sudden change would only bring bad things with it, and possibly hurt the kits as well.

Showerstar's golden eyes stared down at Talonstride. "He wants the leadership earlier than it's due to him." He snarled loudly down at his warrior. His eyes scanned over his clan, and landed on Dewleaf. "I went into the forest to find him battling Lotusleaf and Dapplestream. I confronted him and he explained clearly what he wants. He says it's time to be rid of the old, and in with the new. He says Fireclan belongs to him, and If I resist, none will survive." His voice rang out. His eyes shot to his two kits. He remembered Silentclouds words. Not even your kits will survive.
Anger rose in the depths of Nightfrost and Stonetiger, their eyes staring up at their leader. Duskfeahter's heather eyes narrowed to slits. She had always suspected Silentcloud's loyalty was false.
Thistlekit looked up at her mother, and nudged Riverkit. The two padded to their mother's protection.
((That's okay xD I forget things too. Hey, nice name for her. xD ))

Thankies! And could you go to the Profiles form and post your cats in there. I need everyone (which currently is me and you) to post their cats so I can put them into the clan list form that I just made. And I need it to help me remember everyone. I tend to forget to rp cats alot, so it'll help. Plus it would encourage any new members we might get to go do it. I still have yet to put my cats in there, but I'll do it soon, this weekend maybe. Thankies agian!

Spottedwind gazes up at Showerstar in disbelief.Talonstride lets out an angry hiss that reverberates around camp. His fur stands on end.
"He did what!?" he yowls, anger flooding through him. "Where is he now!? I'll rip his fur until he has none left!"
Spottedwind cowers under her brother's outburst and ushers Bluepaw and herself away, knowing that he wouldn't stop until he got what he wanted, which was Silentclouds blood. Willowcloud shakes her head silently, words cloging her throat.
"But he just cant leave can he?" questions Blackpaw, who is also now standing. "He is our deputy."
Dewleaf answers her with a sorrowful mew.
"Not anymore..."
Swanfeather pushes her kits inside the nusery and turns her back to the entrance, blocking it.
"Showerstar," she mews evenly."What are we going to do now. What of the kits and elders?"
Though she tried to hide it, her fear and sense of betrayal leaks from her in waves. Lotusleaf, who had listened on quietly, looks up at Showerstar, wishing to know the answer to that same question as well.

Showerstar growled, loud but not as loud as his normal angry growl. He looked at his angry warrior, Talonstride. "I don't know where he is now. But I won't let my warriors go on a rampaging hunt to try to find him." He hissed down at Talonstride. He didn't like getting angry with him, but he was in too bad of a mood to be extremely calm. He sighed, twitching his tail. "Silentcloud is no longer deputy, and he won't even be mentioned as a warrior." He meowed bitterly. "We will have a new deputy." He meowed, and his golden eyes traveled to his mate, Swanfeather.
Thisklekit pawed at her mother from behind. She wanted to hear what her father had to say, too!
Riverkit could still hear, his hearing was excellent, especially with no sight.
"For now we will be on guard. If it's a war Silentcloud wants, -- Then it's a war he'll get." He meowed. Snarled of determination rose from Nightfrost. Stonetiger, and Dawnfeather at these words. "It will take a bit of time for Silentcloud to plan, meanwhile we're going to have tighter patrols. Elders and Kits still won't leave camp, and we'll work on more battle training." He meowed. His golden eyes warmed a bit on Swanfeather for a moment.

[[I've just returned to Gaia, and I think the last time I posted here was about two years ago..-,-;
I've totally forgotten who I was the last time I was here..so I guess I'll start over..
As Frostpaw ran through the forest, enjoying the air blowing over her body, she continued to run until she could scent her home.
"Its been a while, hasn't it?" she comments as she slows down to a lazy walk.
"I feel like I havn't been here in years, yet I've only been gone since dawn."

Walking into camp, Frostpaws stomach growls at her, reminding her how long it had been since she had eaten.
"I better get some fresh-kill" she thoought as she trotted over to the warm pile. Just as she grabbed a limp mouse, she noticed something strange. The camp was silent and she hadn't seen any one since she came in.
"hmm.."

Rainian- It's fine, just post a new one. I'm mainly asking this for my sake and for the noobies.
Cherry- Welcome back! Hopefully you will stay with us longer this time. jk! Anywho, do you have any input on who you want Frostpaw's mentor to be?
Talonstride wasn't satisfied by his leaders answer by any stretch of the imagination, but he yeilds and sits down quietly, rage still burning under his pelt. Swanfeather turns to her kits and shushes them.
"Be quiet. Showerstar is busy, and I need you to behave. I will tell you about the meeting after he is done."
'So you dont have to hear everything.' She thinks to herself. Her fear for her kits was nearly overpowering and, though her mates glances quailed her worry a little, it failed to make her feel safe, and she could only nod back to him mechanically.
Spottedwind and Bluepaw find a seat near the edge of camp by the elders den and sit down agian. Bluepaw, who had been nervously shivering under Talonstride's rage now shook.
"W...we are going to...d...die...aren't...w...we?" She mews stutteredly, terror making her fur stand in all directions.
"No. Showerstar will protect us. You know that."
Spottedwind wraps her tail around her shy apprentice and licks her ears, trying in vain to comfort the shaken cat. Willowcloud blinks, seeming to come out of her daze and shakes herself. Her apprentice Blackpaw turns to her, concern on her face and she nuzzles her softly.
"Are you ok Willowcloud?"
"I'm fine."
The young warrior nods to her apprentice and turns her attention, first to Lotusleaf, who was keeping oddly silent, then back to Showerstar, different emotions playing at war inside her. Dewleaf pads up to Showerstar from where he was on the Great Rock.
"Who will be our new deputy?" she asks softly, not wanting to push Showerstar too far.
She could feel his tension, and as a medicine cat, she wanting to have him finish his meeting so she could treat him for his axiety.

MudKit stared at the sky. "I wonder what StarClan does during the day," she said in a thoughtful tone. She decided to go outside into the play area in front of the nursery. She was bored with being confined to camp, but she knew that she could be out as much as she wanted as soon as she had a mentor.

MudKit didn't really understand what was going on, but she was fascinated with ceremonies. She knew that they needed to have a new deputy, but she didn't know how that worked.

((Okay Turtle. =] I'll do so...And welcome guys! Oh, and Pyrokitteh, What If I made a Queen for your kit? Because If Swanfeaether was your mother, and that would make Showerstar Mudkit's father...I kinda wanted to keep it at two kits. Would that be okay with you?))
Showerstar's gaze swept across his clan. Bluepaw shook like a kitten in the snow, and Talonstride obviously wasn't pleased, Willowcloud was in a daze, and many of his cats looked afraid as well. He expected this, but still, it was like his clan didn't trust his choice. Hopefully at least one cat in the clearing did. He looked at Dewleaf, and closed his eyes for a brief moment. He looked out to the clan. "I have already chosen who the new deputy will be. I won't make the same mistake I made with Silentcloud again." He growled.
Thistlekit quieted down and sighed, curling up against her mother's warm fur. She wanted to hear, too, but she wouldn't argue with her mother. She hated arguing.
Riverkit sat down next to his mother, not complaining. He could hear it fine.
Stonetiger's bright amber eyes looked across at the Rage-filled Talonstride. Nightfrost looked up at her leader and the Medicine Cat, her deep, dark blue eyes glinting. Duskfeather's gaze traveled to Lotusleaf for a brief moment.

I can have Swanfeather be Mudkit's mentor if you want Pyro, just wait until she can become a warrior agian.
The clan pricks their ears and seem to lean forward as one. Excitement bubbles up in the throng and earlier tensions seemed to be cast aside for the moment. Talonstride turns to Stonetiger, having felt the dark warrior's eyes on him. He wondered at what the large-built warrior wanted. Still fuming, he turns his attention back on Showerstar expectantly, curious as to whom would get the post. Spottedwind sighs in relief, feeling her clan calm and manages to get her apprentice Bluepaw to calm down as well. Willowcloud kneeds the ground under her paws, anticipating, as Blackpaw quivers beside her, curiosity burning in the young apprentice's eyes like jewels. Dewleaf nods to Showerstar, trusting his judgement and hoped that he understood that his clan trusted him too. Lotusleaf casts a glancing look at Duskfeather, having felt her eyes on his fur for only a moment. Like Talonstride with Stonetiger, Lotusleaf also wondered at what Duskfeather wanted, what she had held in her gaze. Swanfeather waves her tail encouragingly to her mate and nods to him, hoping that he was as confident in himself as she was in him.

Mudkit watched the clan. She wasn't sure whether she really should be a warrior, because she had twisted her back leg a few moons ago, and it wasn't healed yet. Strange, she thought. Shouldn't it have healed already? She shrugged, and practiced some moves she learned by watching others practice.

((Okay Pyro. I have a Queen for Mudkit, Willowsong. Now Dustpaw is Mudkit's older sister.))
Showerstar looked up at the sky for a moment, saying, "I say this before my warrior ancestors, may Starclan hear and approve of my choice." He meowed. He looked down and his gaze rested on a Male Warrior. "Lotusleaf will be the new deputy."
Stonetiger looked away, and back up to the leader. As he heard his leaders words his bright amber gaze looked to Lotusleaf. This was a bit of a surprise to him.
Duskfeather believed Showerstar made the right choice. She only hoped that the clan wouldn't rival over it at all.
Nightfrost wasn't really surprised at all when Showerstar chose Lotusleaf as deputy, she looked across the clearing to the warrior, and gave him a nod of approval.
Dustpaw's heather eyes stared at Lotusleaf, and she brought up a smile.
Raggedtail's amber eyes traveled to the warrior Showerstar named deputy. Lotusleaf seemed like a good choice, he had wisdom and leadership potential. Riverkit smiled to himself, his blind eyes staring at nothing. Thistlekit looked at Riverkit. He seemed to know something.
Willowsong looked down at her kit. "Mudkit, please be still for the time-being." She meowed, and wrapped her tail around her. She listened to the leader's words.

Lotusleaf blinks in genuine suprise and turns to his leader.
"Deputy...?" he whispers to himself in awe, a shutter of excitement running through him.
He gazes next at his clan, Stonetiger, Spottedwind, Willowsong, everyone. He nods limply to Nightfrost and struggles to regain his composure as he slowly stands and pads to he is facing the Great Rock and Showerstar. He bows his head in deep respect.
"I...I am honored to have been chosen as your deputy Showerstar." he mews shakily, a mix of anticipation, pride, and nervousness causing his voice to quiver. "I swear to defend Fireclan with my life, and to live up to your expectations."
'And Whitewind's too.' he adds to himself, hoping his old mentor was watching him now.
Spottedwind stands and is the first to congradulate him.
"Lotusleaf! Lotusleaf! Lotusleaf!"
Quickly, Willowcloud, Talonstride, Blackpaw, the whole clan joins in. Lotusleaf nods to them, slightly embarassed. Dewleaf steps forward and brushes her tail on his shoulder.
"You will do well serving your clan, Lotusleaf. Dont be nervous." she mews encouragingly, then adds in a soft voice, "Whitewind is immensely proud of you. Remember that."
The young warrior-make-deputy nods solemly, his eyes dimming a moment in memory, then brightens and nods back to her.
"Thank you Dewleaf."
He smiles at her, then at his clan mates, his eyes lingering on Duskfeather just a moment longer than the others. Swanfeather finally returns her attention to her kits and smiles kindly at them.
"We have a new deputy now, young ones."she mews as she moves away form the entrance enough for Thistlekit to see her pointing at a young black furred warrior with her tail.
